Robert Rodriguez was very professional, on time and on point. Very knowledgeable of his profesion. Took care of the problem I had at the house very quick and price was reasonable for a last minute call. Great office staff, one of the best customer service I have experienced. (PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THAT). I send and email with a small concern I had and they call me in less than 5 minutes, she scheduled a tech next day. I will be using them again for sure. Thank you guys! Robert was wonderful and checked everything out before letting me know just what it could cost. He was able to fix the issue for me with a new area of pipe and pressure release valve. He also took the time to explain how to adjust it if we ever needed to. This is me third experience with choice plumbing and now it is the only plummets I call for any issues I might have. What a great experience Robert went above and beyond and kept me informed the whole way through.

Freddy was very professional, in fact, my whole experience was professional from the first call to the finish. Freddy was on time and answered all questions i had. Our main line in our home was clogged up causing sewage to come up into the bathtub and shower. Couldn't get a plumber out there and the house was smelling pretty bad. I called up Choice and they sent someone out immediately same day for a free estimate on the work. They sent Johnny Font who assessed the problem quickly and came up with a quote that was extremely affordable.

He didn't just unclog the mainline he came back inside and ensured that all drains were properly working. The bathtub was still clogged but he took care of it right then and there. Johnny even took time to notice other issues with our plumbing and gave us great advice to resolve them. Johnny wasn't just doing a job like other plumbers he genuinely cared to do a good job and made sure we were in great shape before he left. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! Ask for him by name, seriously. I'll never call another plumber again. I highly recommend.

Javier was the serviceman that came to fix my issues. I had a new toilet installed and I had to fix the inside mechanism of my other bathroom. He was so polite, on time, and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate and then came the next day to fix all my issues. In addition, the office staff is one of the nicest and polite people to work with. I will definitely hire again if the need should arise.

Jeffrey was my plumber and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and answered all my questions thoroughly. He diagnosed and told me the cost to repair before hand, but what I especially liked is that he told me in advance the possibility of the cost going up depending on the severity of the issue. Everything was sealed up nicely once the job was done and he left the area clean!

I have a relatively old house and choice plumbing are my go-to plumbing experts. I'm a huge fan of Joe but he recently moved. I have had two other technicians who have serviced the house as well and both were friendly and professional. Prices a relatively fair. Highly recommend!

Everyone is super nice. They came quick and fixed all my issues. Freddy is one of the best pro's I've ever dealt with. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. I called Choice Plumbing on a Sunday to leave a message and they picked up the phone. I was scheduled for a kitchen faucet job within a few seconds. The customer service was excellent. The plumber who came to my house (Johnny) was a true professional, explained everything he was going to do before the job and explained to me what he did when he was complete.

What I liked, unlike some of the the past plumbers, he left the area spotless which I wasn't expecting and even took care of the trash for me. Really enjoyed the service and I'm definitely using Choice Plumbing as my plumbing service from here on out. I recommend.

I had my 3rd service today with Choice Plumbing. Alfredo has been always sincere, honest, and done great work at my home for the past 3 years. His customer service is superb and work skills are excellent! Thank you very much, Alfredo. I look forward to seeing you next time for another service. ^_^

I called Choice Plumbing today inquiring about a entire repipe as I have polybutylene pipes. After asking enough questions. it was revealed (not disclosed) that they charge a $40 fee to give an estimate! This has been the only company that I've called that does not offer free estimates. Beware of having them come to your home before knowing if you will be charged this fee!

Developed a clog in a toilet and called them based on the Google reviews. They showed up earlier than they said which was great. When they arrived I showed them the problem and they asked me to go flush the toilet in another bathroom. That bathroom then flooded that part of the house. During my frantic efforts to get the water off the floor he indicated that he could fix it for $300; did I want to do it. Great strategy, make the problem worse and then offer to fix it at a ridiculous rate. I've owned homes all over the country and never paid $300 to clear a drain.

Javier came in a mask, was very friendly and helpful. Primary reason was to install a water heater which I had purchased the wrong size (medium vs tall) so he had to come back in a few days while I did an exchange with Home Depot. They charge a $30 visit but discount that after work is performed. Came back in a few days and did an excellent job. We had a garbage disposal that I installed earlier in the year but it fell down from the locking collar recently. He fixed this for free and showed me what I did wrong and that I had to use channel locks to lock it I did not know that. Pay the professionals.

Outrageous prices they charged $225 to unclog a garbage disposal. No replacement, just turn the Allen key under it and vacuum out the glass that stuck in there. Maybe 20 minutes of work.

