Our old A/C unit developed a leak and we had to replace it. The sales rep (Wayne Furr) came out the next morning and provided an evaluation of our old, out date system. He presented options from the basic to the most energy efficient system offered. He spent more than sufficient time explaining the pluses and minuses of each. He provided thorough financial benefits of each along with options.

We chose the energy efficient option and got rebates from the manufacture and other incentives. It was a pleasure to work with Wayne in this process. Fortunately, Thigpen could come out the next day to remove our old unit and install the new one. All involved were very professional during the process and I would recommend to anyone to use their service or at the least give them a chance to use their service.

Unbelievable! Had issue with no blower fan in Air Handler. Left a message on their website after hours expecting a call the next morning. In 5 minutes, a technician called me to diagnose the issue. Paul Ruckman (Senior Service Technician) called me on his way and arrived on time. He was meticulous in analyzing the issue and provided three alternatives for a resolution.

He ended up putting a new motor in and rewiring the blower system. Took his time and carefully did it right. When it was confirmed that the blower was fixed, he then took the time to check all electrical load levels and then went one step further to check Freon levels. Thigpen has all of the latest electronics to check systems carefully. Paul has over 15 years experience and was able to answer my questions and made me feel very confident in the repair procedure. Today, my house went from 75% humidity levels to 55% in a matter of minutes.the family is ecstatic. I set their expectations low and Paul Ruckman exceeded all expectations and more. I've used Thigpen for over 20 years and highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks Thigpen!

I have dealt with several AC and Heating company's, owning a home and rentals and by far Thigpen has been outstanding. Pleasantly surprised by Luke today! Have used David Grey for a decade at my business and always found their staff from reception to tradesmen to be frankly not the friendliest and not the most professional. I was dreading having to get them out once again after so many uncomfortable experiences. Today I called Thigpen and was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist who was darling and the gentleman who came out to the home.

He was polite and kind, professional and quickly resolved the issue. I would say if you haven't tried Thigpen, it would be worth it. Today went from a day of dread to a day of great service with very prompt, friendly and professional staff. Sometimes you get lucky Thank you Luke!

I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great A/C company. Everyone who works there is a pleasure to deal with. From scheduling, to prompt arrival, great repair work, explanations of work and pricing, this is simply the only company I will ever use. I was referred to them years ago and also use their maintenance plan. Yesterday (10/11) we had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Pennewell as our technician.

Thigpen has been taking care of our AC system in the beaches area for years, and has always been tops in customer service and competence keeping our older systems in order. However, when our upstairs AC unit recently died, they took customer service to a new level.

Never use this company again. My primary residence has 2 lennox for 18 years now. Almost 3 years ago, I replaced one of the units. I like the salesman Steve so I subsequently replaced one more lennox for one of my rental property.

Had a great experience with Steve who gave me great advice and an awesome estimate that was to the penny what the actual cost would be. I also had two amazingly professional and courteous gentlemen install the new system and they even cleaned up behind themselves.

My tech was very knowledgeable and knew right what do to and got to work was very informative on my problem and was very respectful and cost a fraction of what we thought it was going to thanks again guys and gals.
