This review is long overdue. The technician came out for a service request on our gas range in July 2021. He said he would order the parts and come back in 2 weeks. However, he never came back again. The home warranty didn't send out another technician due to something he told the home warranty. I'm very disappointed. He also told us he was moving to Texas. I wish him better luck in TX. Would not use him again even if he's back in CA.

We have used Appliance Tech Now three times. Each time it has been a very positive experience. Jason, the technician who helped us, is very knowledgeable, reliable and respectful of home and property. He's a very nice young man who takes much pride in his work. We will always call Appliance Tech Now for all our appliance issues.

Quick Phu at Appliance Tech Now is really good, very professional, always come on time. He helped us to identify two dishwashers problems in different locations quickly and fixed them perfectly. He even taught us how to take care thermonatrite

Bad experience. The tech came out and was nice, no issues. But he told me the part would be ordered as he was ordering it and someone else would come out to install it. A week later I never heard back so I called in. They said my claim was sent back to my Warrenty company as they couldn't resolve it. I was upset and have been 2 weeks without a working fridge. They were rude to me on the phone and took zero accountability for their lack of communication. I hope to never work with them again.

Quoc Phu is amazing. 408.363.1208 I have a Viking refrigerator and the evaporate freezes up and the drain would remain frozen. I have a home warranty and they have called in 5 different companies. GREEN WIRE WAS THE WORST. GREENWIRE SENT OUT 4 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS (HONESTLY I CANT CALL THEM TECHNICIANS) and They NEVER fixed my issue. They would send out a different tech who would come without parts and Do nothing.

Literally look.kind of freak out and leave within 15 minutes. Quoc from Appliance Tech Now came and was AMAZING. He inspected. Cleaned everything. Went thru all the details and determined what we had already known by going on youtube to try to fix it ourselves. He spent an hour and I finally have a solution. 3 years of headaches with 5 different companies and Quoc was the man if appliance dreams. Never use Greenwire. They are not trained for Viking and a Waste of Money.

Unfortunately I had to deal with this company as it was employed by Fidelity my home warranty company. BEWARE of this company! In one of my rental units the microwave went bad in Feb and tenants reported the issue to me and we filed a claim with Fidelity and after a long wait the technician from this company got dispatched to fix it. After he opened the microwave, the technician claimed that the microwave was previously fixed by another person that left the microwave unsafe to be fixed.

He also did some fixes and asked the tenant to power on the unit and it caused some sparks. The technician then left and fidelity denied the claim. The technician did submit some photographs but it's not clear when he took them as now we don't know what state the microwave was or what to believe or trust. My tenant has no reason to mess with the microwave and other than this tech no one touched it.

I asked this company on why they even worked on this microwave if they thought someone fixed it and it was unsafe. They should have not attempted to fix it at all, so we can have Fidelity deal with the previous company which worked on it last May. I trust my tenant more than this company technician, as fixing the Microwave was my responsibility and my tenant has no reason to play with electricity wires.

Overall both Fidelity and this company left me in dark. This company cannot answer the simple question as why they even repaired the unit if they believe someone tampered with it. Fidelity asked me to sort this out with this company and when I called they have no good answer. I would have never utilized them based on the Yelp reviews myself if it was not for Fidelity and would never recommend or use them for anything. I took care of my tenant and bought a new Microwave which BestBuy is installing this Sunday.

Home Warranty company sent them to repair my Fridge. Wasn't freezing well. Ice maker not working at all. First Tech came out and diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the parts needed and rescheduled another technician for us. Ouoc came out, replaced the ice maker, changed the "mother-board" and a filter. Noticed that the pressure was incorrect. Monitored that and fixed the problem.

The company that company that "fixed" the same problem 3 years ago completely messed the system and caused the problems to continue until Quoc fixed them today. Very knowledgeable and professional!

I'm currently on the 4th ice maker for my top-of-the-line Sears Kenmore refrigerator. Sears contracted to these people to repair it. Originally under Master Protection Agreement, but still covered because of the parts/labor warranty for 90 days. Or so they say! The 4th ice maker broke in a week, and I called, but no reply. Ok, it's Thanksgiving week.

This repair is the worst one ever. the ice bin is locked in on 3 sides with ice/water flows. I can't remove it! ADD to this that the water must have flowed into the motor this time because the motor won't even try to turn. So no ice, no removal of the bin, and this is my "4th" repair. I'm still waiting for a return call from last week, but TODAY, I got a bill for $455 for repairs from Sears!

I didn't know anything about a bill! I've not gone more than 4 weeks at any time on the 90 day parts warranty. I didn't sign anything agreeing to pay. I was never told to pay. And this little surprise today. they can take it back and put in one of the earlier replacements. Nothing about my experience has been easy, or good, or quick, or properly done. And now I have a totally useless ice maker, and a bill for $455. Here, I'll show you.

I have a speed queen laundry washer leak, and Hung came to take a look. Turns out it was not a washer issue, but a drain pipe clog issue. I was skeptical of Appliance Tech Now given all the reviews. But Hung turned out to be an honest person and I would trust him if I have washer issues in the future.

Rating is 0 This company is a third party vendor for Sears for repairs. I have a Master protection agreement thru Sears. They have been out a couple of times to repair a washing machine. An appointment was set up for today. When I called to verify what time they would be out here. They said that they needed to verify what was wrong with the washing machine.

I told them now that it looks like it is starting but within a few minutes shuts off. Then she said that it was in the records that my daughter overloads the washer so they were not coming out! I told her that it was the technicians responsibility to verify what is wrong with the washer. They were rude and unprofessional. I have voiced this complaint with Sears.

