I called this company after getting a diagnosis from another company about a leaky valve. I spoke to a lady and told her that I have a toilet valve that is leaking and she told me the cost for the diagnosis and the replacement would be $140. I agreed considering the previous company was going to charge me a lot more. The plumber came, took one look at it and said it's gonna be a lot more than what she quoted you and basically gonna cost me $270 because what she heard from me and told the technician was two different things.

I felt like it was a bait and switch because she told me from the beginning that she would charge $89 for the diagnosis just to come there and the other work would total it to be 140. I will not do business nor recommend it to anyone else.

Made an appointment to replace a exterior residential faucet (hose bib), the installers (2?) did a good job, but we were charged $275.00 to install a $20 part. I requested an approximate quote at the time of making appointment, but the lady said all she did was take calls. Requested to speak with a person in charge and have been stonewalled for a week. No repeat business from this customer!

I own a company called All Service Electric and i called them to come out and give us an estimate and while there we ran into a problem and the plumber on site completed a job for us and we were very satisfied. The gentleman man David I initially spoke to was very helpful and got my estimate quickly.

Dave did an awesome job. He agreed to inspect my hot water heater after hours so I would not have to miss any work. He figured out the problem and was able to fix the hot water heater instead of replacing it, saving me at least $600. He stayed until almost 8:00 pm to make sure everything was good with the repair. He does great work, and I recommend him highly. GREAT WORK DAVE!

Great, great work, incredibly friendly guys. They kept me informed every step of the way, and worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up nicely, were punctual, and notified me if they had issues or were running late due to a supply run. Very organized, and did a wonderful job on my bathroom. If I need any other plumbing and bath work, they're definitely my first choice.

Got here early, and did a quick and neat job. Should have gotten an estimate first, as it cost more than the 3-hours to remove and replace floor tiles
