I had such a wonderful experience with Robinson floors. I worked with them to demo all the vinyl/carpet in the house and replace with LVP. It turned out beautifully and I've already received several compliments from visitors. The entire team was very helpful in communicating timelines and updates. I'd definitely partner with them again for any future needs!

In the middle of dealing with damage from a water leak, I visited Robinson Floors. What a great find! I can't say enough about the care given to all my needs from choosing materials to the completed installation. I highly recommend this wonderful family run business. I received excellent service and the work crews were awesome. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Andy who was instrumental in motivating my insurance company to do the right thing. The whole experience was great. We have done a lot of renovations and the crew was on time every day and beyond clean. There was a gentleman who was consistently sweeping or vacuuming. Will absolutely use them again for my carpet project. My wood floors, new baseboards and tile around the fireplace look amazing.

I have to say it started out rough because of the labor shortage but Robinson Flooring came through. My experience with them was a rollercoaster of emotions because they had sent out men that weren't as competent as I had thought they would be. After giving my thoughts and concerns, also photos of what was unacceptable work, Robinson Flooring aimed to resolve the issue by all means necessary.

After reading the reviews I thought these guys were worth my time and money. And they prove themselves that they were. What mattered to me the most was the finished product. However long it took, I was willing to wait patiently for excellent quality. They had sent experienced men to do any ramifications and made sure I was satisfied. Diego (hardwood guy) and Rueben (carpet guy) were professionals, they would take off their shoes to make sure they don't tread dirt on your newly installed carpet.

They were also mindful of cleaning up afterwards, leaving you with solid confidence that your floors will look great. Alex and Abraham are the ones in charge who would handle any issues and concerns that arises. They are the front guys who are the professionals. They delegate and organize the task at hand. Please look at my posted pictures of my staircase because we had chosen a carpet that was not forgiving and needed a professional installer.

Everyone deserves a second chance. The carpet had to be reinstalled by them once because there were many issues at the first installation. At the end it was worth the wait and the heartache. See photos and be the judge. Please read comments to know the order of pictures.

We had to redo all our floors after a flood and Robinson did a great job. The new floors look amazing, the installation process was quicker than I expected, and the customer service was top-notch. They really helped to make a stressful situation as smooth and positive as possible.

We hired Robinson Floors to replace our tile floors with real wood plank flooring throughout our house. They were super helpful and knowledgeable on all aspect of wood flooring. We ultimately choose 5 wood planks with a light/white stain that really brought out the natural look of the wood. They did a great job of setting expectations on the process of demo, install and stain.

Most importantly were were never surprised and they delivered against what they said they would do. Alex and his team have got to be some of the best in the business. I would highly recommend Robinson Floors for your flooring needs.

Outstanding job on my nail down, hand scraped hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. I am very pleased with the finished product. Numberto and his team worked their butts off getting my floor done. Robinson Floors did an awesome job on demo and installation of my new vinyl flooring. Diego and his crew were professional, super nice and easy to work with. Robinson Floors went above and beyond to give us exactly the look we wanted for our house. After the winter storm this year my tile expanded from the cold and broke and I had tile throughout most of the first floor of my house. Their crew was careful to protect my belongings not only from damage but also dust. They were able to remove and replace roughly 1000sqft of flooring with beautiful luxury vinyl plank in 3 days, which was far faster than I expected.

I also had them replace the tile on my fireplace as it was also cracked from age. When they were finished they cleaned thoroughly and with care. Anytime I had a question both the crew and the office staff were incredibly responsive, and anytime there was a question of placement of items the crew confirmed with me right away. I could not have asked for a smoother experience and I am already planning on having them work on more rooms in my home soon. They transformed my home and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely LOVED working with Alex at Robinson Floors. We were new homebuyers and a few weeks away from our first baby. so were a little overwhelmed. But he made the process SO easy. The pricing was completely reasonable and customer service was 100% spot on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installation was easy, quick, and flawless - our floors look amazing. Such high quality. Cannot recommend Robinson Floors (and Alex) enough. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

We are so happy with the flooring we had installed by Robinson. We had them install luxury vinyl plank throughout the entire house. We got estimates from a couple of other companies, but ultimately decided on Robinson because 1) Their pricing was the best 2) They were upfront about all the costs and sent us a clear defined estimate 3) Were very knowledgeable about the process, brands, etc.

We worked closely with Alex throughout the process. He couldn't have been more patient and helpful. He was always very responsive with any questions we had. It took us a while to decide on a final color and he was very accommodating, letting us bring various samples home. He really put us at ease through the whole process. The crew that came out to do the work was respectful of the house and did a really nice job with the flooring. We're very happy with our decision to go with Robinson.

In August 2019 Robinson Floors installed vinyl planks in some rooms and carpet in others. The carpet is beautiful, soft and installed correctly. The vinyl planks however are horrible. They look ok but every step feels and sounds horrible. It feels like paper and sounds like crushing sand underneath. I would not select this company. There are others out there. Keep looking.

We tried to use these guys for a fairly sizable job and met with nothing but problems. Among other things, they didn't order enough wood. They forgot to remove subfloor in area with water damage. Their installation guy wasn't putting down a proper vapor barrier which we only discovered when he abruptly left the barely started job in anger after my wife showed him a photo his boss had asked for showing spattering of tar from the demolition part of the job.

Of course claimed they'd never had anything like this before and while other reviews are generally good, I would surely watch them like a hawk if you choose to use them.

