Austin Professional Painting

The crew from Austin Professional painting did a great job on painting my house. My house is huge ( more than 3500 Sqr feet) and all of the paint on the exterior was cracking and therefore the wood siding was being exposed to the elements. I met with the production coordinator and we walked around my house. Since my house had not been painted in a while and there was chipping paint there were many spots that needed some repair on the Soffit and also some of the wood trim.

They fixed that right up. They also had to do a fair amount of scraping to make sure the the surface of the house would accept the new layers of paint. The crew was communicative along the way of the whole job. My house looks as good as new now thanks to the APP crew.

Met with a person name John claiming to be the owner of the company for a 2nd requote on a painting project and was treated disrespectfully. He came off very snappy, aggressive, and seem like he didn't want to come to work that day. Instead of offering solutions or taking the time explain the quote, he decided to give me an attitude and walked out of the property in the middle of the conversation.

After I told him I will call the Paul Peterson who initially quoted me bc he was professional and understand what customer service is about, John decided to verbally threaten me. Not surprised as the other reviewers has also mention John threatening others in the past. Will be taking my business elsewhere. If you don't like dealing with customers, please call in sick and stay home John.

Austin Professional Painting did a great job painting our home. A different painting company's mistakes needed to be repaired and redone. This required significant time and patience. Austin Professional Painting not only addressed the previous paint concerns, but did a great job of professionally painting our home. Everything I asked for and was concerned about was addressed in their proposal and followed through on the job. Our painter Carlos, was conscientious, courteous, efficient, and thorough. I would not hesitate to use Austin Professional Painting for my next paint job.

Great job from everyone at Austin Professional Painting from a well-explained estimate from John Contreras to great work from the crew who pressure washed the stone in front and sides and then an excellent job painting the back and the eaves and soffits and garage door. Job done in the amount of time they quoted us and they cleaned up well afterwards. Will definitely use them for some interior painting next year.

A.P.P. was extremely accommodating to our tight schedule for move-in, and their work was astonishing! The rooms we had completed, were beyond drab and far from appetizing to the eyes, and now we're finding ourselves changing out the lighting to truly capture how glorious and airy they finally allow us to feel. It was like unwrapping a present as we moved in, placing the furniture throughout and enjoying the daylight captured around every corner that A.P.P. took care of for us.

The team that was used was beyond respectful to our wishes and the updates provided throughout the process were more than appreciated. The foreman Luis was a pleasure to work with, and we would extremely recommend reaching out to them should you ever need any work done in the future.

My family moved to Round Rock in January, and the house we bought had holes in almost every wall from the previous owner. We had them out in January to repaint the full interior and we were quoted 5 days, the guys were prompt and worked long days and ended up finishing early. Then just last week we had them out to do the exterior of the house to do a refresh.

Again we were told 5 days, but they guys were quick and efficient and they finished early as well and everything looks great! We also got a storm the next day so they were finished just in time! Highly recommend these guys!

Great experience with Carlos and the crew. They did the interior of my house and we made adjustments (my change of mind) during the job with ease. Crew was very professional and worked extremely hard to get the job done under estimated completion time. APP did a really good job at level 5ing and painting all our walls and ceilings. It was a pretty big project, with virtually no delays on their side. And the results were impressive. We used Austin Professional Painters to paint the interior - walls, ceilings, and kitchen cabinets) of our new house. They came out and did an estimate (which I found quite reasonable), and got us on their schedule really quickly, especially considering all of the delays and backlogs in the construction/ home improvement industry right now. The crew that came to our house were very professional and worked quickly.

They were also really responsive when we made a few changes to colors, etc. during the painting process. We were so happy with the results; our house looks great. I'd use them again in a minute, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

John Contreras gave us the bid to do the work - he was so patient and explained all the details. We got a 2nd bid (which I recommend) but we preferred John and APP. We signed a contract and had them out within a week. We liked the paint (Benjamin Moore) and loved the painters. They were very efficient, but not sloppy. It only took 3 days to finish the job and we made sure the coverage was complete (and no messes).

We could not be happier with the outcome and the responsiveness of this company. I would definitely have them come paint again for me and would strongly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service.

Painted my entire house exterior in December of 2020. I've waited six months to post reviews because I wanted to see how the project held up. Very pleased with the results and the price. I had to do some minor supervision of the crew to make sure prep work was done properly and they weren't the cleanest crew, but their price was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner.

These guys did a top notch job on our exterior paint job. We have a two-story duplex and had some very specific ideas about what we wanted in terms of a color scheme (what gets painted what). They executed on the plan with very little oversight in a couple of days. They were also frankly the most responsive of all the companies we contacted - they were great about communication.

Along the way, they also did some minor repairs - very helpful. They even threw in a professional color consultation prior to the actual paint job as part of the package. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. The crew completed the exterior of our outdated 7,800 sq ft home. The crew worked extremely hard and completed the project in record time, John and his project manager Alfredo were very easy to work with as well as Jeff and Barb at the office. APP is a very professional service. They respond promptly and were very fair in their assessment of my project. I had popcorn ceiling removed and multiple rooms painted. Jason was the project manager for my project and was always on time and provided very clear and fair pricing for the project I wanted to complete. APP's work exceeded my expectations and provided a lot of value and enjoyment to my house.

A special thanks goes to Jason for his communication while the work was being completed and his management of the project led to a successful result. I would highly recommend their services and am very satisfied with the results.

If you value your home and its contents, stay far away from Austin Professional Painting. In the process of doing what was a small job over Labor Day weekend they: -damaged the wood blades of an expensive ceiling fan in the main living area. (The blades/fan must now be replaced.) -left weird paint areas in the living room ceiling they painted. (They also originally painted the ceiling the wrong color.) -destroyed an entire overhead garage door opener mechanism. -left a garage, and its contents full of dust. (So full of dust I can't use it without tracking stuff all through my home, Also damaging other garage contents.) -left many of my personal items out in the rain that are now ruined. -lax supervision of the crew, from John their supervisor, who was to arrive with the crew to define the scope of work and start the project. -they are insured, but John stated he has blocked their insurance company from dealing with the damage to my home unless I remove this review. -John also actually made verbal threats against me last week for my negative review, causing me to be concerned about my and my family's personal safety. -on the upside, they have a very nice receptionist

Just wanted to commend John and his staff for the thoroughly happy experience we had with Austin Professional Painting on our project which completed last Friday. I've read the other testimonials, and wonder what I could add to them.

We hired Austin Professional Painting to refinish the interior and exterior of our 80's home. Courtney, John's designer, helped us with color selection. she did a wonderful job! Our home looks magnificent. better than when we first got it. The crew was especially easy to work it; they arrived on time and were always ready to work. I highly recommend John and his team.

Aurelio and his crew just finished the outside and inside of our new home. True to their word they were very clean and did great work. Austin Professional Painting power washed and repainted the stucco of our modern Travis Heights home and I could not be more happy with the customer service, speed, and quality of workmanship. Not to mention the price was in line with all other quotes and beyond my expectations of finished product.
