So, I contacted Travis with a job request. I took a while to get a response, but eventually he did come out to look at our house. Then, it took a while longer to actually get a quote for the job, which was somewhat pricey at over $3000. But, after some deliberation, I decided to go ahead and proceed ahead with the job. After numerous attempts to call and email him, I got absolutely no response and he never ended up doing the job at all.

I guess he was too busy for a $3000 job, but he really shafted me. This in my opinion was very poor professionalism and poor business sense. I would have rather received a call from him telling me that he couldn't do my job. But, instead, I was just ignored after repeated attempts to get hold of him. If this is how he handles customers, you should think twice about trying to get him to do a job for you. Very unreliable and unprofessional!
