Nadine flooring replaced my carpet with wood flooring. Throughout the entire process they were helpful and caring. They even helped me choose flooring that went well with the rest of my home. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Services: Install flooring, Wood floor installation

Nadine flooring company installed our hardwood floors eleven years ago. Their level of quality was 2nd to none. Due to their high level of quality, we selected Nadine flooring company for our 2021 home remodel (Kitchen, bath, flooring). Our designer Adam S., the installers and support staff delivered flawlessly! We received exactly what we invisioned and we love our new home. If you are thinking about a remodel, visit their Coit store and ask for Adam!

It seens that complaining about customer service gets responses. The management at Nadine's spoke with my husband the very next evening after I posted their review. Of course they were apologistic over the phone and they even gave us a refund. I was truly touched with their behavior, and then I read Moses reply and he was so rude and inaccurate in the details. It was truly disappointing and disheartening. So very unnecessarily actually. Thank you for the refund and thank you Yelp for letting me vent.

We ordered carpet from Nadine and had a very mixed experience. The installation was delayed by several weeks without a reasonable explanation and then moved again as we approached the new date. It was very frustrating as we had to rearrange our life to accommodate, twice. I would not use them again. Once installed, the carpet looks great.

Was in the process of negotiating a $16,000 job (hardwood, carpet and tile) with 'Ali.' His communication was bad from the start. Slow to respond to emails. Had to email him twice each time before he'd reply if at all. Then all of a sudden he just stopped communicating completely. After waiting a week, I called their main number and got someone named Qualis or something like that. Explained the situation and told him I still wanted to move forward but want to work with someone who wants my business.
He said he would take care of it and call me back in 20 minutes. That was over two weeks ago. Never heard another word. Being treated this poorly before the sale, I can't imagine how bad it would be after the sale. In any case, we ended up going with Nebraska Furniture Mart. We are about to sign the agreement, saved over $3,000 and getting great service. REPLY TO MOSES'S REPLY: The nasty response from this company pretty much says it all.
I was told prices were negotiable and was negotiating. Never heard back from Ali or anyone. At the end of the day, thankful to have dodged doing any kind of business with them.

A good friend recommended Nadine Flooring because of the good experience she had. My experience was the opposite. I am highly dissatisfied with Nadine Flooring-Plano. A design specialist from Nadine (I will not state his name) came out to my home to take measurements for repair/remodeling project. He informed me that he will send a final estimate for repair cost and still after two weeks no estimate.
I continue to call the store for an update and everyone I speak to make excuses. I finally spoke with the design guy and he promised he will send estimate the next day. Well he was dishonest.he still hasn't emailed the estimate. Very poor customer service. I will never consider their service again.

I wrote this review on Yelp back in May, 2017 but Yelp didn't publish it because I hadn't written enough reviews and so I didn't have a high enough rating. So I'm re-posting here on Google. I'm giving them 1-star based on warranty, not on their work. (Although they are way over priced as they sub-contract all of their work so you pay much more). My problem with them is that they sub-contracted a plumbing company to remove a bathtub in preparation for a new shower stall they were installing for us.
The plumber they contracted didn't cap the cold water line properly and so after the new shower stall was installed (they did a beautiful job), the cap blew and water was leaking BIG TIME under my slab. When I looked at the water meter in my yard the needle was flying around and around. I called Nadine and at first they were like, "no problem, the warranty will cover the repair".
The problem was the install was complete so to locate the leak they would have to break the tiles, fix the leak and re-tile OR dig a huge tunnel from outside my house so the plumber could crawl under there and fix it. Both options were expensive and Nadine didn't want to pay for either option. I pleaded with them to take care of it but they just flat out refused and told me I'd have to deal with THEIR contracted plumbing company directly and that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE.
I had no choice but to get my own plumber (we went with the tunnel option) and he charged me only $1100.00 to fix. Nadine refused to reimburse me the $1100.00 for the repair. Pretty disappointing considering my wife and I spent $30,000.00 with Nadine Floors. I could sue in small claims court but like most people, I'm too damn busy with other higher priorities. I guess that's what Nadine is banking on. Bottom Line: They do good work (at a high price) but if you expect them to warranty their work, you'd better think again.

I have done business with Nadine Floors in the past and heartily recommended them to others. So when I needed new flooring in a newly purchased home they were my first stop. And as in the past the quality of their products and level of service were terrific. Give them a try to get quality products and excellent service. Ask for Ismael Neel in the Plano store.

