I am in the process of relocating states. I had called around to get different pricing and when i spoke to customer service rep Chasity it made my decision easy! She was very professional, helpful and patient with all of my questions! She explained very thorough on how the maintenance check ins go, the emergency services provided, and all the specials that are ran yearly. If my mom husband and i make this move, we will 100% be going with aaction air. Thank you again!

Anthony showed up lickidy split and had my ac that was previously 85;degrees inside today cooled own nice and comfortable. I don't feel like I'm living under a bridge anymore with the heat and humidity. Anthony was so polite, well manered and eager to answer all the questions I asked him to help me understand little better. I have a mechanical mind but have never got into AC work. Im rambling on but Anthony and John and Aaction are the best. Wouldn't want to use anyone else.

Very professional and courteous! I contacted Aaction for service and Wesley was sent out. I'm glad that they did! Very knowledgeable, review of our issues were accessed and it was determined that we would need a new system ( ) by the following morning I was scheduling with Herman of whom was a great help and very personable. I am looking forward to Aaction installing my new system!

First let me start by saying this is not the first time, that I have used Aaction Air and it will surely not be the last time. They are always professional and will honestly work with you and explain everything that's wrong and need to be done to your satisfaction. I thought I just needed a thermostat replaced because it would not cut off. Porter did a complete check of the entire system inside and out which was great.
He took pictures of what he found in the attic. I have attached one of the pictures. I spoke with Herman and he wrote up a proposal and I will be getting everything completed on Monday. They were upfront about the costs, which I really appreciated. Kudos to Aaction Air!

We have used Action Air for bi-annual maintenance for several years and have been very pleased with their service. Justin was the technician who serviced our unit today and he did a great job. Around July-August, 2021 paid $125 for AHS warranty to contract ac repair of AC not cooling. halfway completed job in August, 2021 Aaction arrived to fix issue and didn't repair known evaporator leakage. Our evaporator coil needed to be replaced and they mentioned to the residents that this needed to be done. Instead they provided temporary fix for A/C and didn't refill the coolant or anything else. they ensured ac will work temporarily by repairing the 1/4 inch wide around return grill.
Company didn't want to do repairs because it was a warranty claim and made mention that they could tell another company had looked at the issue inferring that they don't do repairs if another company looked at the a/c. We finally got the issued resolved by replacing the evaporator coil with company outside of AHS warranty for over $1800 in September 2021.
Previous company (May Heating Stockbridge Ga.) provided fail temporary fix service on 6/2021. We was unsure if AC was fixed when ac tech left We would like for May Heating & Air to fully reimburse us for their costly mistake and a apology letter for inconvenience.

Update: Herman at a action air followed through with checking on the issue and was able to issue my refund. Miscommunications happen and mistakes happen. I'm very glad to be able to update this review due to Herman's involvement. Thank you Herman. The gentlemen who came to my house to install the new unit were very professional and did a great job.
But the office staff, Stephanie an Alicia, were unprofessional, not communicative, and (quite honestly) not trust worthy. After being given 4 different and increasingly more expensive prices, we finally had the system installed. The installers gave us a final, much lower (by over $640) price. We had already given the office our credit card, so we did not want to pay them as well.
We immediately called the office, told them the issue. They office spoke immediately with the installers who told them they did not use everything and were able to use the existing duct work. So the price was lower. THE OFFICE STILL CHARGED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT! After calling them for 3 days and being told 3 times I would get a call back, there was no call back.
Finally got ahold of someone who said the installers used everything and the price stood. After expressing my outrage, she said she would call the installer and get this straightened out. I was put on hold. She came back to say this installer is out sick (convenient). And she would call me back once they can get ahold of him. I do not trust these people.
Although the work seems to be good, the prices changed too many times, the installers gave a different price, and said they did not need everything and were able to use the existing duct work. Please think twice before relying on the office staff. There is something not trust worthy about them.

Where do I start with this company? They were hired through my home warranty service so I assumed they were properly vetted. The first visit to look at my air conditioning unit that was not cooling they said it might need a charge but it was too cool outside to check that - so they came back a second time about a week later when the weather warmed up - said no not the charge because the unit was not turning on and cycling with the interior unit that pulls the air through the house.
They thought it might be the thermostat so they changed mine out with one they had and that did not fix it and then they said it was the circuit board in the interior unit not communicating so they ordered another one. About a week later they came back with the circuit board installed that and still no cooling - The tech they sent that time then proceeded to say my thermostat must be bad when I relayed that the original tech had already tried that he continued to complain about the original tech saying how he hated to come behind him and he didn't know what he was doing etc., so he leaves - I purchase a smart thermostat install it and still no air - I call the Home Warranty company to complain about what has now taken approx 3 weeks with no diagnoses and action air dispenses the first tech who comes out and when he sees the circuit board installed by his coworker says he cannot touch the unit because we obviously had someone else work on the unit and there were cut wires inside my inside unit- I complain that the only person who worked on the unit was his coworker - he says he cannot work on it and goes home - I call the Home warranty people to complain and I am now waiting on another company to come out and inspect the units to see what these two yahoos have done and hopefully repair my unit- bottom line these folks either don't know what they are doing or are trying to run some scam. BEWARE

I was assigned the Lithia Springs, GA branch through American Home Shield Warranty. When they arrived, I was verbally told they charged $55/lb for 410A refrigerant. AHS covers $10/lb, so it would be $45/lb. When the invoice arrived, the price had increased to $144/lb, so $134/lb for me to pay. Completely shocked that a company would be that unethical. If you get this company assigned, try to get another and if you can't, get their estimate in writing! Oh and the branch manager does not return customer calls.

