We had an emergency situation and this is who our home warranty company stuck us with. We called repeatedly and left messages and they never got back to us. Their website claims 24 hour service but that is not the case. They didn't even call us back the following day during regular business hours. We ended up having to pay another company to come out and help us.

John Pardo Plumbing flaked out on us and didn't even call to let us know he wasn't coming. They're totally unreliable. He set us a week behind. I then scheduled an appointment with a dependable, reputable plumbing service we've used in the past who got us in the next business day. I gave Pardo a shot based on a realtor's recommendation. He said he'd be onsite between 8-10am and at 10am, I called him upon which he said he got an emergency piping job.
It would have been nice if he'd have at least let us know he didn't plan to show. He then said his schedule was full till the following Wednesday. We've moved on. And you shouldn't even bother with this flake. He's yet another flaky Florida contractor. We'd rather pay more for reliability. This guy has cost us time which in turn is money.

They were able to make it out on the scheduled day. Mr. Pardo diagnosed my disposal as the culprit for the leak and replaced it. At the time, I would have said the job was thorough. He worked fast and even referred a restoration company to come assess the damage that came out the same day. I was pleased with everything until I noticed that there is still a leak. I have to call them back out.

We bought from out of state and our house needed some replumbing done in order to get insurance approval. These guys were recommended to us by our realtor and quoted even before we moved in. When came time for them to do the work, they showed up a day late, no phone call or nothing. When they did show up, they didn't even know what kind of work they were here to do, so we had to go over everything with them again which delayed the originally quoted 1 day of work to 3 days.
The most frustrating part with them was how messy they were, tracking dirt and never cleaning after themselves. I mean they cleaned 0 times in the 3 days they were here. On the last day, after I realized they installed the new water heater and didn't even bother to clean the area before putting it in and literally leaving pieces of pipes all over the area, I let them have it and their answer was "well, most people don't care". Really?
You want me to believe people don't care that their house are dirty and that you guys leave crap all over? I don't even want to think what kind of pig sty they live in. It wasn't until months later when we were doing work in our crawl space that we realized they had left all of the old cut up pipes up there after installing new ones but then again, I don't know why we were even surprised by that. We could never recommend them to anyone.

John was great about scheduling the appointment & Nathan installed one new toilet, he also replaced wax ring/Falange on a 2nd. Nathan did a great job, cleaned up very well. This is the busiest I've seen construction since 2005, They were very responsive & a fair price.( IN THIS CRAZY ENVIRONMENT) a lot of referred handymen & companies aren't even returning calls right now. I would give 0 stars if I could. The service appointment was scheduled a week in advance so that I could rearrange my schedule in order to be there and get the 'morning' appointment. The window was between 10am and 2pm. They did not show, did not call, did not answer the phone when I called them, and still have not responded to my message. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We use John Pardo, Scott and Nate all the time. I am a property manager for about 50+ units in central Florida. I text John the jobs address and the tenants phone number if there is one and he sends someone out and the Sh*t gets done! (no pun intended) The price is reasonable and the work gets done professionally. I trust his guys to do the right thing and solve the problems we have.
We just used them to repipe our house and he did the work quickly and professionally. No one is perfect or can solve the problems you have all the time, but I would recommend Pardo and Son to anyone needing plumbing services and wanting to get it done. I filed a claim for my leaking water faucet through the home warranty company and they send Pardo & Son out to service the request. Scott came to see the problem and it went fine. He told us that they will need to get the work authorized and come back. My claim was authorized. Initially they told me they will come on 2/10 afternoon, between 12-4 pm.
They didn't show, and I got a call from John saying he got delayed but can come on Thursday afternoon between 12-4 pm. I waited til 4 pm, and gave John a called. He said again he got delayed at a job and said he will call me back with another available time. He called me back after 20 minutes and said he is working half day on Saturday morning, and asked if I want to be the first and 2nd time slot that morning. Learned my lesson, I said I will take the first time slot. Well, again he didn't show up. John never picks up my call or respond to my text since then. Think twice before calling this company if you are busy and value your time. They are not very trustworthy.

This company has high quality service! We have had them out a few times and they have been great and have fixed the issue every time. Most recently, they installed a toilet for us, and they charged half as much as one of their competitors quoted us. I would definitely recommend Pardo and Son Plumbing.

Unreliable service. Scott installed a new faucet for my kitchen sink on 9/7. Unfortunately, he reversed the hot water/cold water functions. I called him the next day which was Sunday 9/8 and he said he would be back tomorrow to correct the error. It is now 11/15 and I have yet to see him. Paint me stupid for trusting the man.

I had changed my appointment from Popes plumbing to Pardo and Son. At 1st I was impressed that I received a call same day to set up appointment for service. However I, day of service I was given a 4 hour window between 10am and 2pm. I was told I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to technician coming out. When this did not happen myself and my mom called to ask the wherabouts of our technician.
Then we were informed our technician would not be out. When I inquired as to why did we the customer have to call, I was told her tech didn't tell her he was running late. This IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVCE PRACTICE AT ALL. And most upsetting is lady who answered the phone didn't apologize and was non-chalant. She simply said okay, and sounded as if she was snacking her lips or eating. I'm very distraught that this is what customer service has come down to. Stacy F

First of all one of the worst company we ever had to deal with, they gave us a slot time between 10 till 2, they show up almost 5, father and son owners of the so call company, both racist, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful, looks like they have no clue about being a plumber, and no desire to help, demanding money up front. We called another guy, in two minutes he found the problem and fixed, my advice stay away from those two guys father and son. Making jokes about the situation even though they are not in position to do so. We lost one entire day and money and nothing, thanks Pardo and son.

First appointment, plumber was in and out, no leak found, advised we needed the shut off valve replaced to the house. Called to have them replace it, never called back. Scheduled our next appointment for leak detection, we had a slot time from 8-10, at 10 I called and asked status and they said they were tied up at another job, ok, I understand that but they never called to update us, never advised they would not be able to make it, they don't seem to call back ever.
Then they advised they only had one person that could work the device and he would be tied up all day, can they reschedule, lost a half days work waiting for them. Rescheduled the next day for 8-12 again, no show, no call back, called multiple times, call was placed on hold and then disconnected. Multiple days taken off to wait for this company that can't seem to show up. Paid for work and they did not complete or show up after waiting 7 hours on two different days. Lost work and time, and now have to wait for another company to come do the work.
