David is knowledgeable and values craftsmanship. Moreover, he is honest and will treat you like family and your home as if it were his. David has a keen eye for design. I have recommended him to my friends and colleagues. If you want someone to do the job right, then get Lanni Construction. I would give him 10 stars, but 5 is the highest rating!

Made an appointment to stop by their Showroom and was met by the owner David Lanni. Getting to see the products "hands on" style is something that is scarce these days and I really appreciated it, accompanied by David's knowledge of what works best for us and showing me options I hadn't even thought of. Great experience all the way around, they've gained a customer here.

David Lanni did a remodel on my home. I can't imagine a more diligent contractor and crew to do the work on my home. I am extremely pleased. I can't recommend his company too highly.

David Lanni does not do quality work in my opinion. I have squeaky floors, windows not installed correctly and more work performed that was sub par.

Be careful with this guy. He seemed very personable, but then Mr. Lanni milked my ex-wife out of thousands of dollars. She complains how she felt cornered after they rendered the house practically uninhabitable by tearing out the kitchen and bath.

David did a large kitchen, den and bathroom remodel for us last year and we were very pleased and remain so. We wanted to keep the cost down and avoid replacing our kitchen cabinets but weren't sure that simply painting them would turn out well. We were pleasantly surprised when he helped with an antiquing idea for our existing cabinets, which turned out beautiful.

If you call David Lanni Construction first, you will save yourself calling anyone else. I've now had a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel and an addition built on my home along with small jobs around the home by DLC. This is now the only company I call. The price they quote is the price at the end of the project. They do the work like it is their own home.

Our daughter Megan, who lives in MN, is now starting the process of a major remodel at their home. If they lived closer, we would definitely recommend you for doing their project (it's larger than what we had done).

Don't even bother calling David Lanni Construction to discuss your remodel, it is a complete waste of time! We spoke to him at a home show and followed up with him a few days later to have him come take a look at our kitchen and he refused to schedule an appointment with us. He insisted on having a phone consultation to provide us a price for our remodel without knowing measurements of the space or knowing what we are looking for.

He proceeded to tell me that it would be somewhere between $45,000 - $60,000 to remodel my kitchen without seeing it and when I told him we had a quote from a comparable company that had come out to see the space for $30,000 he got defensive and started talking to me like I was an idiot. Save yourself the frustration and leave him off your list of people to consult.

It is definitely one of a kind. He has beautiful displays and so many products to pick from that are all great quality. I enjoyed working with him and his team! He does a lot of his own design work and comes up with awesome ideas where I was drawing a blank on what to do! He holds your hand throughout the whole project and guides you from start to finish. I definitely give David and his team an above average score.