I am also going to the Better Business Bureau and voicing a complaint. I have been a customer with Sears for over 30 years and never gotten this service. They are taking action also. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY WOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

Absolutely horrible. Tech comes to check our fridge and man handles the top casing so hard he snapped off 3 of the 4 connectors, so now the entire top casing doesnt stay up. As he is installing it back, I explain to him it wont work, and he assures me it will. His solution? Randomly screw in 2 screws into the casing. I finally asked him to leave. Will be contacting management (though with the constant bad reviews here they dont seem to care) and Fidelity National Home Warranty to make sure they never use this company again!

One year new Samsung front load washer, Appliance Tech Now said, "the washer needs 2 new tubs. He said, too expensive to fix, so buy a new one. Samsung machines aren't built to last." This was the second time, I'd called them out. First time he said, the washer is sensitive and can't be over or under loaded. For the last year, we propped up a chair against the door to keep washer working.

Issue with the machine since it was purchased was it stops mid cycle. Washer is one month out-of-warranty. Called Samsung, and they reinstated my warranty, and set up service call with another Samsung factory service company. Second tech said, no way the machine needs 2 new tubs. He ordered a new board. After installing the new board, the washer works like new. I wasted $80 on a service call on Appliance Now. I do not recommend this company.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company for a leaking dishwasher. Appliance Tech called me and give me a window of when the tech would arrive. They also communicated the tech would call me when he was on his way. I appreciate the communication so I'm not waiting around. Tech did in fact call and said he was on his way. Jason Tran was my tech.

He arrived and was able to assess the issue with my dishwasher. Dishwasher ended up being fine it was a different plumbing issue. Jason could have just left as there was nothing else he could do however he took the time to check the dishwasher, dry all the water from the base and ensure it was running properly. Jason was polite and professional and left his card. I would use them again if I didn't have to go through the home warranty company again.

It has been a while since I use their repair service and they had saved me my money again. They fixed my fridge because my previous tenant broke my ice maker caused the sensor for fridge and freezer temperature adjustment stopped working. He told me that it is a best change the ice maker first because with his experience, the board doesn't function correctly might be cause by the ice maker failure, since this ice maker broke in half by my tenant already.

I have to admit, at first I was a little concerned that he may be wrong because previous tech from another company that hired by my tenant suggested to replace both ice maker and the board. Appliance Tech Now's tech has saved me at least $350 for that board. I highly recommended this company to all.

This company is extremely UNRELIABLE. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME. KEEP YOU WAITING AND NEVER FIX THE PROBLEMS Most of the time no one pickup the phone. My refrigerator is broken. 1st guy came and diagnosed the fan is broken so we have to wait for them to order part, which take them 3 weeks. Then they came and fix the fan but the refrigerator stil not make any cold air.

We call again. 2nd guy came and said it the vent so they need to order the new vent system. They let us wait 2 weeks again. Then we call they said the part is on the way and would be there at Wednesday. We call again on Wednesday they said they need our series number to order the part. It have been more than a month and our food spoiled every 2 days, but we still patiently wait for them. Now it turns out that our time just been wasted for nothing. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. PLEASEEEE DON'T CONTACT THEM.

Appliance Tech Now is listed as an authorized Speed Queen repair service. My experience with them was horrible. The tech they send out flat out lied to me. He told me that filters were different fineness so they would catch different sized particles. The filters are the exact same. Then he 'repaired' the washer to stop it from flashing the ER NF code.

The washer began flashing the code on the first load I did after he left. I called the office again. Tracy told me she would have to speak with the tech to see if he would approve her making another appointment.(So the washer isn't fixed and now she has to see if he is interested in actually fixing it!?!?) She promised to call me by 5pm on 3/14/18. She called me back 3/29/18. Of course, I had the work completed by a different, competent repair service in the meantime.

Horrible customer service really hard to understand doesn't even deserve 1 star don't know how they can diagnose something without taking a close look at the appliance what they did and charged for I could do myself didn't take apart to inspect the appliance also asked for a manager to call back but that never happened and when I called asking for the manager supposedly they were "busy" which is hard to believe

My 30+ year old dryer finally died. Joe found the motor to be faulty, and replaced it with a new motor the following week when it came in. He was very pleasant and helpful. I am so pleased that he was able to bring new life to this superbly built old machine, which I was loath to scrap for one of those poor-quality new machines nowadays that has built to last 7-10 years tops.

My washer lost it's ability to spin. I called their office on Monday had an appointment for tues but I had to cancel made another appointment for Wednesday AM. Joe, the Service Mgr was very prompt. diagnosed the problem and removed and replaced the motor coupling and drain pump. It works just like new.

I am a die-hard customer of Appliance Tech Now, so far they have successfully fixed many appliances at my home and rental property. Such as replacing refrigerator door seal, reversed fridge doors, repaired 220v Electric Stove/Oven, repaired washing machine, repaired gas dryer, repaired dishwasher and ordered all missing parts, replaced on/off knob for one burner on Electric Stove, etc.

I had water leaking out from the freezer side of my refrigerator on and off for a few months now. So it was time to get this fixed. So of course I called the place that has never let me down ---- Appliance Tech Now. I made contact, and easily scheduled the appointment. Hung was the technician who came --- I've dealt with Hung on numerous occasions and he really has vast knowledge and experience and he gets results.

He troubleshot and fixed the fridge, kept me in the loop as to what was done and how-and-why. I'm confident I won't be having any more problems with this fridge after Hung's repair. The cost of the repair was very fair and reasonable, this makes me a happy customer. I will continue to recommend Appliance Tech Now to all friends and family in need of appliance repairs.

We rent and the dishwasher wasn't working well. The items won't get washed properly. Landlord has insurance for bad appliances and they had selected these folks to repair the dishwasher for us. The tech came on 4/19 first and spend time to diagnose the problem.
