Javier and Daniel did a terrific job! Two puppies over the course of 2 years did quite a number on my carpets. All stains are gone, and the carpets look fresh and new again. The guys exercised plenty of care on my staircase and didn't leave even a drop of water behind! They navigated around plenty of holiday decorations, and protected my entryway, etc. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced, I can see why they are cleaning so many houses in my neighborhood!

Superior service from the moment I called to schedule to the moment the technicians left. They took their time cleaning my sofa and were very thorough in their cleaning. They even pointed out a stain on the wood floor under the sofa and cleaned that too! I was certainly WOW'd by this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team responded quickly when I needed someone to help assess potential damage from a bathroom leak situation that had been going on behind the cabinet for years! They were professional and responsive. Brian Castro took the time to explain things to me clearly and let me know what I should expect during cleanup. Their consultation helped me know the right questions to ask of the plumbing company and other service providers involved since they and the builder ended up taking responsibility for the repairs. I highly recommend them and very much appreciate them taking the time to help educate me on the process!

I have used WOW Total Cleaning & Restoration for about 15 years now and WOW are they amazing! Carlos has been my tech for most of those years and has followed me between homes (4 moves) and have always provided such great service. He is punctual, polite and always makes sure I am happy with the work performed. Over the years I have used WOW to clean my airducts, carpets, sofas and area rugs with such care and attention to detail.

My mom had this service come to her house yesterday because she's moving out, and I was present when they were there. Overall, they did a fantastic job and the carpet looks brand new! And that's saying something, trust me. We liked one of the guys that was there, he seemed super nice but I never got his name. I did, however, ask the nice man for his colleague's name, which was David.

Let's just say David was the opposite of a professional. He would not put his mask on properly; first he would pull his mask down when he was speaking inside the house, I ended up coming out front and asking him to please leave his mask on when inside, to which he responded "uh, OKAY" in the rudest voice. after that, he acted completely unprofessional whenever asked to pull the mask over his nose when inside, and at the end of their service we ended up asking him to go outside while we gave payment to his nicer colleague because he still wouldn't wear it properly. he yelled "I HAVE MY MASK ON!" And my mom promptly said "it's not covering your nose, get out." For the sake of the health of their clients I hope that WOW carpet cleaning gives this guy a face shield to wear with his mask and a stern talking to AT LEAST. If you want to use this service we suggest y'all tell them not to send David if you worry about Covid.

I was referred to Wow Cleaning for a rug stain removal and was so impressed with the level of service as well as the customer service. They came to my house the day I called and removed a stain on a sea grass rug that other carpet cleaning companies wouldn't even attempt to clean because they said it was impossible! I highly recommend Wow Total Cleaning!

This letter is my testament to how well I thought your employees did in their recent rug cleaning at my home. They were prompt, did a great job, were friendly and easy to talk with, and answered all questions honestly and with integrity. They also did not attempt to hustle me, or change the original agreement on price. (which, BTW was fair and reasonable).

I have used Wow Total Cleaning twice now and was very pleased with the results both times. I thought my couch was ruined the first time I called them, the result of movers dropping my cream sectional in dirt. There were marks all over my sectional but Wow came and while they didn't eliminate 100% of the stains, they got out 98%. I was really surprised.

I rarely post reviews, but I felt obligated to post one this time. Juan and Carlos were friendly, professional and customer centric people. We opted for the 3 room special being offered this month and I'm glad we chose WOW to service our home.

I was very happy with the service I received from WOW. They arrived on time and helped move some of the heavy tables. They did not do a rush job; they took their time. I was very satisfied with the results, and I will use them as a cleaning service in the future.

On Friday May 15th our carpets were cleaned by Wow Total Cleaning. Our master bedroom entryway seemed to be extraordinarily damp following the cleaning, so we placed a box fan over the area before leaving town for the weekend.

Do NOT use WOW Total Cleaning! They called me 1 day before my scheduled cleaning and significantly increased the price they quoted me when I initially set up the cleaning a week prior! They were not willing to work with me and rectify their mistake!
