Please patrons, at all cost avoid using this company to repair your appliances! On Friday 11-19-2021 I contacted this company to schedule a technician to come out to repair my dryer, and the customer care person I spoke to didn't speak English real well, which isn't an issue, however he asked me more than once to repeat the model number, and I used the phonetic alphabet to relay the information, so I assumed that he got it, and he scheduled someone to come out the next day.

The next day on Saturday the technician came out like planned, and briefly looked at my dryer. He then said that he had the wrong model# and part with him. He then told me that he couldn't order the part until Monday since it was the weekend, and wouldn't be able to come back out until Wednesday. He also told me that he still was going to charge me 99 bucks to come out, even though it was his fault that he wrote the wrong model #, and brought the wrong part.

I reluctantly rescheduled him to come out on Wednesday, but after a while, and after looking at a You Tube video, I was able to go out the same day and get the part (heater coil), and repair it myself. Fast forward to today, I noticed that this knucklehead still charged me 99 bucks, even though he was incompetent, and couldn't get it right the first time. I would have given them a negative 5 stars if possible. I repeat, ,,,,P LEASE avoid using them at all cost!

Critical: Responsiveness Refered by Thermador. Can't get a response to numerous phone calls or emails. This is the only company Thermador recommend for warranty service in my area. Help!

Critical: Responsiveness This is the worse service ever. Made an appointment but never show up. Calling them but never pick up the phone. I will never use these guys again.

Critical: Responsiveness After 5 calls, txts and four promises to come and fix our Thermador Dishwasher we are still waiting. Don't waste your time call Thermador direct. Their service was superb.

Tried calling a few times, never answers the phone. You can't understand a voice message as to where to send email. Like it says above don't waste your time.

Love this guy. He offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the issue I was having with my dishwasher. Ended up fixing it with him on the line in like 10 minutes. Awesome!

Called me back, but hung up on me while I was talking right when he realized he can't personally make money.

This place is such a wonderful service to the community. Great parts at fair prices with friendly service!

Our refrigerator stopped refrigerating. Being the handy kind of guy I am, I isolated the issue down to what seemed like a bad compressor. In most refrigerators (ours is a Maytag Mtb1956gew) a bad compressor means it is not worth repairing. I called ARM just to be sure.

Great job! I have a warranty from Sears but when I called them they said it would take two weeks to get an appointment to get my refrigerator fixed. Finally Sears gave me authorization to find another company. I called ARM and Richard came out within 2 hours. They found the problem and fixed it right away. Friendly and fast service.

I called Richard on a Thursday evening at about 6:30 PM in desperation because my refrigerator wasn't cooling and our food was starting to spoil. He answered his phone and to my surprise said that he would be by in about an hour. He showed up, assessed the situation and said he would have to get a part and would be back in the morning.

I am not generally one to jump on YELP and sing someone's praises but I am so enthusiastically pleased with the over-the-top service from Richard/Appliance Repair and Maintenance. He was prompt and knowledgeable, and gave me lots of tips for how to make my appliances work better and last longer. Plus, he could have sold me a whole new expensive part for my fridge.

He arrived and took a look at our refrigerator, assessed the problem and said he would have to pick up a part and would be back in the morning to fix it.

Next morning he arrived with the part and was able to fix the refrigerator. The best part about Richard was that I found him to be a hard working man who really loves his family. Great service! Our Maytag Neptune was working but not going into the spin cycle. I called ARM and Randy came out this morning. He was very professional and within 5 minutes had isolated the issue and thoroughly explained what was going on with our washer. His advice was straight forward, practical and helpful.
