I used Kingdom Flooring for remodeling my master bath. It was a major project and I had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. Worst customer service and the most unprofessional team! Will never do business with them again!

We hired Kingdom flooring for our master bath remodeling project. Fred Uddin promised there would be a project manager assigned who will track progress and address any issues as they come up. However when project started the project manager was not onsite for few weeks leading to multiple communication gaps with the workers. Fred was more focused on personal attacks directed to his clients instead of customer satisfaction. Fred and his staff are totally rude, unprofessional and often let their ego get better out of themselves.

They left the place dirty and never cleaned the floors and sinks and the work area. The office staff were very unprofessional and rude. Read their review on Angi and yelp before you make a decision to hire them. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Kingdom gets our 5 Star Rating. Fred and his crew completed several smaller projects to perfection before completely remodeling our master bathroom. We cannot tell you how great it turned out.again perfection. One of the big pluses about Kingdom is that Fred employs his own people to complete many of the components involved in a project. This means that he is in complete control of scheduling and supervising the project. By the way, his employees are some of the most polite people we have seen lately! Definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure to work with Fred and his team from Kingdom Flooring & Remodeling. It would be a mistake to overlook them because they provide so much more than flooring alone. We are so grateful we visited Fred's showroom several years ago. He's been an excellent contractor to work with. Besides being professional at what they do, they are also reliable and trustworthy.

Among their services, they remodeled two bathrooms, updated 2 fireplaces, and replaced all the flooring throughout our home. We were delighted with the final results. We desperately needed to update our floors replacing the outdated tile and older carpet with wood floors. Fortunately we found out about Kingdom Flooring and worked with Fred who was incredibly helpful in this process. He was able to guide us to the right product and had a "1st class /A Team" install group. They were able to make their schedule and did a fantastic job on the detailed finish out. We would highly suggest going with Kingdom for your wood floors!

I had my kitchen counter, backsplash and floor redone by Kingdom Flooring. They were on-time and extremely neat. When they removed the old product they picked up and vacuumed up all the dust and debris before they left for the day. They never left a mess. My kitchen looks great and I am so happy with their workmanship. I then decided to have them paint my place and Fred helped with the color selection that looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you are deciding to have some remodeling done.

They were outstanding. They did 1,300 sq. of removing all of our old tile, furniture, appliances then they installed all the new wood floors. Then they had a professional cleaning crew come in to clean up and changed all my air filters and put back all of the furniture. We left to go out of town on a Thursday and returned the following Thursday and everything was done.

It was like the wood floors were installed when the home was built 27 years ago. I would highly recommend Kingdom Flooring and Remodeling. I also secured them to do a built in wine rack for us. I will give my review on that project when its completed. Trust me I rarely give anyone 5 stars but this company gets 5 stars. Also the project manager was at the house everyday sending us an updates and pictures of all the work in progress. WOW. It was 100% stress free.

Kingdom Flooring replaced carpeting with hardwood floors in our home and we could not be more pleased. Fred and Darla were a delight to work with. From inception to completion, we found the showroom staff and the installers to be professional, skilled, timely and extremely competent. Fred and Darla provided excellent ideas while working with our desires. There were no surprises throughout the entire process. They did exactly what they promised, right on time. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Highly recommended! We have done several remodeling projects, over the past couple of years but our 2020 kitchen update with Kingdom Flooring & Remodeling has surpassed all expectations. Superior professional quality & service, is the only way to describe our experience with them. Everything from the attention to quality detail, to being mindful of the timeline & each & every person, from the office personnel to the craftsmen onsite was topnotch.

The kitchen turned out fabulous & now I feel like I should go, take cooking lessons to work in my beautiful kitchen! I can honestly say, I am actually looking forward to getting started on my next project with Kingdom Flooring & Remodeling, which is something we have never said, after any of our projects with other contractors! I was referred by a friend who had done several projects with Kingdom Flooring & Remodeling but I can say I was very skeptical & hesitant due to my past remodeling experiences & in the end they definitely changed my outlook on remodeling in the future!

Terrible customer service. Darla acted like a psycho when asked for an opinion on work done. Will not do business there again because of that.

Excellent work and reasonable price. We had hickory hardwood flooring couple of months back on our new house replacing carpet at 1st floor and stairs. Baseboards were carefully removed and replaced after laying the wood floor. Also, we liked the fact that there is no hump when wood floor joins Tiled area.

My husband and I hired Fred and his team to help us update our master bathroom. The process and product selections went well. It was at the end of the project where things went wrong, which forces me to write this review. The marble countertop had waterspots on it. I noticed these spots as soon as the marble was installed. I reported this issue immediately.

After having a couple different folks come out to look at these spots I was told it was in the stone. I don't think so. Regardless, during the process of these folks studying the spots, they removed the shine in the middle of the countertop. My mistake was paying Kingdom before this issue was resolved. It's now been 7 months and Kingdom will not return my call.

I stopped in the store and they said they would open a new ticket in order to resolve this issue. I've asked that they return and add the shine back to the marble. Over-the-counter products do not work. If you decided to use Kingdom, be sure EVERYTHING is to your satisfaction before paying them. I should know better. I trusted Fred and he failed. UPDATE: This past week (Aug 7-11, 2017) Kingdom Flooring sent out a team to put the shine back on my bathroom countertop. For this I've changed my rating to 4 stars. It would have been 5 but it took 8 months to correct this issue.

Fred Uddin and all the folks at Kingdom Flooring have been honest, patient, fair in my experiences with them. A couple years ago we had purchased wood flooring materials and installation from another flooring installer, but they had trouble getting the specific wood floor we had chosen. After the other guys grew impatient, we called Fred at Kingdom Flooring.

I walked into Kingdom flooring on Thursday and was able to pick a few hardwood samples to take home. By that afternoon, installers arrived to prep my home office for next day installation! As promised, installers arrived early the next morning and completed the job. We had hardwood installed in many other rooms in our house a few years ago by a different company, but I think Kingdom flooring did a much better job. I will definitely consult with them on future home renovations. All employees I dealt with were very friendly and polite. I was really impressed.

My grandparents used Fred/Kingdom Floors to install hardwoods as well as redo the tile around their fireplace. They were very pleased with Fred and his crew so when it came time to replace flooring in my home I hired Fred as well. Fred installed hardwoods in about 3/4 of my home and they turned out great! I also hired him to replace the tile in two bathrooms and my laundry room.

Kingdom Flooring did an excellent job on our new floor. We were replacing our damaged hardwood floor with porcelain tile that looked like wood. Fred at Kingdom Flooring helped us select from many samples he had in his showroom. They helped us choose a great on and agreed to do a 1/16 grout line and grout color to match. The project went a little over, because our wood floor was very difficult to pull out. Kingdom flooring pressed through and delivered a beautiful floor. Fred was very good about communicating project costs and what to expect. They aver very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'd recommend them.

This is an amazing company. We have the most beautiful wood installed in our entire home at a fraction of the cost of other companies. The installation was done by thoughtful and experienced installers who care about their work. Kingdom Flooring has integrity and truly cares about each customer.
