They were able to schedule time to come look at my dryer that would not spin 2-days after I contacted them which was great. Everyone else couldn’t schedule for a week or more. After their technician examined what needed to be done he said he can fix my washer right now. He did amazing work and my dryer was back up and running in little over an hour. I am very thankful for his knowledge and fast service. I would recommend to anyone who has an alliance that needs repairs. Big time life savers 🙂 I will be calling them again for anything else that needs repairs in my condo!

Fast easy service, responded fast to my disastrous situation. My toilet water started leaking and flooding my bathroom. To not make things worse I searched up for appliance repair, and within minutes they set me up with a appointment. The customer service was easy to talk with and we're very understanding. Amazing service. I was looking for company that can fix my dryer, we found that we need to replace the heating element. I called many comapny and non of them was working on Samsung dryer.
