Absolutely terrible experience. Mitchell Heating was responsible for all HVAC work in our new home build. We had to have them out several times within the first year for issues ranging from water damage due to whole home humidifier leaks, temperature discrepancies ranging from 7-10 degrees from upstairs to downstairs, and most recently our heat going out.