We were in need of replacing approximately 7,600 sq. ft. of 12 year old carpet at our church. When we visited Nadine Floor Company, they made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and professionalism. We asked them for their recommendations on types of replacement flooring based on our needs. Our sales representative, Mr. Kevin Ghar, submitted a bid that was within our budget. Mr. Ghar was a pleasure to work with and was available at a moment's notice in the event questions or concerns arose.
The installation crew was knowledgeable, talented and demonstrated they were masters of their trade. We are very happy with the outcome and we would highly recommend Nadine's and Mr. Ghar for future flooring needs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NADINE FLOOR COMPANY. I had an appointment for 9:00 am. No show. So I called to find out what is happening. I asked for Kevin. They said he wasn't there but this guy with a thick accent says my appointment was between 9:00 and 10:00. Really? How would he know? I made the appointment with Kevin. Liar. So I said I would wait till 10:00 but no later. 10:00 comes. No show. Someone could have called, text, emailed but they choose to lie instead.

I used Nadine floors at Plano location because I had heard they were pretty good. They installed my luxury vinyl planks and did a decent job with it. They charge you 50 dollars a bag for the self leveling floor compound and they tell you they cant give you an estimate because they don't know how much you will need. They add this to the amount after they are done and can be pretty hefty if they use a lot of bags.
The only problem I really have with this is that the floors were pretty level already and they used this stuff and my floors ended up unlevel. I checked the floor levels before and after. There are areas where I can tell the difference when I walk on it. My biggest issue, and I chalk this up to my inexperience in all home improvement and renovation stuff, is that they just give you total amount for the job (material, labor, etc.).
I failed to ask how much per square feet for the floors itself, which I should have (my mistake). When I had a water leak a month after installation and had to get the floors redone, Nadine's gave me an estimate to redo them and I was surprised with the cost. They were going to charge me $3.44 cents just for the vinyl planks ($3.72 with tax).
They said it was because of the tariffs between China and the US. I then asked how much I was charged per square feet for the initial installation and that's when I found out they charged me about $3.15 per sq ft for the floors, which I thought was pretty high for vinyl floors. I would have had laminate floors installed instead for that price.
This time around I didn't take their word for it and I called another flooring place and was able to get the same exact floors for $2.89 per sq ft. I don't begrudge businesses making money and I would much prefer to support local small business but its hard for me to support this price gouging. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is because the floor installers were hard working and did a good job.
I would give the installers a higher rating. IF you use them, just call around and check to see if you can find lower price since they will try to charge you way more than is reasonable.

Nadine's installed all new floors in our home. We had both tile and wood floors installed. There was a hiccup on the first day with the wrong tile but Ismael immediately got on the phone with the tile rep and had the correct tile at our house the same day. He was extremely responsive and apologetic. The installers were on time and courteous and the floors turned out beautifull. We have since had them tile our fire place hearths as well and those also turned out great. They were great to work with and I'd highly recommend them.

We stopped by one evening and Curtis sold us some carpet, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Ten days later the installation crew showed up 15 mins early, totally prepared! They were courteous and very careful moving our furniture. The install was fast - these guys are professionals and know their stuff! All said and done this was an awesome experience and if we will use Nadine Floors for all our future flooring needs!

The end product is beautiful. But the installation took several weeks, since the company ordered the wrong amount of wood. twice. There were giant patches of uncovered floor after the first installation. They also forgot to install the quarter round and knocked a tiny hole in the wall. In the end, all of the problems were resolved. But this job involved many, many conversations with customer service, and it took weeks longer than it should have.

Sammy and the sales staff were kind and patient as we took a long time to make our floor decision. The installation went without any problems, the installers were very respectful of our home as well as leaving the house in immaculate shape. They responded to all our requests and needs. Thank you so much for a great experience. And thank you to Mike Angel for recommending Nadine's Floor Company.

Nadine Floors did an outstanding job on my new hardwood floors. Norm was my salesman and helped me immensely throughout the whole process. Norm is a seasoned veteran of the flooring industry, very professional, courteous and thorough. He came out to measure the floors and wrote the contract up in great detail, explaining all costs and the possibility of some increase in amount of floor leveler and it's cost if needed.
The installers Adriel and Lucio were top notch, very hard workers and simply did the best job on flooring I've ever seen. Seamless transitions from tile to wood and carpet to wood, perfectly flush without using transition strips. Beautiful work indeed. Last but not least, I received an incredible installed price on a special they had which was 1/2 of just the price of the flooring everywhere else. I will do business with them in the future and recommend them highly!