I used Choice Plumbing to unclog my pipes and IT WAS NOT WORTH IT! My daughter called Choice to get an estimate on unclogging my stools. To begin they charge $250 to unclog the pipes. That was absolutely too high as I have used cheaper plumbing companies. The tech stated that he could give us a discount of $180 and waive the inspection fee. To begin I did not know there was a fee for coming out to inspect the job because he had previously told my daughter that there was no charge to inspect the problem.

My daughter stated that she wanted the tech to complete the job because I needed the work done and she just wanted the problem to be resolved. She informed the tech that he could complete the job but I needed to leave to get the rest of the money because she did not expect the price to be that high. The tech stated that he would wait for me to get the money as long as it was not a lengthy amount of time because he had other calls.

It took me a total of 12 minutes to get the money and return home but by the time I got back the tech told me that he had cleaned the pipes out and that he just needed to be paid. I was in a state of shock, how could he have completed the job that quickly? I asked him what was the problem that had the stools backing up and he replied wipes! There had been wipes in the pipes when he cleaned them out.

I was surprised he completed the job so quickly because my stools had been backed up pretty bad and there was no water, no wipes, or trash around the outside main that he said he cleaned out. There wasn't any evidence that he had even opened or completed any work and that was impossible! I knew in my heart that he had not cleaned out the main, it was impossible with such a huge backup and no water at ALL!

There was nothing that I could do! I had to pay the tech because he stated that he did the job! All I could do was Pray that he was being honest because otherwise, I was out of $200! The tech left and less than a week later my stools began to have the exact same problem that I had just paid them for. When I called Choice Plumbing to tell them my issues they told me that it would be an additional $200 to come out and just check the problem.

I told her that I had just paid them to complete this job and in less than a week later I am having the same problem, they NEVER corrected the problem! The representative told me to hold on and then came back to the phone and told me that it would be $165 for them to come back out to evaluate the job! I told it has only been a week, she stated that if I read the contract before I signed it, it stated that there is no guarantee on unclogging!

To begin I never signed a contract! The tech gave his phone to sign that he was there to do the job and that the job was done afterward! But how could I be sure of that if I never saw him do the job and there was no debris, water or trash to prove that he cleaned out the pipes! If there are no roots clogging the pipes and he cleaned the pipes out thoroughly, why am I having the exact same problem 4 days later?

I have never had my pipes unclogged and still have the same exact problem within days! They are scammers taking advantage of others! They feel that people are vulnerable during this pandemic and took advantage of the situation. I will be sure to warn everyone through all avenues of, how they are scamming! Choice Plumbing should be ASHAMED! WATCH OUT! WATCH OUT because this can be devastating for the elderly, low-income, or targeted populations who are more than vulnerable to these types of SCAMS!

Alfredo responded to a weekend call for a clogged toilet. After some testing bathroom operation he found a brach line to be clogged and not the toilet. His advise was that he must pull the toilet, cable and unclog branch line and he would video inspect the branch line and rest toilet since the home was new he recommended the I advise builder to assess if this problem was under warranty and the charge was $165 for this assessment.

The next morning the toilet overflowed and I called the builder and Roto Rooter to make the assessment, both plumbers advised that there was a clog due to personal items blocking the line (I had previously asked Alfredo if that was the case since the house was rented for a year) Alfredo had advised that was NOT the case subsequently Roto Rooter used the hole outside of the home unclogged the line and found baby wipes as the culprit.

Choice plumbing diagnosis was wrong and cost me significant dollars due to the misdiagnosis, the weekend rate I paid was for a diagnosis that dd not address the next step of clearing the line through the maintenance plumbing hole on the side of the home and if addressed appropriately would have saved me from the overflow of the toilet that occurred the next day.

I would not recommend this plumbing service. I should also note the Roto Rooter cost was much lower for the service and the estimate Alfredo provided for the toilet removal but since Roto Rooter was more thorough in their inspection the toilet removal was not required they were aware of the hole on the side of the house that was used to unclog the line.

Their prices are extremely high. Plain and simple. It was $265 to replace a kitchen faucet that had all of its parts. The worst part though was that they were not transparent at all, with unclear, verbal descriptions of the work and costs and rushed me to sign an iPad with no details for what was happening. We needed a faucet replaced in our kitchen.

When I called, they couldn't tell me what this would cost (even ballpark). So they came out and told me there were rusty pipes we needed to change, and the total cost would be $295, this after he and the other team member with him had to go to their truck to provide a quote. I have had many quotes for things around the house like this and have never had someone have to step away to figure out the pricing, so that should have been my first clue.

