I knew I had a foundation problem that was causing leaks and subsequent cracks in the coping, decking and perimeter tile. After using a pool leak detection company (they found one of three leaks) then having the pool drained and the underlining foundation issue taken care of, I was then tasked with finding a pool company that could bring new life back to my pool.

We use it a lot! I contacted several companies with little success. They were either disinterested, or showed a lack of understanding as to what I needed. I was looking for a specific outcome, but also for suggestions as to how to achieve that outcome. One company that I had used previously, could hardly be bothered to return phone calls. I always paid on the day the invoice was given and never questioned their billing, so go figure.

They finally did send me an estimate, that was three times what I ended up paying and did not cover the main issue. They also offered no advice. I finally reached Steve at Tri County, on a weekend. He called me back early on Monday morning. We scheduled an appointment and he was there on time. We discussed my issues and within a few days, he had ideas and solutions I had never thought of.

He offered a very fair price and his men started work within a few days. The end result was my family got a pool, without the earlier problems and it looks great. I highly recommend Tri County Pool for any service they offer.

These people are excellent. They run their business the old fashion way, with integrity and real person interaction. We need a lot more businesses like Tri-county. Ed Crump

Hired to do a pool inspection when purchasing a home. They passed a broken pool heater. They cost me $3-4000.

Bad communication. Asked questions about quote and no response. Went with another pool company for my $20,000 pool renovation.

I work here with my step dad and the workers are extremely nice and I don't know what y'all are talking about.

It took non-stop handing holding, texts, phone calls, emails, completely draining and refilling our pool THREE times, and almost TWO years to get Tri-County to resurface our pool correctly.and honestly it still isn't great. There is a huge indention/scratch on the bottom of the pool that is visible from the surface. In the end, I was yelled and cursed at and then hung up on because I refused to fill the pool the final time until it was done correctly. Unfortunately, the large indention/scratch wasn't visible until the pool was filled. By this point, we had given up. We just wanted to be done with Tri-County Pools.

Dear Dan, John and Steve, I just wanted to send a note of thanks to all of you at Tri-County Pools. As you all know I had a pool built by a National company at my previous address and was not pleased with the results. When I built my new house in 1994, the exterior-landscape and pool was almost as important to me as my house plans.

I believe for any business to be successful over a period of time, that business must understand the benefits of good.no, great customer service. Steve has always delivered prompt and professional service when I have called him. He represents your company well.

Dear Tri County Staff- Thank you all so much for all of your hard work, determination and professionalism. We are very pleased with our end product and have been enjoying it. There are always bumps with a project of this size, and we appreciate how you handled smoothing them out. I'm certain other companies wouldn't have handled them the same.with integrity and respect.

My wife and I checked with several pool companies before deciding on Tri County Pools. Decision was only partially due to a slightly reduced cost. The real reasons were that John, Dan, Steve.the entire staff was willing to work with us on what we wanted rather than what they wanted! The end result was a beautiful collaboration. We now are proud to own a infinity edge pool over looking a (now full) lake Travis that has increased the view nad beaty of the location incredibly!.and we are not in the poorhouse because of it. Thanks Tri County Pools for a great pool at a very reasonable, down to earth price.

I just wanted to say, after three years of having our pool installed, we are all enjoying it on a daily basis. I don't think I would change a thing. Thank you John, Dan, and Steve! It really was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
