I've used Austins Maid Service for years and, most recently, the crew performed a move-out cleaning for our home that we just sold. As always, the crew was on time, professional, courteous, and they did a fantastic job! The house is spotless and smells wonderful! We had this service for around 2 years. Sometimes we had a great clean other times we didn't. They never sent the same person. Our maid was scheduled to come at 1pm on certain days but they would always arrive before that time. There are times when I'm in a meeting and cannot be disturbed. I didn't like how they didn't respect the time of the cleaning. The final straw was when they asked me if the maid could come early and I said no but she came early anyway.

We paid extra for the baseboards to be cleaned and there were some areas missed. We were also expecting the microwave & fridge to be touched up and they were not. Otherwise, a pretty decent job. Service: Moving-related cleaning

Update after getting response. Everything you have written is an out and out LIE. I NEVER got a deep clean. You NEVER called me back or emailed me ONCE since the "regular" clean. You have an SEVERAL other occasions - so you have my correct information. I'm am simply beside myself with how blatantly you have no regard for speaking the truth. ANYONE reading this - stay AWAY from this business.

Ginger at Austin Made Service and her team made our move out clean so easy! It was required per the end of our lease so we really need a company that could do an exceptional job. I scheduled a cleaning for tomorrow. The house that needed cleaning was found to have water damage on a Sunday, when this company is closed. In the past I've left a message with no return call back, so I did not call on Sunday to cancel the Tuesday cleaning. I called today and because it was 24 hours notice, I'm being charged $100. So just be aware of the 24 hour notice to cancel or you will be charged.

I paid $200 for a move out service with this company. My rental manager charged me $145 for items missed and services simply not performed. They did not sweep the fireplace or dust a single blind. I was sent photos. I contacted them to discuss this and they gave me an excuse about a guarantee that's not in fact a guarantee. They didn't respond to my last email message. If you want a thorough job, a guarantee, and good customer service, you will not find it here.

We got all rental deposit back thanks to their move-out cleaning service. And trust me, that was no small feat because our moving guys left the floors super messy! We were moving cross country during the huge ice storm this year. Our move-out date kept getting pushed and most of the city was without electricity. Ginger kept in close contact with us the entire week and was incredibly gracious and organized keeping up with our constantly changing date.

The fact that she was so fast to respond to our emails during a time of statewide crisis was truly amazing. We weren't able to be at the condo the day the maids cleaned, and I was nervous that a lack of supervision might lead them to miss some spots since we weren't there to answer questions, but my fears were unwarranted. Our landlady saw the before-and-after state of the condo and said she was amazed at how clean it was, considering that the moving guys had tracked so much mud all over the place. We'd sprung for the baseboard cleaning and interior window cleaning and I think that was money well spent. Thank you so much to the entire Austin Maid Service team for being the only thing during the ice storm that went smoothly!

I have used Austin Maid Service for years now. Reliable, prompt, and efficient. Once again, Austin's Maid Service has been able to come out for a deep clean on such short notice. The girls are professional, and the costs are super affordable! Amazing work!

I used Austin Maid Service for a regular cleaning for sometime. But since it was only me at my place I decided to clean myself and cancelled the service. Not because they weren't good only because I felt lazy not cleaning myself. When it was time to move, I called them again for a move out cleaning. What can I say. WOW! My place looks amazing and it was so well cleaned that I fully regret not keeping them on over the years. If you need a move out cleaning to regroup a deposit etc, contact them.

This service was used to perform house cleaning in the past. Streaks were left on the windows, residue was on the hard woods, cobwebs still in the corners, the couch is raised is on a hardwood floor and there were dust bunnies under it, same for the bd being high and on hardwood and dust under it, the bathroom tile did not appear to be washed. We cancelled the service a month and a half ago.

Since then they have showed up twice to clean. The first time they pounded on the front door for a good 5 minutes, they tried the door handle, attempted to enter a code to the door. All the while I listened since I work from home. Then today just an hour ago they showed up again and I was in the living room and looked up to a woman standing on the back porch.

I had the sliding glass door open and our dogs just had a fit. The back porch which you have to go through the gate, around the house, to get too. The house is completely fenced in. Scared the living "." out of me. I'm still shook up about it. I did not know who this woman was. I called and I was told by Ariella (? not sure on the spelling of her name) that yes, there was a scheduling system error.

This is the 2nd time they have showed up following being cancelled. I asked to speak to the supervisor and I was told that since they are working from home, she would tell them that I wanted to speak to them. No one has called me back yet. I highly recommend not using this service. I would tell someone I didn't like to use this service.

I've used them twice for move out cleaning over the years and both times they did an amazing job! I can't recommend them enough! Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I used this company a couple of weeks ago to schedule a move out cleaning when I moved from my apartment. I was SO impressed with everyone in the company. From the person that I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment, the email reminders and calendar invites to make sure the appointment was in the books, to the cleaning person who was on time and did a FANTASTIC job. And it was all for the best price I could find. I will definitely be using them again!

I am so glad we found Austin's Maid Service! They do a fantastic job each and every time. Yasmin is especially wonderful and leaves our home sparkling. On top of doing a great job of the actual cleaning, they are incredibly flexible and easy to work with on scheduling. I work from home, so it's important that I know exactly when to expect the team to arrive, and Austin's Maid Service is the only service we've used that will give us an actual arrival time, not a 4-hour window.

