These guys were great. Great service and they also had the best price. I had an emergency and we had someone in the home to quote it an hour later. This was on a Friday and they were there early morning Monday to install. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work. Services: Install AC, Heating system installation

Craig is a lifesaver! Our house was 84 degrees and he made time to come and help us same day with our broken A/C unit when every other heating and cooling business in town was booked out for at least a week! He was very friendly and professional even though it was late and he had obviously been working all day. He took time to explain what he was doing and gave us some tips too. Des Moines Heating and Cooling will be my first and only call for any repair needs in the future. Can't say enough great things about our experience!

Honestly the best and quickest service I have ever received! My AC was fixed within an hour of calling this business. The cost was more than reasonable! Yesterday my furnace was not working I called Craig and he immediately came out and checked my furnace. I needed a new furnace and it was installed today! We used DSM Heating and Cooling to service our furnace and AC for 13 years. When it was time to replace our 22-yr-old system, we were a little concerned about using a smaller company for the big job of installing a whole new system including the water heater. I had some issues with my furnace. I called around to numerous places and none of them could make it out within 48 hrs. I called Des Moines Heating & Cooling and they were out at my place within an hour. Took care of the issue and had a great chat with the owner. Really nice local company and I will use them again in the future. I would definitely reach out to these guys for your heating & cooling needs.

I called the company and got a real person. Told him my heat was out and was wondering how long the wait would be. He responded I can come right now, showed up and diagnosed my problem, found the part I needed to fix the furnace and quoted price. We agreed and he ran and got the part and installed it made sure all worked properly and cleaned up the mess from working on my furnace. Very nice and friendly to deal with. Would recommend Des Moines Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs work done.

Had some work done on the a/c and furnace at my business location. I appreciate the fact that your guy (Tim) conducted himself in a professional manner. Not the stereo-typical contractor by any stretch of the imagination. I even noticed that when he was on his way back to his truck, he saw an elderly man walking up to the door and he ran back to hold the door open for him.

I've been with these guys since 2009 and there just isn't anything that could make me switch companies. The people that come out to do the work are just as friendly and professional as the people in the office. The work is always done in a reasonable amount of time and they never do anything that is going to cost me before asking me.

I dealt with nikki regarding an invoice that I was told I wouldn't be charged for she made sure she followed up with the right people and myself and handled the situation in a very timely and professional manner she made sure to assure me how much they value me as a customer for many years and ended up signing me into a service agreement for my lennox warranty.

The unit is better than expected Craig gave me knowledge i didn't have. His installer spent a great deal of time making sure that he did everything just right. They cleaned up their work space and treated my home as if it was their own. The young man and the office gal worked very hard explained everything to me made sure to tell me what was going on as they went along.

We have been our home for about three years and are kind of out in the country. It used to be that when I was home alone, I could hear noises.that I thought might be voices. Wasn't sure if I needed a psychiatrist or a paranormal investigator! Anyway, these great guys Jeff & Andrew came out and installed a new a/c and furnace and I'm in HEAVEN! It runs sooo quietly!

Obviously either about to go out of business, or just improperly ran company. They will not warranty our new furnace they just installed 3 years ago. I had to call another Lennox Dealer to handle the warranty after contacting Lennox and them telling me they are not an approved Lennox Dealer anymore.
