Excellent customer service and a very helpful technician. My septic tank was far past due for maintenance and the Brownies technician got it cleaned out efficiently and I now understand why maintenance every few years is so important. Highly recommend. Service: Sewer cleaning

Had to replace my refrigerator that did not have a ice maker. And purchased a new refrigerator with a ice maker. When I went to hook the line up and turn it on, no water. So I thought maybe there's a water shut off switch under my kitchen sink, or in the bathroom, there is no switch anywhere. So I called a different plumber to come and check it out to see what I am missing.

To my surprise and to the other Plumber surprise they never hooked up a waterline to my icemaker. They placed it there for show. The brilliant person who did my plumbing never connected a waterline. So I called this company who did the plumbing (which is this terrible company) to come and fix their problem and they wanted to charge me $160 just to come out and look at their mistake. Stay far far away from this company.

Excellent service! After one call phone, the service tech was on-site promptly to assess the problems and develop a plan to fix everything within a couple days. I just bought my house and it has a septic system. The previous owner never had his tank pumped out and didn't know where it was. I called Brownie and they came out, located the septic tank, pumped it out and even evaluated the system. They were very professional, courteous and honest. Didn't over charge for the service and gave advise on how to maintain the system. I strongly recommend this company for maintenance and repairs if anyone needs it.

The receptionist who answered the phone was quick to analyze my clogged toilet and scheduled me for a very expensive service. I was happy that the plumber they sent out was very nice and checked everything out before he preformed that service for me. My toilet unclogged its self and did not have to have anything done to it. I was still charged $160 for the approximately 15 minutes they were on the scene. The 2 technicians (plumbers) that were at my house were very nice and polite, but they didn't have to fix anything. It fixed its self!

Once again, brownies has proven to be a very responsive, reliable, and quality service provider. I had a septic system alarm issue and they dispatched someone within a couple hours. The technician (I believe his name is Don) came out very quickly, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. All along, he kept me very informed about the status, the steps, and a time to complete. I will continue to use brownies for any septic issues and will expand my utilization of them for any plumbing issues.

We had our septic tanked pumped out. Jean was great. He was thorough, quick and friendly. He was respectful of our garden and careful to not disturb the landscaping other than the needed digging to drain the tank. We've used Brownies in the past and will continue to use them!

Brownies pumped my septic tank (which was needed after five years). They responded quickly, showed up on time (after calling to confirm), communicated clearly about the process, were very professional, and took care to clean up h thee area and put the dirt and plants back where they belonged. Although the price has increased, I was happy with the service I received.

I had a great experience with Maurice servicing my septic tank. He called me well in advance of showing up to my house, was extremely knowledgeable about how to properly maintain my septic system and was efficient throughout the entire process. I definitely hope Maurice shows up for any service calls I have with Brownie's.

We are very disappointed with their work and service. Since we are the renters, we did not have any say in our landlord choosing them for replacing our Septic Tank and Drain Field but if we had a choice, we would be going with another company based on our experience with Brownie's so far. Thier technicians originally dug up our entire front and back yard 3 weeks ago to replace the drain field and septic tank.

I kept getting the runaround as to when the work will actually be done. No one ever calls me with an update, I had to call their office. When their technicians were here, they drove their machine into our backyard and in the process damaged our neighbor's trees and fence in multiple places. They also broke a cement step alongside the house. If they could not fit, they should have used a smaller vehicle.

I cannot imagine them doing this terrible of a job at other people's homes, because I am not sure how they would still be in business. They also left a few piles of washers and screws all over our yard and in the driveway. I could have run them over and fatten a tire. Our yard guy could have run them over and they could have gone flying into a window.

We have a puppy, and I would be even more angry right now had our dog eaten one of these screws that were just left in our yard! Their technicians need to start being more careful and taking pride in their work because what I have seen from them so far, is awful! People live here, how would they feel if this was done to their yard and property. Also, the customer service reps on the phone are very rude, kept talking over me, would not let me speak at all.

Called Brownie's Septic & Plumbing this morning to clean out my septic tank and assess the reason why the water backs up into the house. Explained to the lady who took my appointment that two years ago, I had a plumber who told me the reason for the backup is a bad septic baffle inlet. So she said we will come out today and CLEAN the SEPTIC TANK and ASSESS why the water is backing up.

I said OK. Two techs arrived and immediately I recognized they didn't even want to be here. Told the tech guy where he can find the cover manhole for the septic. He ignored me and started digging here, there, and everywhere. In my mind, I think this must be a joke right. No. He finally found the cover manhole. I walk inside the house to do something, in less then 5 minutes, the cover manhole was put back and they were ready to charge me $330.

