Insane that this passed inspection. They totally took advantage of an elderly person. Horrible, That we are waiting on replacement thermostat for over 90 days when I found the same one at Lowes. I realize that it is hard to find good help, but the owner of this company needs to do the right thing. They did not do any tin work prior to coming out to install.

Nicest folks! Even though they couldn't service our location (due to location restrictions) they were so kind & helpful! I spend a lot of my time dealing with HVAC companies across North America & I wish they were all this professional & considerate!

On December 16th, 2021 I had robbins heating and air conditioning come out to reinstall a swamp cooler that had been blown off during a storm. Unbeknownst to me but apparent to the technician, the swamp cooler had been damaged and will need to be replaced. Without my authorization, they knowingly installed the damaged swamp cooler, which will ultimately need to be uninstalled.

After contacting the manager, I was informed that the work was approved, which it was not, and that the technicians did not know that the swamp cooler was damaged, which is clearly was as they showed me pictures of it after they installed it. The manager refuses to compromise on the $400 instillation charge.

I've used them at a house before and they are well priced and reliable. However- I called to get 3 more homes done, and they told me I could not schedule anything until the next week because there is only 1 person that can schedule appointments and they weren't there for that week. I went ahead and scheduled with someone else, just very inconvenient and I think they should have more than 1 person that can schedule just so that person can have time off!

I had Robbins come out and service our mini split. I gave them the error I was having (low refrigerant) right after install by another entity. They charged the system and tested the output, all seemed to be good. Sadly they didn't catch that on my two head system the wiring was reversed from the way the refrigerant lines were hooked up. It was obvious enough that when I started getting the new error I was able to self diagnose.

This would have shown if the tech didn't turn both heads on at the same time to max cooling which forced both valves to open and the system could not detect the problem at that moment. The tech was respectful and good otherwise. I reversed the wires to match the refrigerant lines and the system has been working great sense.

Dallas, the service tech did a great job getting our Mini Split system repaired after moth infestation shorted out our main control board in the compressor case. Dallas replaced the board and did a complete clean and service of the cooling head and compressor unit. His cleaning job of the cooling head was very thorough, much better than the last company I used. He suggested adding a few moth balls in the compressor unit to keep moths out. I will use Robbins again if needed

We recently had Robbins come out for an annual furnace service, Mike was our technician and he was professional, pleasant and skilled. He found a few issues with our furnace and made several suggestions. We reviewed his suggestions and opted to get a quote on a new furnace. Mike made a call and Steve came out within 30 minutes, rearranging his schedule to make it easier for our family. Steve presented different system options, sent detailed quotes and left us all the information we needed to make a good decision for our home.

We looked into second opinions as a matter of due diligence and found Robbins to be the most competitive bid. George and Tom came out to do the install, they were on time and fantastic. George included my 3 year old son, making him feel like a huge helper. George and Tom went above and beyond during the entire install process to inform us, include us and be consummate professionals. We highly recommend Robbins for all levels of service for you heating needs.

I hired Robbins 2 times when my furnace stopped working and both times they went above and beyond my expectation. 2 days ago they replaced my furnace and did a great job. Steve was great with explaining in detail 3 different units in a way that was easy to understand. I was told installation will take 6-8 hrs, but it was done in 3 hrs. He also got me a thermostat that I wanted without additional cost. Great company! Will recommend them to everyone I know

My AC went out over the weekend and Robbins Heating & Air came to the rescue. From the appointment availability (ahead of scheduled) to the service provided are top notch. Frank M., the technician, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly got my AC back on (with required part on hand (circuit board)).

Frank was very informative and knowledgeable. Not pushy I really like that in a repair person. He helped me to make the most cost effective choice for my old equipment.

I thought I was going to have to get a new AC unit, mine being 13 years old. Frank assured me that they typically last from 15-20 years. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, and did it all in a quick, professional, and friendly manner. Instead of spending thousands of dollars, I spent around $200.

I had Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning Co install a complete system a little over 2 years ago and since that time they have been out 4 times to service the unit, the last 2 times a charge was levied only to be relieved when I protested however on the last conversation I was told not to call back with my problems.

Followed serviceman's work and asked questions. He gave knowledgeable replies and I learn what had died. He replaced the part and left the original so I could examine it. Furnace now works and the family is a lot happier.

Absolutely wonderful company. RJ worked for hours on a problem with our furnace and charged a very fair price. I was impressed and plan to use them again.