I strongly recommend that anyone having to replace their flooring use Robinson flooring. They do exceptional work, have great prices and the owner is upfront, honest, and a person of high integrity and character. I recently moved to Texas and bought a new builder spec home that had engineered wood floors installed in the main living areas. As we have dogs we decided to extend that same flooring into our bedrooms and remove all of the carpeting.

I contacted 6 different flooring companies and after meeting with 4 of them I decided to use Robinson Floors. I chose Robinson floors based primarily on the knowledge, integrity and outstanding character of its owner Andy Robinson, as well as their very fair and competitive pricing. Andy listened to what I wanted to accomplish, walked me through the entire process and gave me great advice along the entire journey.

He was completely honest and upfront with me, and was able to commit to our tight time frames. I have built 8 homes in the past 3 years as a construction supervisor and have put in 3 wood floors in my own homes. As such I deal with many contractors, and can tell you Andy Robinson is one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with. I made a decision a few years ago to hire contractors based on character and integrity.

I am so glad that I used that same criteria to hire Robinson Floors as sometimes problems do arise and that is when it is vitally important you have a contractor that will fully support you. Since we moved into our home we have started to notice issues with our flooring peeling a flacking off. Since the flooring was installed by both the builder and Robinson Floors the problem was most likely a manufacturing defect.

I contacted the builder and they asked me to put tape by each defect on the floor. When they came to my home and saw how much tape was on the floor they said they would have to send out the manufacturer to look at the floor. When I asked what the outcome would be they told me that the manufacture would simply touch up the floor and only replace the planks where the finish had completely peeled off.

They said there was nothing more they could do. I then called Andy Robinson and he told me that floor was delaminating, apologized profusely for the issues (even though they had nothing to do with the installation) and then proceeded to put me in touch with who he felt was the "best" certified flooring inspector from the National Wood Flooring Association. Buddy, the inspector came out to our home today and told us that the floor needs to be completely removed and replaced due to a manufacturing defect.

He is writing a full inspection report and will be assisting us in getting the manufacturer to abide by his recommendation and honoring their warranty. Had I not used Robinson floors I would be stuck with a defect floor that I would have eventually had to replace at my cost of $18,000 - $20,000.

I called this firm based upon the yelp reviews. They showed up to provide an estimate to scrape and stain the wood floor in our formal living area. So not only were they 25% more than any other quotation- they demanded full payment up front on a $1300 job. After having two other companies not show up after paying a small deposit, I refused to prepay for the work. I agreed to pay in full the day they would do the job, but that was not good enough. My recommendation is don't waste your time with this company. Kinda shady.

They changed our carpet floor with laminate floor. They did terrific job. They are fast to response and finished our house work 1 day before the given time. Matt is very helpful. They have wide range of selection in hardwood, laminate and tiles. I am very impressed with their final work in my home. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Robinson Floors and their Sales/Project Manager AJ. We put new wood floors in 3 carpeted Bedrooms and stripped and refinished the wood floors on our entire 1st Floor. The original floors were very dark, almost black and heavily hand scraped. They looked awful and darkened the entire house. We wanted them smoothed out as much as possible and then lightened to an almost natural color. AJ made that happen. AJ was very professional from start to finish.

He helped us pick out the new floors, he met us on site with the samples to review, he made sure the product that went in was what we ordered. There was an issue with the color of the floors that arrived from the supplier not matching the sample we had seen. AJ sent back the product and found us another product that matched the original and he still managed to finish the install on time.

The refinished floors were stripped of almost all the original black, which went deep in some places and 9 color options were stained into the raw wood for us to choose from. The results were dramatic; much lighter more natural looking floors. AJ followed up after to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We're considering replacing some carpet soon and we'll definitely use Robinson Floors for that project as well.

My husband and I searched for a flooring contractor for several months and were fortunate enough to meet Andy Robinson at the 2016 Collin County Home show at the Allen Events Center. We made an appointment to have Andy come to our home with several samples of engineered hardwood.

Robinson floors did a wonderful job installing engineered acacia wood flooring in my home. It took me several months before I even found a contractor I felt comfortable allowing into my home. After meeting with Andy & Rooney I knew I found the right people.

Andy, Kim, Beth, and the rest of the staff at Robinson Floors did a great job with our hardwood (white oak 2 1/4), tile, and carpet in our house. The crews that did the install were fantastic and the finished products were excellent - tiles were cut, laid, and grouted perfectly and the wood installation was top-notch and the quality of the wood was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience with the entire process for getting our new floors. Beth helped us get a great deal on a laminate floor we found at another retailer and the install team was kind, hard working, and easy to work with.

Robinson floors did a fantastic job for us. We had a pretty aggressive schedule to get new floors completed before we could move into our new house and we were worried that we might not find a flooring company that could meet it.

We needed to replace the carpet as they were old. We looked around at a few places but Robinson floors was fair priced. I had round 2500 plus sqft. of wood installed. Overall I am happy with the job done. The finished work turned out to be neat and good looking. I would gladly recommend Robinson floors to my friends.

I came across Robinson Floors by accident. I used another floor company for laminate hardwoods last year. I always get 3 quotes and Andy's quote was the lowest by far. He worked around our schedule and completed the engineered hardwood job on schedule. One adjustment needed to be made where the hardwoods transitioned to the bedroom carpets and the crew did an excellent job with that. I just wish that all flooring companies would throw in the first 2 or 3 floats at no charge. I would recommend Robinson Floors to all my friends.