Super disappointed with the communication by the dispatcher! I filed a claim with my warranty company on Tuesday 8/4, was contacted on 8/6 for the technician to come out on 8/7. Technician arrived at the beginning of my appointment window. I received a call shortly after he left (my dad was at the house to let the technician in) advising that my evaporator coil had multiple leaks and could not be used until the repair was made because he could not charge the unit with the leaks.
He was submitting his findings to the dispatcher and they would be handling coordinating getting the paperwork to the warranty company. I called and spoke with the dispatcher who said that the report would be filed to the warranty company on the following Tuesday (8/11) because they had to check with their warehouses to see if they could get the part.
So I called on 8/11 at 4:00 and was told that my report was with the service manager for approval and to be submitted to the warranty company the following morning and I should have a response by noon on 8/12. I called again on 8/12 at 4:00 after not receiving a response and was told that the report was with the dispatcher and I would hear back shortly. Again, no response.
So this morning (8/13) I called and was told that they do not service my particular brand of unit and had forwarded that information to the warranty company and I would need to contact my warranty company to coordinate a provider who was able to service my brand of ac. So, in the week that I have been without ac, mind you it is MID AUGUST, nobody looked at the model even when they were "checking with their warehouse to see if the parts were available"?!
If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! The lack of communication is underwhelming and I am now back to square one on getting my air conditioner repaired! Thanks for wasting my time!

I would rate a Zero if I was able to, I had AAction air come out to start a bi annual maintenance program on my perfectly working HVAC system on Tuesday 6/11/19, the tech stated it was about 1 lb low on Freon and to call me Home Warranty Company to start a claim. So I did while the tech was still there. I left for the afternoon and while I was out received a call from AAction air stating they received the OK from my Home Warranty Company to add the Freon and would send another Tech out between 12 and 4pm on Wednesday.
When I returned home later Tuesday night I had no cool air. I called the after hour # for AAction Air and left a message, no return call. I called AAction Air Wednesday morning during normal business hrs and advised the dispatch that I had left a message with no response. She stated another when the tech came out he would see what was wrong. When the tech finally showed up after 6pm he found no Freon in my system at all ( Kind of funny it works fine until AAction air comes and checks it) and says I need a whole new system $5500.00.
I had another company come out Thursday( still no air) and check the system and found a valve that is set by the factory (No reason to ever touch) had been opened that allowed all of the Freon to escape so they could sell me a whole new system. Now Thanks to the other company I have cold air again and did not need a new system. Beware Do Not Use AAction Air Savannah.
They are crooks and will sabotage your system so they can make more $$. Somehow their online reviews are great(must be doing their own reviews) but I have spoken to several people in the Savannah / Wilmington Island area (after the fact) and have heard from that they would not use this company.

I would rate a zero but that is not allowed After waiting over 4 days to get approval for repair their tech said unit needed cleaning called a competitor who showed up in under 4 hours to tell me that needed replacement a cleaning would not make it hold refrigerant and compressor was bad Cost me quite a bit of money in time and lost rental income due to long approval and 48 hours just to show up I would never call this company again for anything I would avoid them at all costs Seems they have a long list of negative reviews but must not care about customer service whatsoever

I have been without heat for more than a week. I was scheduled with AAction Air for 11/15 service but that morning they called to cancel because a tech called in sick. Then they scheduled us for today (11/20). The tech said we needed a board for the unit and unless AHS (warranty company) authorized an expedited order it would be next week I said I would call AHS and he said their office would have the information right away since he sat in his truck to enter the info.
I had AHS call so they could start the process of trying to expedite the order but Alisha (sp?) said they wouldn't get any information until the tech returned to the office. That is a huge contradiction. So AHS couldn't even start the process. I have a house full of company coming for Thanksgiving and your company just doesn't care.
I get the impression that your company treats warranty customers as second class citizens. By the way, this isn't the first time that your company scheduled a tech and then cancelled at the last minute. So we are on our way to buy a room heater and we have a large area to cover.

I was totally taken advantage of and charged ridiculous prices for service ($200.00 per hour) after paying $180.00 to tell me what was wrong with my unit. I was charged $360.00 for coolant for five pounds that can be purchased for under $100.00 for twenty-five pounds. I have cancelled my service contract and will advertise in a negative manner for this company when asked in the future.the replacement parts were under warranty. total bill $1350.00.thank you AAction Air for the education

This is a praise comment. I was very impressed with Keith. He asked me if I had bleach. I took it out of the storage container where I kept it and gave it to him. When he was finished and about to leave, I noticed he had returned the bleach to my storage container. This was a wonderful gesture of a young man going beyond his job responsibility.
