The best home cleaning service experience I've ever had. I've had about 4-5 cleanings done by Easyway and I've tried a variety of the add-ons and different cleaning options and fantastic results are given each time! The staff members are really polite and accommodating, as well. Today I had a standard cleaning done by Enrique and Whitney and they did AMAZING!

The last cleaning I had done was a luxury deep cleaning done by Daisy and Yesenia and my apartment was immaculate afterwards. I cannot bring myself to try another company because these guys really are the best.

While I did not wind up using Easyway for their cleaning services due to some complicating factors with my landlord, I did have the pleasure of working with them over the phone and they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They were willing to go to great lengths to make things work for me, followed up in an extremely timely manner, and were very understanding when I let them know I'd have to proceed with a different service because of my landlord. I will definitely be calling Easyway Maid Service first if ever I need professional cleaning done for myself, personally.

The initial cleaning crew didn't seem like they wanted to be here. The young lady really cleaned my shower and had it looking brand new but other than a couple of walls being wiped down, that's all that was done for 3 hours and young man stated that he wasn't feeling well so they had to leave. I was really upset and kind of bummed because I had a party to host a on Saturday.

I spoke with Lyssa and she apologized but I wasn't able to get anything done until today. They sent out Daisy Diaz and her partner did an amazing job! She was very professional, friendly, made sure I was satisfied and she listened to what I needed and made sure it happened. I asked if she would put on a mask, she didn't hesitate and didn't respond, "I've been vaccined". My house smells and looks really good. I wish this was the initial crew that was sent out. I did receive a discount for the inconvenience.

I called Dan on Thursday afternoon needing a large move out clean for the next day. My other cleaners had cancelled. Dan booked me and worked around my move. On Friday, we had an ice storm and Dan let me know he might not be able to get a crew to me. He offered to call other cleaners. He called 10 places and ultimately found a solution with his own crew.

The cleaners were lovely and so hard working. They were careful to get every part of the home shining. They also found our important family photos that were in an obscure cabinet. I couldn't more highly recommend Dan and his team. In a COVID world, it's so nice when someone goes the extra mile. Thank you, Dan!

I am so blown away with my service from Easyway Maid! They did just an amazing job on my two bed, two bath apartment. I've been dreading spending a weekend afternoon doing a deep clean, and they took care of it for me. Just left the key under the mat, went to work, came home, and BOOM! This was my first time hiring cleaners, and I wish I had tried sooner. The team was great. Not only were they on time, they were able to get in to my building with less hassle than the average pizza delivery guy. They literally cleaned things I didn't know were dirty. I moved stuff to the corners so they could vacuum/mop, and they went and cleaned the corners anyway! They were friendly, but I was still able to work while they were here.

I appreciate the partnership that Easyway Maid Service has with Cleaning for a Reason to provide cleanings to folks undergoing cancer treatment. It was a real treat to have Easyway come in and provide a clean, harmonious environment that is nurturing and supports healing, and their attention to contactless service during this unusual time was much appreciated. The whole team was awesome- they accommodated a last minute time request, had proper PPE, and handled every detail and concern I had for the move out service flawlessly. Not to mention, they were kind and diligent, and my property management went on to commend the finished product! Keep it up y'all!

My mom moved to Austin a year ago and I'm not too familiar with the Austin area. Her place was starting to get cluttered and dirty (she doesn't have time to clean)so I looked for cleaning service that offers green cleaning services. I made an online booking off their website. The cleaning checklist they use is very exhaustive. One of the reasons we picked them instead of another house cleaning company is the infographic showing exactly what gets done each cleaning.

It was nice knowing exactly what to expect from the maids. They have a window of arrival, and called in advance to let us know they were running 20 minutes behind from another cleaning. Not a problem at all, and it was professional of them to notify us instead of leaving us wondering. Their window is also 2 hours, which is significantly less than some of the other cleaning services on Yelp that I found.

My mom really appreciates that. They did a fantastic job and hit every item on the list. The house looked great and we felt like we got our money's worth. Definitely go with them if you want good customer service and reliable quality.

I was blown away by the professionalism this house cleaning service showed. They have the customer service thing down. I think it was 5 minutes in between when I messaged them and when they responded. As far as price, they're right down the middle. I got quoted $175 per house by The Maids in Austin. WOW! Ok. Not for me, more power to you if you can afford that.

I did an hourly house cleaning at $80/hour and they took about 2.5 hours total. 2 maids showed up and were very polite and professional. They got right to work, and I really felt like they made the most of the hourly cleaning. I was a little anxious that they would intentionally make the home cleaning take longer, but they worked diligently and without breaks.

I've been recommending them to friends and family as well. They give you AND your friend $100 credited to your account if you refer someone. Definitely worth taking advantage of. I think it's less than that if they schedule a 1 time cleaning, but it's still around $50 I think.

Email campaign afterwards is a little much, but you can easily opt out of marketing and they stop.

