We had our work done by America's Advantage Remodeling back in 2012 and it all seamed great at that time until and a few years later there was water leak on the corner of our Picturesque window. I called several times and a male answered and said they would send someone out. After multiple attempts someone came, but he said he doesn't work for them and that he was in the neighborhood so they asked him to stop by.

He looked at it and told me there was a few inches of flashing or something that was not completely filled. I called back the company several times after and years later still nothing. Every time it rains I get nervous and I call them. Now, they are saying it's passed their 10year warrant, well they have ignored it for several years. In addition, the contract notes "AHR Lifetime Installation Warranty is included".

Now they're saying they would have to review the contract. Who should be responsible for the years of water leak, if they had fixed it then we wouldn't have the prolong damage to the window frame. I'm told they will find the file int he warehouse and get back to me in a couple of days. Let's see how long that takes, it's 3/22/22

Not impressed with the service I am receiving with the issues I am having with my kitchen cabinet doors. I had my kitchen remodel completed in November 2019. Noticed some cabinet doors where the paint is peeling. I notified the company several times on a weekly basis now and no resolution. Very disappointed with the customer service I have received so far.

I had a consultation session and was told they would provide an estimate of the work in a few days. Received no such response. I emailed a week after the appointment and received no response. Not very professional. I understand the market is flooded with work, but at least have the courage to respond and the desire to remain a professional. Better late than never, they replied shortly after this review posted. It appears it was my misunderstanding of the timeframe for their response.

We are extremely pleased and satisfied! Polite and professional men came and performed a miracle on our old house. I cannot describe the amount of detail and work put into it. It's something you see in a magazine. I LOVE IT! Thank you Vadim, Oleg, Victor, Eugene, Vlad, and Vasily

We could not be happier with the outstanding job Tony and Andre did in the remodel of our Master Bathroom. Vadim the sales person was also instrumental in our selection of a contractor and the design ideas that turned out better than we could have imagined. America's advantage remodeling is an excellent contractor. Before my family could move to Sacramento from Las Vegas I knew the house we were moving into in Sacramento needed some major work and updating. So I undertook what I thought was going to be a monumentally difficult task of over seeing a major house remodeling from a state away. After driving to Sacramento and meeting with a few contractors our choice became crystal clear.

It was no contest. Vadim, the estimator for America's advantage, was by far the most knowledgeable and detail oriented person we had met with. He foresaw issues before they arose and made suggestions on design and function on every step of the process. His expertise and construction background paid off immensely on our project and in accuracy of the estimate we were given. America's advantage opened up our kitchen by removing two walls and repainted and textured the entire interior.

We also had them replace the carpet, tile, vanity, backsplash, countertops, cabinets, and front door. They reframed a leaking window and our walkway drop ceiling. They also installed our new appliances, toilet, oven vent hood, replumbed the house and moved a gas line. We were blown away with the final product and more than satisfied. I will definitely be using them again for any future remodeling needs.

I appreciate Vadim, Oleg and crews hard work. They made my long distance remodel a breeze with their responsiveness and keeping me updated on everything. Couldn't be happier.

America's Advantage did a massive remodel of my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. They treated the project as if it were their own kitchen. Example: I was surprised to find dimmer switches instead of the common ones. Vadim's comment, "That's what I would want in my own kitchen. So that's what you got." They also had design ideas that I wouldn't have considered.

All were incorporated. They stuck to the estimate. The only surprise was tax on materials not anticipated. Because of the extra work they had done beyond the original contract, I didn't contest it. But it may be a concern for you. There is a big plus in having one company do all the work - gas lines, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile, paint, etc. After having tried my hand at being the "contractor" on a bath remodel, I can tell you it's best left to the expert.

The project we planned was somewhat complicated. They took time to think through each of the tricky parts thoroughly so that the end result was of the highest quality. We were very pleased with the results. The Final product exceeded our expectations. The contractors were easy to work with and very skilled.

When I called for an estimate for a new front porch the receptionist was friendly and within three days Eugene Chernioglo was at my door. He was professional, well grounded, and very prepared. My front porch is perfect. The materials used were just right and the workmen were polite and very tidy. The job was done very much to my satisfaction.