I told both techs, why did you close the cover manhole without me verifying if it is completely empty. I had them remove the cover manhole and not surprisingly they left the septic tank half full. Here is the good part, the other tech(SHE) responded to me by saying that it is normal to leave the sludge and some waste in the septic tank. Who in the world is She kidding!

I told them to get the hell out of here. They decided to pour back the waste they took out. I called their Manager who thought by charging me $295 instead of $330 was going to calm the situation. This is situation. I decide to let them clean out the septic tank completely and have this company NEVER come back again. They left without putting back the dirt to level ground.

In other words, they barely covered the top of the manhole cover. If I never see a green alligator called by the name Brownies. I will shoot the bastard. I called a past plumber who knows a lot about septic tank and she told me those techs were trying rip you off. And the manager is a disgrace.

P.S. To the Owner; you, the manager, and your team are a disgrace.

A lying and unprofessional team IS a reflection of the owner and the manager. My rating for this company is if there were negative stars that won't do justice. I read some of the Owner's responses. Here a good one. He says that it cost extra to remove heavy solid waste at the bottom of the septic tank. LIE. I had two companies, in the past, completely drain all solid waste heavy or not.

If the solid waste is heavy, they would simply at water to dilute it and with a pole stir it until job complete. Do NOT let a company tell you otherwise. And both companies charge me $285.

Great service, called ahead and arrived on time

I had a big issue with my tub. It was leaking through the second floor. Javier came right away and He was professional, friendly and got the job done. Javier went above in beyond to be considered in keeping the house clean and explain to me what he was doing. Most of all he new what he was doing and got everything fixed. Thank you!!!

Jean did a great job with pumping our septic tank. Anthony B. went above and beyond to find the source of a leak in our toilet and he filled it and sealed it to our satisfaction! I definitely recommend Brownie's!

Joke called them 6-8 times over a week and half kept telling me your scheduled for tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow then this last time they said they are on the way to you now I will have the Tech call you! I asked every time please have someone call me so I know whats going on!? If you don't want to do it then let me know and I will get another company! " No No they will be there today and I will have them call you. 8 DAYS LATER NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME BACK!

Eric arrived promptly and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to take care of it within a few minutes. He was very informative on the workings of my system and honest about what needed to be done, while not trying to sell me a bunch of wasted stuff. I will definitely use Brownies again in the future.

Jorge was super happy, positive vibes! He was professional, friendly and kind! I have used them on the past and they keep getting better.

Thomas was the technician that came to address our concerns about the pressure relief valve. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. While he did not have the part to fix the problem at the time of diagnosing the problem, he scheduled an immediate appointment for the very next business day. We were out of town and we were able to allow him access to our place through our building security. He was able to complete the task at hand without a hitch.

We needed to have one of our spigots fixed on the outside of our home. Thomas called us to let us know he was 45 minutes away and to make sure we would be there. Thomas arrived on time, and walked us through what he would need to do. Thomas was excellent, and did an amazing job! We high recommend them!

Main water line pipe started leaking on Thanksgiving Day. Brownies sent Nick out first thing Friday morning. He was extremely professional and replaced the pipe in less than an hour. This company is fantastic to work with and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Appointment was scheduled for the same week I called, tech was prompt, friendly, and left the lawn in tact. Had drainfield inspected and the system certified. Everything went as planned, and the price was reasonable. I had shopped several other companies to compare. Office staff very friendly! Five big stars from me!

I have been using Brownie's service for many years. They have the best service at the right price. My favorite tech is Torrance. He has a great smile and is very mellow. He is very smart and knows what he is doing. He never leaves a mess when he is done pumping the tank.

I had a great experience with Brownie's. I used them as a second opinion to another company that told me I need to spend $4300 on a new drain field. Brownie's helped discover that is was tree roots in my tank causing issues, not a drain field issue.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to schedule service and was treated like dirt. How this company has been in business for 60+ years is mind boggling. Do yourself a favor and CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!

Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, Ashley Pardo was wonderful to deal with on the phone and helped me through the process of ordering service. They both took the time to explain how septic systems worked and the warning signs I should look for as a homeowner.

Update (10/26) Derek is the best. He made sure every issue go taken care of in a very timely manner. Ian and Winston did a great job not eh work (barring a minor setback with a washing machine). And in the end, i got a bit of a discount.

On 6/22/15 Brownie's Septic & Plumbing came out quickly to a rental property of mine and ATTEMPTED to clear the drain $122. It was evident that one of the branches of my drainage system was going to need to be replaced.