I found these guys on Yelp and went with them due to the great reviews. I see there are only 14 so far, but it doesn't look like there have been any major complaints at all with this business. Pretty impressive. They did a great job with my home. Such a great job, in fact, that we're hiring them for home cleaning every 2 weeks, which they do at a 15% discount.

One amazing thing I noticed was the incredibly short response times. Easyway Maid Service was by a significant chunk of time the fastest company that responded. When I called, the line was busy, but they returned my call 5 minutes later. I almost forgot to mention, too, that I sent them a message on their site well outside of business hours, and they still responded almost instantly. I don't know if they have people working round the clock or if they just never sleep. Either way, glad to be a customer and very happy with how everything turned out

Got a special promotion from the owner and tried these guys out. Left home in the morning, came home to find everything organized and spotless. It had been a while since I cleaned my home, so it was a shock to see it in such good condition. You get used to seeing your kitchen the same way every day, and you adjust to whatever grime builds up. I couldn't believe how much better my place looked when I got back.

Apparently my cleaner was named Claris? I wasn't around when she did the cleaning, but serious props! I hadn't even processed how much dust there was on everything until it was all gone. The top of my fridge doesn't leave black marks on my fingertips when I grab my supplements! Who knew? Lol. 10/10 job. Super great.

I love that they have their cleaning checklist available on Yelp. I used it to cross-reference with the checklist my landlord gave me to get my deposit back. Long story short, their house cleaning is expensive, but I got my deposit back from the property management company and I ended up actually saving alot of money. I had a really high deposit amount that I wasn't expecting to get back, so this was just a nice surprise.

Their customer service on the phone is really good. The man I spoke with was ready to answer all the questions i had no problem, and he even at one point offered to refer us to another cleaning service (we were looking for a last minute cleaning, and at first Easyway Maid Service wasn't sure they could take it). It gave me a lot of confidence in them, and ultimately that's why I used their cleaning service.

I have a few rental properties that need cleaning from time to time. The trickiest part of hiring a professional cleaning service is finding people that reliably show up on time. A lot of maid services have "booking windows" of up to 5 hours, if you can believe it! Easyway maids has a 2-hour arrival window that works way better for me. Talked to Daniel on the phone and he explained that the arrival window is really more for if a previous booking ends up taking more time than expected.

He reassured me that booking in the morning means it's way more likely they will arrive at the beginning of the window. That was certainly my experience for my booking at 10AM. They did a great job on the actual cleaning, of course, but the customer service is what one me over. The team (I can't remember their names, sorry) was so nice! It can be a little awkward having a stranger in your home, but I felt very comfortable with my house cleaning team

Excellent company. If you want a deep clean, or just a quick run through. This is the company. They showed up on time, and worked very quickly. I will for sure be calling them back.

In terms of maid service and deep cleaning this is as good as it gets. I schedule a move out house cleaning with Easyway Maid Service and it only took me a minute or so on their website. The online booking is seriously a huge perk, I see lots of other reviews mentioning the same thing. The cleaners are timely and efficient. The house looked great afterwards and it was easy and minimal hassle.

I hope they plan to expand their cleaning service outside of Austin, TX. As basically the Lyft of maid services, I think more people should have access to this level of service.

You know they did an excellent job when your landlord tells you that you can have your deposit back. I would definitely recommend Easy Way to those looking for the moving in/moving out service. They did a thorough job and got my deposit back! My only feedback is for them to call the person when they are en route. The lady who greeted me said she was about to leave if I hadn't showed up soon. She could've been a little nicer about it. Anyways, thanks Blue Team!

Great service! Very easy to schedule a cleaning - the team showed up and went right to work. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and professional.

They are the new kids on the block but they are getting it RIGHT! It seems I've turned into the designated person in my family to help with moving. When it came time to move Mom out of her second story apartment, there were two things that I wasn't doing: 1.) Carrying all her furniture down all those stairs. 2.) Cleaning. Anything. Now we've used other services in the past and had ok experiences, so I wasn't expecting to have my socks blown off.

I needed her place cleaned and I certainly wasn't about to do it. Enter Easyway Maids, these guys are slick! Booked the cleaning online on their site, cleaners showed up on time, very friendly and personable, and got right to work. When we came back to do the final walkthrough I expected to have to touch a few things like I've had to do in the past but not this time.

Literally nothing! It was perfection. To the point she was joking she wanted to move back in - I wasn't laughing. I hope these guys stick around because when it comes time for the next move, I will definitely be calling them!

Really helped out in a pinch. I needed a cleaning service during move out since my building requires receipt of professional cleaning at the end of the lease. I ended up procrastinating on booking my cleaning and all the other big name services were booked solid by the time I called. Out of desperation, I gave Easyway a try despite them having very few reviews.

So glad I went with them! The cleaner showed up on time and was very professional and thorough. She followed the list that my property management gave me to the tee and was really efficient.
