Critical: Professionalism, Value We had a work order placed with him. He called and said that he was in the area even though I told him we fixed it. Thought he was just being nice as he said he will just look anyway. Big mistake. We were charged $85 cause I let him in the house for half a second. Ridiculous and refuse to do further service with him.

I called three well reviewed on yelp businesses when my refrigerator broke. Nick was the only one who returned my call. He promised to come next morning, he was prompt on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was lucky because Nick had a replacement part in his car and he fixed everything in an hour. He also gave me some helpful tips. I can't comment on price since did not do price shopping. I'd definitely recommend Nick's Appliance Service & Repair to my friends and family. Great service! The gas forced air heater stopped working in our rental unit during cold weather. We had used Nick before so I called and got an immediate reply from Nick. He understood our problem and agreed to look at the heater right away. He showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the needed part, and fixed the heater. Really nice guy and fair prices. Highly recommend!

Nick was great. He is incredibly fast. I have an old, tired Bosch dishwasher. The thing died on a Friday morning. I dreaded going the weekend without a dishwasher. I called and a repairman was at our home within the hour. His rates were reasonable. Unfortunately, old trusty conked out again - on a holiday. But once again, Nick was out himself the next day by midmorning.

Nick repaired my refrigerator. He worked on it for over two hours finally figuring out that a broken connection in the freezer led to a frozen up fan in the fridge causing icing up of the unit and the upper fan to also malfunction. After defrosting the whole unit he got all of the fans going again. It's working great now. I am writing because he could have tried to sell me some new fans or a board or some other costly components that would have added up the bill but he was honest about the problem and has integrity in his service. His fee was very reasonable for the time put into the job. Thanks for the great service. Dr. H