We recently purchased wood flooring and carpet from Nadine Floor Company in West Plano. Sami Berrahou was our salesman who helped us with our selection, schedule, and financial arrangements. He was extremely responsive and patient throughout the process including during the installation phase and his customer service was exemplary.

Extremely pleased with the service & work of this company! We had floors in 3 rooms ruined by waterbed exploding 5 days after we moved into our brand new home. The sales woman was efficient, knowledgeable & kind. She brought a sample which matched our floor perfectly. The men who installed finished a day early! They too were skilled, efficient, called to say when they would be there & showed up on time. They left our floors perfect! We now can really enjoy our new home!

Nadine in Plano just finished our floors. We got a laminate put in the downstairs and carpeting in the master bedroom and upstairs. The guys working on the project were great. They quickly moved all the furniture and got to work. They worked 5 days straight on the laminate and the carpet crew worked a very full day to get it done in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and moved all the big furniture back.
I wish our salesman had let us know a bit more of the installation process so I could have been better prepared. He told me I only needed to move the breakables so I was a bit surprised when the guys moved ALL the furniture into one room. But they worked hard and we are very pleased with the final product!

The team at Nadine are some of the most genuine, authentic, and compassionate individuals I have ever had the opportunity to interact with and it all starts from the top. The owner is one of my favorite people on this earth and the way he runs this business is a testament to his character quality. I highly recommend this flooring company.

Nadine Floors did a great job on our Granite countertop and tumbled stone backsplash order. The detail and craftsmanship of Luis and his partner while installing the tumbled stone backsplash were amazing. We plan to use their services in the future for other home projects and recommend others to do the same.

I recently moved into my Dallas home from Los Angeles and I was so stress about the terrible hardwood floors. Just looking at them everyday made me sooooo stressed. Then my friend referred me to this company that they recently had done business with and i can say they really helped me out. I LOOOOOOVEEEE MY NEEEEWWW FLOOOOORS when I came into the store I spoke with James and he made me feel at home and agreed on a very reasonable price for me. I highly recommend them for any services

Extremely dissatisfied, don't use this company just because of the price, it's loads of headaches working with this place. They didn't finish in promised time, they never come on time, they broke my furnitures and didn't have the decency to inform me, the finished product have holes in it where they put nails it, breaking the surface of the wood pieces.
In the end they wanted to charge me extra due to unexpected material costs, in cash! I tried complaining to the company by phone, this lady called Doris started yelling at me, very very poor customer service, very disrespectful of my time and wasted thousands of dollars on floors that probably won't last very long.

We spent over a year looking for flooring and interacted with many different people. Rania by far is the best person we dealt with. She was receptive, informative and most of all not pushy. She truly took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish - what to expect, how to prepare, etc. This was extremely helpful since this was our first hardwood flooring project.

I recently puchased 900 square feet of porcelain tile The salesperson at the store was helpful and friendly. He came to my house to give me an estimate for which he was on time. I paid half down on a large sum of money which was a requirement. I was told that the job would take 3 days. I took 3 days off from work and when the installers arrived, I was told that it was a big job and would take 6 or more days.
Three installers were at my house and all three worked very slowly, taking a long lunch and leaving early. I asked them i they had another job lined up and they said that they did not. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they worked very slowly and I was already told that they do not work on weekends. Saturday the foreman called and asked if they could come on Sunday.
I allowed it because I wanted the job done. I asked him on Sunday if they have another job now and was told yes. So now they started woriking more efficiently, but they got sloppy. The job took 6 1/2 days and I found two chipped tiles that should not have been installed and used for cutting. This should not even happen wih experienced installers. After the next job was done, one of the installers returned to take up the chipped tiles. Nadine Floors was quite eager to collect the balance immediately plus an extra $400 for minor extras.
They did not offer me a refund for the damaged tiles though. I had told the salesperson that I will purchase carpet there also if I am impressed. The carpeted side of the house will be done by another floor company.

