Kings Aire

I called Kings Air and they were backed up u til 7/13 but I Could pay extra to have them Come at. Night. Praise God - they came and repaired system. Thankful- thankful- However, I didn't realize 131 fee was on top of they did repair and not partially waved with repair. So that is expensive. However Technician was wonderful, Polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will call again if there is a problem. ThaNkful to have a company come same day and do a good Job.

Our AC went out around 1am. We called around 730am for weekend service, & Angel showed up around 4pm to help us. Upon inspecting everything, the consensus was that our compressor was shot & we'd need a new one. He went to his next call, which was presenting similar issues, but replacing a simple part fixed their issue. Angel thought of us since the issues were similar, & he was kind enough to show back up & ring our doorbell & ask if he could try one more thing.

It worked! We're SO grateful for him being so kind & thoughtful, & taking time out of his surely busy schedule to come & help us when he easily could've continued about his day. This guy deserves a raise!

We have been without air since Saturday night. Temperatures were over 100's all this week. I called on Thursday after hours and a tech, Angel, called within 5 minutes asking what was happening. He showed up about an hour later and was very professional, showed us the old condensers. He is a very hard worker. Definitely will be using them for regular maintenance.

Company is very good in giving you details in pricing even though they do not know the issues. Site says open 24 hours. Called for emergency call to service AC that was not working. Person showed up late night and said it was to dark to do anything with AC and would need to come back the next day. Company is undependable and pricing is double compared to others. I would not recommend. Had called someone else and the price was 1600.00 compared to Kings Air at over 3000.00.

Would highly recommend. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Explained everything in detail. Advised of recommendations in advance. Gave cost of additional services prior to doing work. I can only say I am extremely satisfied with not only the technical service but also the customer service. I do not think I have to look elsewhere for any future maintenence or repairs on my HVAC unit. Thank you.

My A/C stopped working and I waited for another company that was too busy to care. They put me on a "list" for Monday after they didn't arrive on Sunday, I had called them Saturday morning. The dispatch for King's Aire stated I would receive a call in 15 minutes. Mario was an upmost professional calling in 15 minutes. He asked what happened, he didn't over promise but gave me hope he would do his best to fix my A/C. Mario also gave me an ETA he arrived on time. By the time he left my A/C was working. Thank you Mario I appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail!

The team was knowledgeable in evaluating the system and gave alternatives to solving the situation. The gentlemen were great listeners and were considerate of our concerns. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job in the predicted time, and left everything in order at the end. The continuity of overlapping team members gave me great comfort. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, quality and value.

I connected with Charlie the sales manager immediately after an estimate for replacing our central ac units. Years of experience and the confidence to tell me what I needed with no sales pitch, only a man who wants the best for his clients. Had my units replaced less than a week later. Two day installation with Cesar and Joel who were great. Always on time, always personable, but most of all knowledgeable and eager to pass that knowledge to me. TO TOP IT OFF, a good company starts at the top(CEO), and seeps down to every employee in the business. From the receptionist to the technicians and in-between, I was most impressed. Any business in El Paso could learn from Kings Aire.

For the last three years David has been the technician servicing our HAVC systems. David did a thorough inspection of our bad unit and explained every step of his diagnosis. We replaced that 17 year old unit, and the installation of the new one was so professionally done we couldn't be happier. The whole staff on the phone or in person was a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with the job Kings Aire did for us. They were prompt, professional and efficient. This is the 3rd AC we have had to replace in 20 years. The other "3" companies we hired were not able to accomplish what they did and that was to fix the duct work in our house. Now we have no more hot spots nor hot rooms. It is evenly cooled and our thermostat for the first time is not going backwards. It reads the temperature we set it on. Thank you so much.

Kings Aire did a fantastic job in regards to their technician- Christian Perez--so patient and kind about explaining everything and very quick to get the job done! In regards to communication, this may need a little bit of work, no calls on updates of when parts would arrive (had to call to check more than once) or when when date of repairs would be done--also, was called about a service I did not order and was repeatedly told I did, come to find out the customer service representative for Kings Aire called the wrong number, but did not even apologize for the confusion. (to be fair I did come off as frustrated on the call, as I was worried about being charged for an entire new unit, so not my best moment either), but an apology would have helped level the confusion, especially in the customer service field. All in all, I will definitely recommend Kings Aire and use them in the future and thank you for your work! it is appreciated!

Kings aire did an excellent job with the installation of our new refrigerated air unit. The quality of the installation was 5/5. They even came out to replace a faulty thermostat because it would not go down to the set temperature. I highly recommend.

Going into our tenth yr, can't get a follow up, Svc check, nothing! They were very fast at taking all cash purchase up front on installation! I'm very disappointed they choose to ignore Svc after the sale. Having other companies (2) come out to check is frustrating as they claim installation wasn't done correctly! Actually all is well, just wanted a check up to keep it that way. Continue to shop and do good research when looking for a "quality " "professional " to provide service/purchase.

So far, these guys are great. We bought a house w new refrigerated air and wanted to have them checked out. These guys came out fast, did a great maintenance check (noticed some things that needed adjusting) and were out of our hair fast. Very professional, explained all the work they did in layman's terms. Timely and polite. We'll definitely use them again if we have any issues.

My mother still lives in El Paso - I do not. My mom has needed a new A/C for a while now, so while I was in town this time around, I decided to pull the trigger. I made use of the feature on here to request multiple quotes - Kings Aire responded relatively quickly. However, they weren't able to come out until after the weekend for a quote. While this is completely reasonable (they called on a Friday and said they'd come out on Monday), their competitors were a lot faster.

One came out the same day, while another came out the next day. Although Kings Aire looks like a good, reputable company, and I would probably have given them my business, my time in El Paso was short, and I was in somewhat of a hurry, so I went with one of the competitors. In the future, however, I would definitely consider Kings Aire.

It has been five year since Kings Aire put in new duct work and heater in older Home for 87 year old and each year I scream when air conditioner or heater is turned on and no air comes out of vents. No difference between high and low. Came out to so call fix it and there was no change. Get various estimate don't fall for slick advertising. In my opinion stay far away from them.

Had to have our old Rheem A/C unit replaced. KA had installed that unit as well. Ramon was very good at explaining what needed to be done. The company sent a 4 man crew and had our new Trane up and running in less than 5 hours. They are always very polite and professional. They also impress me in that they do file inspection reports with the city and have the city inspector come out and okay it.

I called to get help and they couldn't get heir stories straight. I called to get someone to come out to take a look at the unit to see if they think if they could make it work and then to get an estimate for the replacement.

I am very disappointed in the way King's Aire ignored my call. I called them on Labor Day weekend as my refrigeration unit went out upstairs. I was supposed to get a call back on Saturday. No one called Saturday, Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday.

Took only a couple of hours to install, they were fast and we haven't had a problem with the unit. Goes from heater to A/C in an instant, works great. Highly recommend Kings Aire!
