They are always here to help in a hurry whenever we have back-ups, leaks, or any other plumbing issues in our condo complex. They are always very thorough and know our building very well. Their friendliness and true concern for solving all our plumbing problems correctly is greatly appreciated. Service: Drain cleaning

Mark called before he came out. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire faucet but he was able to take it apart just replace a few springs and gaskets on the inside. It saved us a ton of money everybody knows right now that's really important. I would definitely suggest you give them a try.

I have trusted Billy the sunshine plumber for years at different locations. Mark was just out at my house and did a great job. He's been to my business as well and he's always professional, knowledgeable, and calls ahead. Thanks

I refered a friend of mine to Billy the sunshine plumber. My friend had bad plumbing issues. Appointment scheduled for 4:30 pm and plumber was a no show. Company did not call to state they woul be late. Plumber shoes up at 10:30 pm. Needed to find water main shut off. That was unsuccessful. Plumber charged my friend 275.00 for what. Nothing was done. Plumber rescheduled appointment for two days later in the afternoo Plumber was a no show and after a phone call to company no paperwork was in system stating an appointment was made.

Once again this company dropped the ball. Companies should be accountable for showing up and bill accordingly This did not happen with Billy the sunshine plumber. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are not reliable

I used Billy Sunshine Plumbing for the first time after reading the good reviews and after another plumber not showing up. I had a clogged sink and despite my YouTube efforts to fix it myself (LOL), was unable to figure out the problem. They called me a half hour before showing up as promised and Mike and Jayden were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Mike explained what the the problem was and also what needed to be done to fix it.

The price was very reasonable. I said they did not need to clean up afterwards, but they did it anyway! Will definitely be using them again and will refer them to friends. Thanks Billy Sunshine Plumbing! You did a great job!

Mark is extremely professional cares about the quality of work he does he is very pleasant to talk with. He explains what is going on so that I can understand the problem. This was the best plumber experience we have had. We had a clogged kitchen sink and made the mistake of trying to get Roto-Rooter to come clear it first. I knew where the clog was and just needed a plumber to snake it for us. BTSP gave us a quote over the phone and worked with us to get a plumber out as soon as possible. Roto-rooter was the exact opposite, they wouldn't give a quote over the phone and eventually wanted to charge $570 for something Billy the Sunshine Plumber charged $175 for. Thankfully, we made the right call and went with BTSP.

When their plumber Mark came out, we was friendly, communicative and professional. He was wearing a mask without being asked to and made sure to be as safe as possible. He worked fast and updated me along the way with what was going on. He quickly fixed the problem and made sure everything was working before he left. I will be asking for Mark by name if I need work done in the future. Great company and I highly recommend them.

We had issues with clogging with our toilet and shower tub. We called Billy the Sunshine Plumber in the morning and Patrick came to the house that afternoon, even though it had been raining throughout the day, which can be a problem if they have to go on the roof. Patrick was very nice and professional. Even though it got late into the early evening, Patrick stayed and worked on the problem until he found it and solve it. We really appreciate that he came and fixed the problem on the same day and kept a really nice disposition in spite of a long day. I certainly recommend this company.

My hot water heater was 20 years old, so I decided to replace it before it started to leak. Scott and a helper showed up as promised, worked quickly and efficiently and didn't charge me a fortune! I would not hesitate to use BILLY THE SUNSHINE PLUMBER again for future plumbing needs!

So impressed! Within 30 minutes, had problem diagnosed & solved. We've been calling other plumbers for this issue for YEARS, but Billy solved it quickly & for a fraction of the cost we have paid repeatedly. So grateful!

I called on Thursday to come out and 30 minutes before closed they called and said they were behind on jobs. no big deal my toilet still flushed. Skyler came our really early Friday morning had had the job done quickly. He was very kind and courteous!

Gave them a call for a broken toilet flange today. I was shocked that Scott showed up in less than half an hour and the issue was fixed within an hour. The price was beyond reasonable and he left the workspace spotless. I'm having new countertops ands sink installed. I know who I'm calling for the hook up.