I had Nadine's install hardwood floors in 75% of my house and also carpet my master bedroom. I could not have been happier! They started the project on time and ended before I expected it to be finished. The quality of the work was excellent and they were very professional. When I arrived home when the project was completed, they had put back all my furniture and cleaned up behind themselves.
While the work was being done, they took extra time to make sure and cover up bookcases with electronics so they did not get alot of dust in them. Kevin was the gentleman who helped me in the store and he was very professional and courteous. Francisco did the installation and he did a fantastic job! I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who installed the carpet but they did an excellent job as well.he actually semi-scolded me for moving a majority of my bedroom furniture before they arrived saying that was their job and I should have let them do it.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing work in their home on their floors. Their prices were substantially lower than Empire, don't even get me started on them, and the quality of work was impeccable! Great job, Nadines! You made this experience a great one!

Nadine floor Co has done all my hardwood and tile installation in my house, the company is the best, the prices are unbeatable, the quality is beyond imagination. Terrible, terrible customer service. The salesperson (Norm) we were unfortunately stuck with was rude, condescending, unprofessional & reeked of a "used car salesman" personality. I couldn't believe the condescension coming out of his mouth. He couldn't even properly spell "Estimate" when he finally emailed a scanned copy of a handwritten estimate needed for our insurance. It's been 5 business days and I'm STILL waiting on a call back from management.
Apparently she has always stepped out of the store, is on the other line or is with a customer. But a quick return phone call seems impossible. This was our 3rd flooring company we had to deal with so we really needed the ball rolling on our floors. The other 2 companies were just as bad with their salespersons. I WILL say the actual installers that work w/ Nadine (Ismael) were consummate professionals & worked efficiently & thoroughly.
And they weren't condescending jerks who don't return phone calls. Try dealing with them directly. They are MUCH MUCH better than any one inside Nadine's. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use Nadine's. Stay away from them. They have decent prices on some of their products but will price gouge you on all other services.

Nadine Floor Co. installed my Bella Sera flooring this week. The crew was efficient, moved all heavy furniture, worked w/o even taking a break. It was a lot of money, but my floors are gorgeous! The installation was noisy and dusty (I suppose that is true with most remodeling projects) but the final result is beautiful. Also, they did 4 rooms and a hallway in 2 days.

My husband and I just bought a house and wanted to make some updates to it. Here is what came out of our experience at Nadines: Pros: 1. They have a good collection of everything - when my husband & I went in, we were planning to buy only carpet. Only carpet! But after walking around the store, we saw the granite + backsplash options, and we knew we wanted a new kitchen :) Plus, given the convenience of having it all done and clean before we move in - we decided to look into our options. 2.
We had never purchased carpet ever. The salesperson we dealt with understood that we were novices, and showed us the difference between good and bad carpet. He recommended to us what carpet would be good, what we should buy. But for some reason that I may not understand, his recommendation changed when we went there the second time - this time with somebody who knew a lot about carpet!
I thought it was a very good explanation that he gave - of the difference in the two types of carpet - a carrot which is red all the way vs a radish which is red on the outside, but you peel it (equivalent of bleach cleaning) its white inside! 3. Installation was neat and timely. It looks like they took good care removing the laminate, since the damage to floorboards and spindles (on the stairs) was minimal.
But there were some occurrences that needn't have happened - 1. I did not like the way he pressurized us - emails to the effect of - "Sign papers or we'll raise the rates on you". This inspite of the fact that my husband was out of country for two weeks and the he knew that. I understand any vendor's insecurity that we could take our business someplace else, but hey, a person can't shop for carpet when he is not even in the country!
Can he? The pressure was a put off and prompted us to look for other vendors for the kitchen granite + backsplash. Saved enough to buy a high end ping pong table :)) Felt a whole lot better - can't put a price on that :) At this point you might ask - why did we do our carpet with them then? Simply because when we first walked in, and the salesperson asked "How can I help you?" we said "We are here to buy carpet from you!" Yeah, we are big time nerds when it comes to keeping our word :D 2.
On the day of the installation - the installers asked "Do you want the carpet installed ON TOP of the existing laminate?" WHAT?! They said that they were NOT asked to take out the laminate! It took a phone call to the salesperson from above to have the installers instructed that the laminate removal and haul away was part of the quote. 3. When we had discussed the padding for the carpet at the store, we specifically indicated that we'll want the pad with the moisture barrier.
This was the first and last mention of the type of padding in the whole transaction. But! On installation day, they bring the regular padding! That led to another call to the same salesperson and this one got pret-ty heated! Eventually though, he asked his installers to get the moisture barrier'd padding and install that. So it ended the way we had signed up for. Would I buy from them again? Sure! But when I do, I'm going to uh. triple check everything :)
