Just had a great experience. We had an urgent plumbing problem. I called at 9pm on a Monday night. Two plumbers were at my house in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem right away. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They saved our floors and carpets from damage with their quick action. The price was very fair. I am very happy with the service. I will call them the next time I need a plumber.

Do not hires this plumber. I called them last Thursday to clear up a clog I had in my home. In the past, the plumber would just go up on the roof and snake out the clog. Not this guy. He went to my clean out and said the connecting pipe was broken. He then used his shovel to dig down to the pipe and then proceeded to beat it with a hammer till it was broken.

Then he tried to snake his way into the house. Once that didn't work, he said he couldn't fix it for me and that I should call "Allen's Plumbing". He said he wasn't going to charge me anything and quickly left. Allen's did fix the pipe that the first guy broke, but it wasn't cheap. Bob Frank made the problem worse and caused me to pay more than was needed to.

Had a back-up from my sink to the dishwasher. They responded the same day. The work is good and the price reasonable. They have resolved a number of plumbing issues over the past 15+ years. Always the same great response. Service: Drain cleaning

I have old cast iron sewer lines. Bob Frank came out on a Saturday to unclog the lines for $140 less than the last plumber I used for an emergency call. Then I had them come back to do an evaluation with a camera. They were thorough, mapping out all the lines under my house and made some very easy recommendations to keep the health of my current lines. without trying to up-sell me on chain knocking them clean or lining with PVC or replacing everything. If you want HONESTY, useful information, recommendations and good options. This is the plumber to be using. Thank you so much!

Bob Frank plumbing professionals, came out to my house at the time they said they would and called me right before they arrived. They were extremely professional and courteous and answered all my questions and remedied my problem with to clog drains. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumbing issues.

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.

I don't recommend this business. We found them to be horribly disorganized and they wasted quite a bit of our time - and didn't even do the repair! We ended up using someone different and it was a night and day difference between the two business. Just look elsewhere.

Very pleased! I needed to have the plumbing drain pipes inspected to determine the integrity while doing a home remodel. I spoke to the manager of a plumbing supply distributor. told him what i needed done and he recommended Bob Frank Plumbing as he said they are honest and will do a good job. So, I called them, set an appt and they were there on time and completed the job. Bob told me the pipes were in good shape. I will be scheduling them to connect the new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen when im ready.

Came home at 4:30 PM to a notice that there was likely a massive leak on our property. After my husband dug through the yard he found the geyser. After trying to contact 4 other plumbers we had heard of with no answer, we reached out to a friend who just had some plumbing work done. They recommended Bob Frank. We called and they answered at 7:30 PM! Ray came out, cut the water supply and fixed the issue by 8:30 PM. He was empathetic to our situation and more importantly, he was fast! We will be using Bob Frank for our plumbing needs in the future!

Horrible customer service. Broke drain cover and then jaime the plumber proceeded to throw a tantrum because he had to comr back out to give us the proper fitting pipe cover. Not to mention his continuous cigarette smoking in yiur face on a job you are paying him to do. Will never use them again or recommend them.

First time using Bob Frank plumbing and I was very pleased. We had a toilet with a leak by valve and needed new insides. Came quickly (same day) to make the repair and I felt the price was reasonable. I will defend nicely use them again.
