Depending on the type of flooring selected, engineered flooring is set in place with a durable glue product that adheres the flooring to the surface of the home, usually concrete. I absolutely love the work Luxury Floors and Stairs did for me. The quality and workmanship is one of the highest around. I have had wood floors, and tile floors done before, but not to the same degree as this company does. Sam walked me through every detail so I knew exactly what to expect during the whole process.
