Stay away from this company especially Perry Mahaney. He doesn't show up on time, and you have to keep calling to make sure he shows up. Not very professional at all. Apparently he doesn't know much about floors either. When asked to do floors with the materials we had purchased, he agreed however and then short time later backed out. He said you need to buy his matrials ( of course more expensive and cheaper quality material) came up with some ludicrous reason why the material I bought could not be installed. Confused we contacted the material store and contacted other contractors that said he doesn't know what he is talking about.
Even the paperwork in the boxes stated they could be installed. Thank goodness we found real experts (NOT Austin's Floor Store) to finish the job! Don't even bother they are a complete waste your time and money. If I could I would not even put one star.

Great customer service and great prices! So much cheaper and better quality of work and products than when I got my tile done from home-depot once. Will never do that again and will always choose Austin's Floor Store! Plus supporting a small business feels so much better and personal than the chain stores.

I had a great experience with Perry. We had our carpets replaced on the second level. Perry was clear with the bids he provided and was upfront when he could not match the bid for wood floors for downstairs. His bid on the carpet was better and he clearly showed how he got to the measurements. The store was very prompt and flexible when I had to reschedule.

Be careful, the company does not honor the warranty on its work. I had my master shower tile replaced by Austin's Floor Store in Cedar Park back in October 2012. We found significant water was leaking from the shower several months later which was proven from the installation itself. They refused to warranty the work. I had to find someone to fix it and confirmed the installation flaw. I am suing them to recover my loss.