I was referred to Austin's Maid Service by my realtor for our move out. From the phone call to get information, book the appointment and when the gals came everything was awesome! They came on time and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Austin's Maid Service to anyone looking for a one time move out or weekly you will not be disappointed.

Woof. The cleaning for the most part was fine. However, she bleached my bathroom towels and removed product from the shower that wasn't empty. The biggest issue is that they double charged my card, and it doesnt seem like a priority to them to correct the issue. CS is not good.

I had some cleaning done today - I got the package with all the bells and whistles (refrigerator, windows, etc.). I'm already a clean person, this was something to really get rid of most of the dust and such that builds up over time. As you can see from the images taken as soon as I got back: 1. There was a lot of dust and dirt left over 2. Windows weren't cleaned 3.

Glass in shower was still dirty And then unpictured is that they didn't clean the fridge, either. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that after you get home from a cleaning that you don't see stuff like this everywhere. very upsetting.

I have never used a maid service before but they were highly recommended. I am very happy with the job they did and will use them again. They were very good and very quiet. I have a home office and was not even aware they were there.

I scheduled a "move in " clean for a condo we purchased and when we arrived to the empty condo the afternoon of the cleaning we honestly did not think they had come. I called the company (Saturday @4:30) and could only leave a voice message. I called a few more times and could not reach anyone. We began cleaning the condo floors because we. needed to bring in furniture.

We never heard back from the company all weekend. I called again Monday morning around 10:30 and asked if anyone had shown up and that the condo was dirty. The area supervisor met me at the condo later that day and I walked him through the different areas that were not clean; counters, floors, light fixtures, hardware, glass on the wine refrigerator & oven, windows, light switches, sinks etc. we left him there to clean since he wanted us satisfied and would not discount the cleaning.

When we returned later that evening numerous things I had pointed out were still not cleaned. I am very frustrated after spending approximately $250, and we are having to do the cleaning.

With being a busy executive, I don't have cycle time to clean my home thoroughly. Austin Maid Service always has m covered with great quality! Thank you all for the great support and partnership! Charlie

I recently moved into a home where the previous tenant had left the house quite dirty (cobwebs/dust covering most of the walls, cabinets, door frames, etc). The blinds and windows looked as if they had never been dusted or cleaned. The fridge, microwave, stove, sinks all needed some "elbow grease, " and I decided it was worth it to pay $200 to have Austin's Maid Service come do it for me.

I walked into my home today after the 2 cleaners had supposedly been there wondering if they had come at all. There were still cobwebs/dust everywhere. Things like the front of the cabinets, front of fridge, and all floors looked as though cleaning was not even attempted. Blinds and window sills were not dusted. So now I've payed $200 and still have to either do the deep cleaning myself or pay someone else to come in and do it properly. Do NOT use this company if you truly want a house cleaned. I really couldn't be more disappointed.

I should preface that I've never hired a Cleaning Service before. My husband and I have a dog that sheds constantly. My husband I decided to keep the dog out of the house for most of the time she was there to ensure the dog wasn't crying, barking (while in another room) or bothering her. The woman had arrived with cleaning supplies was very friendly and greeted our dog while he went for a walk which was nice.

She got straight to work and asked which room to start with. When my husband came back and the dog was home for the day she was very friendly to our dog, which again is nice. She was not bothered by him jumping up on her to say hello. I do not expect people to humor my dog. I did my best to keep him out of her way. The glass and windows look amazing.

The fans and baseboards are all dusted and cleaned. The bathroom and toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen them and that includes from when we first moved into the house. All the dust and dog hair is pretty much gone. I do say pretty much because I did still notice some on carpets, but I also cannot get it all up so that wasn't a negative to me.

The only negative I would mention is that the coffee table had some dust particles on it, which I imagine is from doing the fan blades right above. She must have not gone over again.

So good! Getting a quote and booking an appointment was SO easy.like, "sure, we can come exactly when you want us to, " easy! I must be dreaming. The young lady who came to the house was fully stocked with cleaning supplies and what seems to be the most amazing vacuum cleaner ever. She was on time, nice, and thorough. There were a couple things that I noticed afterward that I would have liked wiped down or paid more attention to, but absolutely nothing to really complain about.

I mean, considering EVERYTHING else that was perfect. I mean, my bathtub shined like the top of the Chrysler Building! I will 100% use AMS again. I'm really debating bi- weekly cleanings, but know that, if I stick with a deep cleaning every couple of months, I would be happy with that too.

As always, an excellent job. Griselda is the best and always does a great job. She is very professional and when she is finished, my house is really clean. I've never had a bad experience with Austin's Maid Service. Thank you Ginger for taking care of me!

Ginger & Company provide very reliable, quality service. Our family has used their service several times. They take feedback well, do a great job and will change their schedule to meet our needs. Our cats love them! It's great to go home after a long hard day to really clean house!

I've been using them for several months now every-other week. Always on time, always remind me via email and calendar alerts, the place looks great and lots of attention to detail. A bit higher priced than the average person but worth it for the professionalism and detail of these guys.

Further update: I logged a complaint with the BBB. The company accused me of lying and saying I sent them pictures from a different house. WHAT! These people are rude and insane. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I am SO impressed! You guys killed it and were wonderful to work with! Joy and Cindy are angels from heaven. Hands down the best value cleaning service EVER.
