I never leave bad reviews but this company is a joke I had them come out for hvac and electrical problems didn't fix either of them because other jobs scheduled so they left and told me to reschedule. I rescheduled for a week out never called to let me know they were held up and not going to make it after I took the day off of work to make sure the problems were fixed. Not very professional if you ask me. Receptionist told me to reschedule again or contact another contractor no help what so ever definitely not living up to there name

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Completely misdiagnosed my ac problems. Unit froze up again minutes after they left. They were late, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate with me or return my calls. Fortunately for me I have worked w harvest heating and cooling in the past and Steve and Adam at harvest had my unit up and running within 24 hrs. Service: A/C system repair

Had a home warranty that used these guys. Took over a month to get them to come out and do the work. Had to go to their office multiple times, the owner literally hid from me one of those times. When they finally showed up to do the work, it took them 5 days to complete the job. If you don't like doing warranty work, don't parnter up with a warranty company.

James Mickle from Best HCE was just at my house to fix my AC and did an amazing job. He encountered several issues with the outside unit being clogged with dust and dirt, the condenser not working and another issue with the coils. Thanks to his persistence and knowledge my house is no longer hotter than hell itself. Thanks again James I appreciate you fixing the AC and making my house bearable again. You rock!

Dennis and his crew worked into the evening in order to get our replacement boiler installed that night. It was much appreciated as the temps were below zero. We had our furnace go out so contacted our homeowners insurance company. The insurance company contacted Best Heating and Cooling and they called the same day. The lady who called (I wish I could remember her name.) was very nice and helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with our issue. She setup an appointment for two days later. The technician was here in the first half of the time window.
He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a very short time and told us our 23 year old furnace was shot. After the insurance company got done messing around, Best called before the insurance company did to make an appointment for the installation. The gentlemen who put it in were just like the first person. They had the old one out and the new one in less than 8 hours. Overall the experience we had with Best was amazing! Will definitely use them in the future and I've already referred them to friends and family.

We had new heating/air conditioning system installed along with some plumbing repairs done and had an excellent experience. Tim, Duncan, and Ze did a great job, very pleasant and informative along the way. Tim was excellent to work with on the quote process and options that made sense for us! He is an excellent resource for the installation options. It was a nice clean installation and much improved looking and functioning job. We will use them for our future HVAC needs.

Had Best out today for service on my ac. I found there service the most reasonably priced. They know their stuff. I had been using another company who claims they live by the golden rule yet they charged me 3 times as much last year for freon and a cleaning and Bests' cleaning was more thorough. You can't go wrong with Best.

We called BEST Electric to come and ground our dishwasher. Travis found it was already grounded via the copper pipes. With his experience he noticed our disposal plug was not working, he found the wires had been capped off in a outlet box and grounded our disposal. Travis the electrician, was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He was also very kind to my son and our yippy dog.

My AC tripped the breaker on Sunday the day before the 4th of July. I called BEST and Jason came out within the hour. It was not immediately apparent what the issue was, but Jason was great to work with and he charged me the weekend rate, but that is understandable for taking time on the holiday and weekend.

The service technician arrived on time, explained what he was doing and completed the work competently. Identified cause of electrical problem in the garage and replaced two way switch. Checked three way switches in kitchen and did not find a problem with them. Suggested the occasional problem may be related to overhead light fixture itself.
