Best experience ever! John did the diagnosis and then Roosevelt came the same afternoon to discuss our options. Promised we'd be cool by next day and we are. Estimate was fair and clearly explained. Crew arrived with new equipment ready to install this morning. The entire team was professional, courteous, clean and very conscientious. Schane, , Jaime, Nefti and Victor were great. Have to give John the most credit, as he set the stage for what to expect, followed by Roosevelt's reassurance that it would all go well. Can't say enough about this team.

Danny, our technician, was amazing. He had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. We had been without AC in Houston for 6 days in 100 degree weather. Our, home warranty company, America Home Shield, referred us to a company, J & J Mechanical, to do the repair. Unfortunately, they were not reliable. They (J &J) never called to schedule the original service appointment then rescheduled the appointment 4 days later without giving us notification.
They said they had to order a pump. AirPro serviced the existing pump and had the AC up and running in no time. I am cancelling my membership with America Home Shield for a more reliable home warranty company. And. I will never recommend J & J Mechanical to anyone ever. Thank you AirPro. You are the best!

Customer service was excellent. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since this was an after hours repair, Jordan gave me options concerning the obtaining the needed part from the supply store that was closed on Sunday. I chose to pay the store after hours opening fee so that my HVAC unit could be up and running ASAP. I'm extremely pleased with the service provided by Air Pro AC & Heating.

The technician came on time, was polite, did the job quickly, was very knowledgeable and gave recommendations. But.when I initially called I was told there was an automatic $119 call out service fee. I'm good with that. Then.when he was done with my visit 15-20 min later he tells me I have an additional GAS SURCHARGE! He didn't say how much. I waited til I was emailed my bill $25 GAS SURCHARGE!
I live 5.7 miles from their office! I called the office to ask them about it. Girl did not know so had to put me on hold, came back to say it was a surcharge. I replied it was a gas surcharge. I told he how far I lived from the office and her replied was he didn't come from the office, another clients. I agree but he also charged them a $25 gas surcharge.
Again she put me on hold. She came back and said with the economy we have to, I told her I completely understand, but.when I called to initially get a technician scheduled I was told of the $119 call out fee, but no mention of the $25 gas surcharge. She asked did the technician not tell me? I said he was at my home did the job, finishing up my bill to leave, and then he tells me theres a gas surcharge.
I figured a few dollars, but $25. Where did they get that number from? I told the lady I got a text to do a survey on the service I had with them, so I told her I wanted to call them before I did the survey. Again.she put me on hold. She came back and said manager was not there and would be back in an hour. She would talk with them and I'd get a call back from the manager or her. Nope never got a call!

Don't trust this air conditioner to treat you with an honest price with parts that your air conditioner or heater may need. This company which my 87 year old mother has trusted for at 10 years, came to her house to replace a circuit board ( Honeywell st912ou1011 ). They were decent enough to charge her $500 for a part that cost $109.95 on line.
She lives alone on a fixed income. I understand they have to make a profit but that's almost 400%. They didn't give her an estimate prior to doing doing the work, nor did they leave her a receipt. We now are looking for a new company that will treat her fairly and not gouge her. I'm not sure if all a/c company do business this way. Beware of AirPro. I would give 0 stars if it were available

We came home from vacation to find out our upstairs unit had decided it was done. I called Air Pro and they had someone out early the next morning to diagnose what we had thought had happened. Bobby Monroe owner of Air Pro had guys out the next morning to install our new upstairs unit and they were fantastic! They arrived on time and had it all done by that evening.
They laid drop cloths and cleaned up any mess that was made and made sure to protect my wood floors. Air Pro is the BEST! We will for sure have them out again when the other unit decides to retire. LOVE OUR AIR PRO!

Had our annual inspection of our air conditioning unit and as usual, nothing but great service. Mark, House Pro technician, called 30 minutes in advance stating he is on his way, as scheduled. He arrived with all his tools in hand and was ready to proceed without wasting time running back and forth to his truck for parts. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable in this line of work which made me very comfortable. Our maintenance was handled in a, courteous, timely and professional manner which I have come to expect from House Pro and I have never been disappointed in 4 years.

Thieves and Rip-Off Artists! Last fall I had my A/C unit replaced. they sent a punk (Paul Pourgault) who spent 2 days up in my attic doing anything other than the job he was there for. His supervisor had to be called in to fix basic stuff he neglected. It turned out he spent the time fishing deeply through the insulation until he found a tiny box buried well away from any traffic. he stole about $16,000 in gold and silver bullion.
I didn't discover the theft until this March when the new unit they had installed last fall froze over once again and they send some guy that insisted that I needed a whole house re-do ($14,000!). I got competitive quotes and got the problem handled for $825. I had to go up there to clear my clutter out of the way. which is when I discovered that every box had been cut open and stolen from.
Their general manager, Barry Granger, refuses to either send his employee for a polygraph, or to take responsibility for the theft. His company's insurance should be covering my loss. This means that this theft is part of their culture. Yes, I filed a report with the sheriff's department. Yes, I am considering a lawsuit. Keep these guys out of your house!

Was told by my "usual" A/C repair company that I needed a new system so I called Air Pro as one of the companies to give me a second opinion - boy am I glad I did! The Air Pro technician (Burnett) asked what the basis of the dire diagnosis was and then began his own investigation. He said things just weren't adding up to him and he was right. Turned out all I needed was a new blower motor capacitor (the thing was completely dead). Needless to say I was ecstatic to pay the $265 repair bill rather than a $7,000 new system bill.
Air Pro just got themselves a new customer. P.S. The technician also took time to tell me about all the standard processes the owner has put in place to ensure that the service level is the same between all of their technicians - and talked about the extensive training they go to each year to ensure they know how best to install and maintain the American Standard products they sell.