The price seemed high, but it included pipe replacement so we decided to just move forward. After accepting, he then said we had one of the parts already since it came with the faucet (you'd think he would have checked for that before providing a quote), so he'd discount our total quote by $30 since we had that. But I still thought based on what he said that he was replacing more than just a faucet which we provided.

He did not. He was here for maybe 20-30 min max and charged that much. He didn't even test the faucet -- I had to. And he didn't walk me through what he did, which is common when someone works on your house, car, etc. Just explain what you did before I pay, and without me asking. This company and its workers should be more transparent by providing an itemized list of work + costs.

It was verbal, confusing and deceiving. When I called back to complain, they said the normal install price was in the $300s, so we technically got a discount already (it's funny they had the pricing when I called back to complain but not when I was looking for quotes). They offered to send us $30 reimbursement and a coupon for future services. While an offer, we will never use them again and I could not recommend them less based on this experience.

Brice was an Excellent Technician--professional, knowledgeable, efficient and has very good communications skills! He diagnosed the problem with our Hot Water Heater and repaired it. We are grateful to have our Hot Water back!

Called Choice and within 2 hours Javier was on his way. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and provided an estimate. We came to an agreement and job was completed in a timely fashion. Great job and highly recommended Javier. Thank F. Fox

I am a local Real Estate Broker and always looking for excellent service for my clients. I had Choice Plumbing service my personal residence in the last few days and Alex and Javier were both exceptional!

They are the worst! Always have to have them out more than once. They put the sale of my home in jeopardy bc they failed to complete the permitting process. So 8 years later I have to call them to submit it correctly and they find some way to make it my fault- which is just awful customer service. AHS assigns them to us so that is the only reason I continue to use this business.

In my new home I've now had them out on two different issues and Johnny just plain doesn't want to do the work. Uses the AHS doesn't cover something on some technicality with my description of the symptoms. Other companies we've used treat their clients right and troubleshoot the problem. He won't even do that. Laziness.

We called Choice Plumbing because of a leak and they were right out. We had a very polite and knowledgeable tech name Johnny who explained everything in terms that I understood. He took pictures and showed me what was fixed as well as gave me suggestions with an future issues. He was very efficient and I would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

It was Friday and we just moved into our rental house. A garage and house full of boxes. I noticed the hot water heater was leaking all over the garage. We scheduled an appointment with the home warranty company and waited patiently for the service call from another contractor. It never came. Saturday morning came, and on the phone with warranty company and their contractor couldn't make it till Tuesday. Really?

I called Choice Plumbing mid-Saturday morning and Nick answered the phone and the 2nd ring! He said they had a hot water heater in stock and could install today! After going several rounds with the warranty company we finally received out of network approval. Now it was 3pm on a Saturday and I was a little worried of going another night without hot water.

I called Nick again and he said Alex would pick it up and be over to install it later today. Again, I was a little worried because it was already 3pm on a Saturday and figured they we only working 8-hours. Alex showed up later that evening, after hours, on a Saturday, and installed the 50 gallon hot water heater. By 9pm we were good to go, install complete and we had hot water! Professional, fast, courteous, and patient is what CHOICE PLUMBING is a lot about. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Alex and Nick! Much appreciated!

I have used Choice twice in about 1 week of time. Javier and Rick were both fantastic! If they are indicative of the quality of the company as a whole you are in great and capable hands!

We found a leak from the wall behind our sink. The bottom of the cabinet under the sink was dry, but the floor under the cabinet was wet. I filled out an online form for a different plumbing company, but they didn't call me back.

Had a minor emergency, with massive leak in front yard and having to shut off all water to house. The owner, Nick, came out as soon as he could the next day and provided a quote much less than i had expected.

Excellent service by Rick V.! He took the time to explain the issue to me in detail and then completed a prompt repair. He arrived on time and cleaned up completely before leaving. Great service!

Had to replace our water heater as it was leaking. We have American Home Shield which directed our needs to Choice Plumbing. While I'm not a fan of A.H.S. (it's a long story) the tech named Carlos who came out to remove and install the new water heater was very professional and personable.

I had Johnny at my house today to install a whole house water filtration system. I couldn't have been more pleased with how professional Johnny was during the installation. He arrived on time. His work was extremely neat.

I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, about a leaking garbage disposal. Usually it takes at least 2 days to hear back from whichever vendor they send my work order to, but this time American Home Shield sent my work order to Choice Plumbing.

This company is completely incompetent; the only reason I ended up with them is through a home warranty company. They have been working on fixing my leaky faucet for four going on five months. They have no showed, showed up with the wrong parts, and been completely unprofessional. They even assured me the last guy had been fired. How unprofessional is that? If you have a choice steer clear of this company. I have no idea how they're still in business.
