Wow! So responsive! I spoke with John at 7 am regarding my bathtub leaking into my ceiling downstairs. He was at my house by 8:20! We had an issue with our tub's overflow drain. John assessed the situation and took the time to walk me through everything that was going on. He was professional, polite and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company!

Kevin was super professional and knowledgeable in assisting us with some past shady plumbing services. He fixed several items in our guest bathroom that had been "fixed" by two previous plumbers and also had to reinstall a garbage disposal that wasn't done correctly by supposed skilled plumbers the first time. I would ask for Kevin when you call, as he provides you with the whys and whats of the items being fixed rather than just fixing and collecting a check. Thank you Kevin and Grace Plumbing. We hope to not have to call you too soon, but will if we encounter more leaks.

These guys are strange in the way they conduct their business, we got a notification from our municipality that our monthly water consumption was much much more than it had been in our last billing quarter. We enlisted Grace plumbing to help us out, after talking to their representative he said he would come out and do a leak detection to the tune of $400 but most likely it gone be a slab leak.

They came out the next morning and proceeded with the leak detection with a fancy electronic detector, after 30 min he pinpointed the leak under the slab near the east side of the outer wall. Estimated re- pipe would be $5500 however he could do on the side for $4500. I reluctantly paid the $400 and told him I would reach out to him the next day. Well I called another local plumbing company and the their total price to resolve our issue was $125.00 one of our outdoor hose bibs was leaking pretty bad, ( I ask Grace plumbing if they checked that and he said that he definitely did) he shut it off and capped it problem. Guys like this make it so hard to trust the trades. Beware!

We noticed our garbage disposal was leaking at around 9:30 this morning. They had a plumber sent to us by 3:30pm and he replaced the garbage disposal quickly and effectively. *POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS EMPLOYEE/ALTERCATION* Kevin was called to come and look at a leaking pipe in our Water Main. He came and quoted my Fiance (I was at work all day) for the Job. $2,500 for replacing a Water. Main Pipe. Nothing was signed and work was not authorized, yet he went on with the Job on his own accord. I returned home to my 6 Month old Daughter and Fiance outside the house and this stranger in my kitchen.

I informed him that the $475 I was told that Insurance would not cover wold be paid in full up front, and that the rest of the balance "the insurance company would definitely cover" (his words) would be paid on a Net 10 or Net 30 basis once I have confirmation from my insurance.

Grace plumbing was so amazing! I called last night and the morning after John was here with a brand new unit! He was so friendly and professional. I had an amazing experience and will call them again for any of future plumbing needs! Thank you!

Please do not hire Grace. Grace caused a disaster for us. A while back, we had a leaky sink and called Grace. While Grace acted like she was very capable, she was not able to repair the leaky sink after an entire day on the first day. Grace decided to return 5 days later. Meanwhile we could not use our sink and you can imagine how difficult it can be.

By the evening of the second day, Grace finally admitted she was not capable of fixing the leaky sink and needed to have another plumber come to the rescue. At this time, the sink leaked a lot more and in fact water was pouring down. Grace had drilled permanent holes in our counter around the sink that can not be fixed until we replace the entire counter. Grace's plumber friend came over and finally repaired the sink by the midnight on that day. However, the permanent damage that Grace caused to our counter and sink will cost a lot more money to repair. Please do not hire Grace.

VERY VERY disappointed with your service. Kevin charged me over $1800 for cleaning up the clogged toilet. With in one month, the same problem showed up again. He blamed the renters without providing any evidence. Later on, I hired another company and they found out the root cause quickly. The cost was just a fraction of what Kevin asked.

I spent an entire Saturday plunging, tried RidX, liquid plumber down the showers, etc. to no avail. I called Grace Plumbing late Saturday night, they asked me plenty. of questions to try and understand the issue.

He is a great guy with an incredible heart. Because he knew a weekend call could be quite pricey, he offered that I can write a review so that he can apply a discount to my invoice. I was also pleased to find out they have a military discount as well for my husband. My husband works out of town so he wasn't here for the repair, but Kevin thanked him wholeheartedly for his service. I could not be more appreciative of a man/company like this! I can definitely recommend Grace Plumbing to those in need of fast, reliable and friendly service!

Grace Plumbing came to fix a leaky toilet in a Condo i own. I was out of town at the time my son was there. I talked to them on the phone. They called me and told me it would be 425.00 which is super high but i agreed because i was out of town and needed it fixed ( my first dumb mistake ) I gave him a credit card # over the phone (my second dumb mistake ) they charged me almost 800.00.

I called the man that did the work and he said to late now to me. He was there for 1 hour. The part cost under 20.00. I have called many plumbing companies i could have gotten it done for under 200.00 very shady company. I am looking into legal help with this please don't make my mistake. Call around get prices!

I had a leaking toilet pipe right at 5:00 pm. I knew I would pay after hours rates to anyone who came out. I called 2 companies, and Kevin at Grace was able to get to me the soonest. I texted him a photo of the issue and he was able to quote the price over the phone. Very professional.

I was hopeful after my initial phone call and looked forward to a free second opinion on a leak that was most likely under the slab. Things quickly changed and I was left very disappointed with extremely high pricing and a poor customer service experience but I rushed the decision because I wanted to get this nightmare over with ASAP. After the fact, I spoke with several other local plumbers, all of whom were in shock that I paid approximately $2200 for leak detection and a slab leak that took a few hours to repair.

Many local companies have flat rates of approximately $500 for slab leaks, $750 after hours. Never rush a plumbing repair. Call around. Take time to research costs. Lesson learned. Hind sight is 20/20.

There was some miscommunication with the plumber that was sent out to my house, but the owner handled it professionally. He personally called me, offered to help remedy the situation, and offered suggestions on how to deal with the problem I was having. Now THAT is customer service.

I had a pipe leaking, I called and Kevin was very nice over the phone. Jim and his son Pete came out super quick and fixed the problem super fast, at a reasonable price. They were extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Very nice and quick response. Everything was great until the bill. Original quote was $250 to replace shower cartridge (Which seemed high but I needed it done). Man accidentally broke the handle and charged me an extra $50 to go to HD and replace (part was no more than $20). Not one to give reviews at all but they gave me $15 off for it. Shower works though!

I contacted Kevin from Grace Plumbing regarding a hot water heater replacement and he responded immediately within a 24 hour commitment to come to my residence and replace the hot water heater. I asked for a quote and he responded to me within 30 minutes of the call.

The main water pipe feeding the house broke. After reading many reviews and calling many plumbers I decided to go with Grace plumbing. I was able to take a picture and text it to the actual plumber (Kevin) to get a quote though the phone.

Does good work. Didn't make me wait too long and had good communication. He gave me some good advice on future plans. He cares about his customers and reputation so that's good.

My wax seal on my toilet broke causing water to leak into my walls and leak through the ceiling. The same day I called they came out and did leak detector technology to locate the source of the leak. They also sent out a company to do the water damage control (at no cost to me, insurance pays for it) and that company was really helpful and came out within the hour. I would highly recomend using this company. I contacted them because of all the great reviews they had, and now I can see why. Great company! Highly recomended!
