Heath came out and fixed our leak within a couple of hours of my call! He was professional and friendly. I would recommend this company!

In March 2022, we hired Herrell Plumbing to install a new water heater and replace all the polybuthlene pipes with PVC in our new home. Previously, we had endured a two-week-long intrusive, messy, and stressful replumb job from another company at the place we rented, so we were really bracing ourselves for this experience. But Herrell's was great-very professional, friendly, and communicative.

The entire job was finished in two days, and the work was well done. We're very happy with Herrell's and have even recommended them to our realtor so he can tell other prospective homebuyers about them. P.S. Our handyman had recommended Herrell's to us because he had them do plumbing work on his own home. So consider this two positive reviews in one!

I just moved into a new place and had new faucets installed along with new water shut off vales. The technician that came to my place was very knowledge and good at his trade. He got everything done and even helped out with removing an old reverse osmosis system. Would definitely recommend. They are a bit pricey, but you know the job is done professionally and right the first time. Would recommend.

Was installing shelves for client and hit a water pipe with a screw at about 6pm. Left a message for emergency service. Tech John W called me within 5 minutes and was very understanding of my situation. Had my clients pipe fixed and worked very clean. We were back up and running by 7:30pm. Highly recommend as this was my 3rd call to find the right plumber. Frank Gay and Rinaldi were my first 2 calls. Herrel Plumbing has earned a lifelong customer. We had some plumbing items repaired or replaced today. Tim from Herrell Plumbing was excellent. On time and did a very thorough job. Everything was left totally clean. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I've known Herrell Plumbing for years and can't believe I haven't recommended them sooner. We just moved to a new home and the insurance company required us to replace our gas water heater. The team over there came out and gave me a great estimate, educated me on my new gas system and had it ordered and installed in no time flat! I had them install two new bathroom faucets and they did a fantastic job with that as well.

Finally we had a specialty water filter faucet we wanted installed and unfortunately it wasn't what they could do but they gave me a great recommendation to another company that got it installed right away. If you are looking for a friendly, locally owned plumbing contractor, I would absolutely recommend Herrell Plumbing. I had several old gas lines (active and inactive) that needed removal or rerouting. Herrell was the only company who got back to me quickly, had someone out for an estimate that was less than half of the next company and did the work within a week, arrived on time, friendly and quick (done in 2 hours). I'll definitely give them a call again when I need plumb work!

We got our kitchen faucet replaced. Will did a great job. The only reason I would not use them again is because they are on the expensive end. To remove our old faucet and replace it with the new one it was $275 just for labor. The job took under 45 minutes. I think this was excessive. I was expecting to pay under $200.

I highly recommend this company! We have always had an excellent experience with Herrell Plumbing. They have been out 3 or 4 times for different issues that have come up over the years and each time the technician has been courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We hired Herrell plumbing to pull a permit and install a gas water heater. They were $600 less than the competition. The woman answering the phone, Sheila, was knowledgable, direct with the quote (immediately, no jerking us around), and very kind with our complex schedules. The guys who came out were fast, efficient, and easy to communicate with during the visit. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work (water or gas).

I have been in construction most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised from my first call how everything went so smoothly with Herrell Plumbing. They were able to come the next morning after I called late, the day before to switch out my water heater that was leaking. Their techs were extremely experienced and the quality of work was some of the best I have seen in years.

I have worked with tons of plumbers at many projects. Many of them usually do sloppy work and want to rush the job. The Lead Tech Bill B. and Tim Craig were definitely some of the best i have experienced in many aspects. They knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond and even swept out the garage. If you have plumbing issues Herrell Plumbing is the place to call! I live in an older house and have had several plumbing problems over the last couple of years. This company is friendly, prompt, and more than fair in their pricing.

Not excited about them at all. Contacted the office 4x to receive an itemized receipt of services. I had a marching toilet taken out and a generic one placed in. The office staff refused a general manage or a service person to speak with me directly.

We have used these guys several times over the years. Great service, fast and friendly. Pricing is a little above average but we appreciate the work and consistency. We recommend!

After calling about 15 places I finally picked Herrell because they were the only company that would give me the possible price ranges I would be looking at over the phone for various work. They are upfront and honest.

I had some unknown company shoot their cable lines right through my sewer line which caused me problems 6 months after the event. Harrell Plumbing came, found the problem and helped me logically determine which utility service did the damage.
