My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item.leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob. A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work. Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet.

It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did. I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work. Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced.

It was a wire. Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work! ***IN RESPONSE TO OWNER*** I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment.

Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.

Fast and reliable service. We had a pipe break on a Saturday morning, and we had to have the whole water line rerun. It was completed by Sunday evening, they even stayed late to get it done!

These plumbers are very professional and detail oriented. I needed a leak to be fixed. The leak detector company I called, unfortunately didn't locate the correct spot were the leak was. After Andy and his team had jackhammered a hole in my floor, they realized the leak wasn't there. He recommended to call a leak detector company he had used before and they detected the exact location of the leak in a very short time! Andy and his team then proceeded to fix the leak, jackhammering again the cement under the carpet floor.

They had to take out a lot of dirt and work mostly in the water. I was impressed by how clean and professionally they worked. The place was spotless after they left, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them!

Jacob arrived on time and had everything he needed to do the job. I had other plumbers out that couldn't find the problem so I called Plumb Crazy Plumbers and they had no problem finding and fixing the problem. Great company! Great service! I can't say enough good things!

I am installing a water treatment system and I needed some preliminary plumbing done for the installation. Andy came by today to look at the job I needed. Very unprofessional. Had appointment and no call no show. I called she said she would call me back. She called back said Tech had emergency and they reschedule for the next day at 12:30. I called at 12:40 she said she would call me back. No call back. I called at 1PM 1:15PM and 1:30PM all calls went to voicemail and as of 4:20PM no courtesy call back of any kind. I guess they do not need the work.

Andy and his guys are just wonderful! I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway. Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area. After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets. We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing. Just a great honest group of guys!
