Our central air unit was leaking water all over our basement so we placed a claim with our home warranty company. They referred us to United Monday June 8th & they came out bright & early this morning June 10th. The technician was polite, courteous & efficient. Within 20 minutes he had identified the problem as something our home warranty would not cover.

Furnace was installed August of 2012. I purchased the house in December 2012. In December 2013, my furnace was not running correctly. It kept cycling and couldn't maintain heat. No sticker was on the furnace to tell who installed it and it took two different companies to find out what was wrong with the furnace.
