Logan, the technician that responded today was very professional & friendly. Climatech made me an appt. today, Friday, when I called this when two other companies in Savannah wouldn't come out until Monday. We awakened to a hot home and I was very nervous because we have two house dogs. I was very happy with Climatech's service call this afternoon. Thank you very much! Highly Recommended. Critical: Professionalism, Quality Wish I could give 0 stars. Incompetence, and won't own up to their mistakes. Tried to place the fault back on us for the system failing and we've kept up with our maintenance appts. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for a different hvac company Service: A/C system maintenance

Many years ago, they were a sharp company and used them to replace my HVAC unit. Service then was excellent and a professional outfit. THEN THINGS CHANGED. New management. Called their number to get service on my mom's house unit. Lady answered, asked "Why do you need service". After explaining, she said "I'll have someone call you". Never called back. Called again, after the same interrogation, service tech came out and did not know what he was doing.
Another tech came out, replacement needed. Someone would call to give estimate. No calls, after a week and me calling them, I went with Coastal. Too many companies that want business, these folks don;'t seem to care!

I am a 66/year old senior citizen and this is the message I texted this morning 01/24/2022 to Sam and Larry, technicians with Climatech. "I watched yesterday as you refilled the Freon, you said you had to order a part, you said you would have to use some dye to find out were the Freon was leaking and you said you were going to put a notice on the board for someone to check my air vents my bathroom is freezing cold.
I called you today and now you're saying "there isn't anything else you can do" and for me to talk to Larry. Larry has not helped to resolve my HVAC problems since the day I purchased it from him. You all keep shoving me around I paid $7000 and that was not easy and I'm still waking up in the middle of the night freezing cold."

We've had these guys for a few years and the first mistake they made they didn't come when they were supposed to and our air conditioning unit flooded upstairs in water broke through the ceiling on the first floor it was leaking through on the second floor. Ruin furniture and pretty much everything else in his path. If the guy had come on his scheduled maintenance time and not waited 2 or 3 weeks we wouldn't have to repair thousands of dollars worth of damage.
And the second time was just now they said they were going to come repair something that came and looked at it and just left without saying anything. These people have never done anything to help us except unburdening us from some dollar bills that we would otherwise carry.

This was the first time I met Sam. I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. He worked quickly yet didn't rush, he did things that until then I didn't know we're supposed to be done on a routine maintenance visit. I certainly will recommend him to anyone who needs the air conditioning serviced and I will request him every time. Thank you Sam

Sam and Logan went above and beyond-Even though the warranty had just run out they were willing to work with us.they spent the time and repaired the problem with utmost efficiency and professionalism. They are our HVAC company from here on out! We can not say enough good things about their service and their integrity!

I bought an older home last year and a selling point was the new HVAC units that had been installed in 2018. Unfortunately the returns were poorly placed and installed which created an excessively loud problem for the entire ground floor. Climatech came out quick for an estimate(another company scheduled the estimate for over a month later), then once we agreed to have the service done they again came out quickly and completed the work in 1 day.
Most importantly the return is now whisper quiet and it makes my home so much more enjoyable since I don't dread my, much needed, A/C running. They fixed someone else's mess and did it quick. Last note is the crew at my house was polite, respectful, and professional.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Climatech installed 3 new air conditioning units in my home. They fell through my living room ceiling installing one. They did not want to fix the damage. During a routine service they loosened a pipe and flooded the ceiling. They did not fix the damage. The units have never worked properly. They refuse to address the issues. They are eager to sell but refuse to deal with their poor workmanship,

I do not recommend anyone to work here they are very unprofessional. As an employee they should be able to tell you if you still have a job or not. Not just say that there's no work and never hear from them again. So once again I recommend anyone not to apply for employment here. They say starting time is at 8 AM you don't start till 10 AM because they are unorganized. And very unprofessional as employers.

They came by and worked with "american scam shield" in order to bring my unit up to code LAST year.but its been only 9 months and this is NOTHING like the Trane unit they claimed was out of code! It outta be against the law to sell trash units like this! Only 9 months and I'm gonna have to call them AGAIN because this unit ISN'T COOLING PROPERLY. again. just had them out here 4 weeks ago and they said a "wire" was bad. nothing but SCAMS!

I've had great experiences with Climatech Air. They are professional and efficient. The biggest selling point for me was their 24 hour emergency services. There is nothing like calling to have your ac fixed and finding out a business is closed after 5, or on Sundays! I highly recommend Climatech and will call them everytime.

David, our technician, was fantastic! Arrived quickly, promptly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and even stuck around to ensure our air conditioning was working properly after the repair. David even called a few days later to ensure our system was still working properly. I would strongly recommend Climatech, especially for after-hours, emergency repairs.

Do not do business with this company. They installed a new AC unit into my home 9 months ago, and today there was a lot of water coming out of the AC duct on my second floor. I called Climtech because I bought the system from them and since it was so recent, it was still under warranty, but the Climatech guy who came out said that this issue wasn't under warranty.