Customer service was bad from the beginning. tech came out and fixed the wrong thing and when i called for someone to come back once he came back out he said he could not fix it that he would go back to the shop and discuss it and someone would call me, no one ever called so i waited 2 days and called back to get more attitude from the girl that answers their phones she told me someone would be back out tomorrow which was 2 days ago and still no one has called or came back. they take your money for the service calls and never fix or follow up with you. never using you again

Scott figured out the problem right away. plain and simple... trees do not mix well with plumbing! Obviously Scott paid better attention in geometry, than I did. Excellent service and really nice. Scott is the best!

Was recommended this company by my church... and boy am I glad I listened! The plumber that was sent out was JT and not only was he kind and personable, but he was honest and knowledgeable and frankly, probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. I can’t thank him enough for fixing a leak that’s been causing me so much stress!! This is the first time I’ve ever had to call a plumber and not once was I made to feel stupid or as if I’m being taken advantage of... THANK YOU!!

Best and most affordable company around. They always fix our problems promptly. They have changed 3 toilets, 2 vanity's, fixed 4 of our sinks, and are coming over first thing this morning to fix our hot water heater. I told him that we were willing to replace it if need be. His response was, "if it's not leaking I will fix it". No high pressure sales just honesty and a desire to help the customers and solve their problems. We will never call anyone else.

I called Billy The Sunshine Plumber to replace two toilets in my home to get the better water conserving toilets (LFT- Low Flow Toilet). When I called, I was greeted by Gail, who was very friendly and helpful. She explained the complete process and gave me an appointment with in one day of my call. The morning of the appointment Gail called and said the toilets were being loaded on the truck and the serviceman, Jeff would be at my home in 40 minutes.

He arrived in exactly 40 minutes. Jeff went right to work and was very professional and very polite. He completed the installations in a short time and also went on to replace a hose bib outside my home. Jeff was meticulous in his clean up and made sure all my paper work was in order to get my rebate from the County Utilities for water conservation.

I was impressed with how they handle their customers and how efficient they conduct their business. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I felt the need to post this due to the negative review.

Wow what a breath of fresh air with Billy's. I would highly recommend Billy's to everyone that needs a plumber, and a special thank you to Richard who was the plumber sent to my house. Great job at a fair price. What more could anyone ask for.

Dan and Daniel came this morning and replaced my old leaky (and ugly) kitchen faucet with a pretty shiny Moen, complete with a side spray which I hadn't had before but wanted since they were here anyways at a fair price. Also unclogged my garbage disposal I thought had broke and was expecting to replace. As I was new to having a garbage disposal, they showed me how to reset it in the future.

They cleaned up everything, took all the old stuff away, and were super nice and professional all the way around. I'm hoping they will be able to replace my hot water heater asap. It's an odd size and a bit of space challenge and installed many years ago. They did a great job replacing one at another residence many years earlier.

Might be OK-for simple jobs. In June, we moved into a 40+ year-old home in St Pete with the toilet flushing into the submerged shower! Billy's plumber came 3 times; first time to snake through the roof vent, second to power clean the sewer lines ($600), third to re-try the roof vent.

Charlie came to my home to fix a break in the main water line. After seeing the problem he suggested a repair that would reduce the pressure in the line and eliminate the problem in the future. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

This is the second time we've used them, and they continue to provide amazing, friendly, professional service at a reasonable price. Their servicemen go above and beyond average service and provide exceptional service.

I could not be happier. I'm at my mom's house because she passed away and the bathroom floods! I called NINE plumbers and they could come on Monday (it's Saturday night at 8 pm) or tomorrow. This company sent someone in like half hour or less (I was busy with towels mopping up gushing water!)

I have used them and recommended them to my clients. They do good work and were easy to work with.

Terrible. Not willing to help at all with a plumbing inspection. Do not recommend, plenty of other good plumbers around Saint Petersburg, FL.
