I called and gave my details of my plumbing issues to the office on a Saturday afternoon. Within 15 minutes I received a call that Ben was 20 minutes out. I was very impressed. Ben was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and walked me through what he was going to do. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the next steps that I would have to take to resolve my issue.

Unfortunately last night while installing a bidet, the toilet started leaking. Not our fault, the plumbing parts were just warn. I called them around 9pm and was able to get an appointment first thing at 8am. The lady was very understanding and helpful. Preston, the plumber, was on time, professional, quick, and very informative. The price was pretty fair.

We will definitely hire your company again for our future plumbing needs. Thank you for saving the day! EDIT TO ADD: I ended up needing to call again because this time the toilet was leaking at the valve (slow leak). I'm grateful that with their full schedule, they were able to fit me in the next morning. Tim and Mike showed up (Tim doing the physical work), they are both really friendly and funny. Tim replaced the valve quickly and the leak stopped.

He also was awesome enough to take a look at my dishwasher, within minutes he had it working. Y'all are definitely my go-to plumbing company. Tim totally deserves a raise! :)

I contacted the company for an emergency and Chris was dispatched to my residence. He assessed the situation and determined the appropriate course of action. He returned to complete the work as it involved removing and replacing a pipe under the house. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I would 100% recommend this company based on my experience. Chris was awesome .

My AC went out on 4 May and it's been really hot inside my home here in Savannah, Ga. I spoke with 3 other companies to have my AC repaired only to have them make me wait to even get a date for them to come out and take a look at it. I called Thompson & Thompson on 17 May and they sent their representative out the next day! The gentleman that came out was named Justin and he was very professional and explained everything that he was doing, so that made me feel comfortable.

He diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price (which was very reasonable), and had parts on hand to fix the problem on the spot! I'd most definitely use Thompson & Thompson again!

I called several local companies for a weekend emergency sewer line repair. This company was the only one that did not tell me I would have to wait until Monday. A few never even called me back. Marc showed exactly when he said he would, went right to work on diagnosing the problem and worked efficiently to resolve it. He was courteous and professional and confident in his work.

We were very relieved and we felt the cost was reasonable and the work well done. We also received a video and pictures of the sewer line damage for reimbursement purposes. Highly recommend Marc!

Tim and Jeremy did a wonderful job fixing our kitchen sink that was not draining properly. The specialists did a great job explaining what they would do and the possible other steps that may be needed to fix the problem. Milton did an excellent job for us. He came in and looked at our leaking water heater and explained that it needed to be replaced due to its age. He showed us his quote. He told us he would be back as soon as he could get to the warehouse to pick up a new unit. He was back and removed the old unit and installed the new unit. He was very professional, but friendly.

We were so surprised that he completed the job in such a short period of time. He left his work area clean and removed all his trash. Your company should be proud to have such a great guy representing you. We will call again if we have any plumbing needs.

Called T&T for the first time on a Saturday, customer service was great. Sarah explained to me all the services and benefits T&T had. She was going to find out some more information and told me she'll call me right back. She absolutely did and scheduled me an appointment with a technician that Monday. Cliff came out and diagnosed the problem and explained everything in detailed.

He gave me a quote, was not looking for that much to pay but it had to be done. He came out today fix the problem showing me the old parts and again explained everything to me in detail. Great guy appreciate him knowledgeable and professional. I like dealing with people like that.

It was my first experience! Milton was great! I had no water because a pipe had burst! He repaired it in no time at all and was great! Pricing was really good too! Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Cleaned up when finished. Took his time to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy before leaving. We will need other things done and I hope it's Josh they send to do all future work.

We found Thompson and Thompson after our toilets started backing up into the tub drains last night- we are potty training two toddlers at the same time. James went above and BEYOND the call of duty; working from the bathroom to the roof to the septic tank itself to discover the blockage (baby wipes, thank you, daughter ) and clear it out, then installed our new commode for us! We will be reaching out to T&T (and James specifically) whenever we have a plumbing issue; we couldn't be MORE satisfied or impressed!

Nick from Thompson and Thompson was excellent! He came quickly for an after hours call and solved our plumbing problem in a timely manner. He was a lifesaver. Our toilets where flooding the house and our tub was unable to be used as well. I was amazed at how quickly Nick was able to resolve all our issues. I would highly recommend them! Our issue with the toilet occurred late in the day and we worried we couldn't find anyone to come after hours. We need not have worried. The folks at Thompson & Thompson sent someone quickly. His name was Preston George and he was polite, knowledgeable and explained our options clearly. We opted to replace the toilet and he returned the next day. His work was first rate and the price reasonable. I recommend both the company and Mr. George very highly indeed.

I don't know the last time I've left a review, but I'm truly blown away at the service I received. They did a fantastic job! I will make sure to only use them for all services they offer, going forward. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Priced great and went above and beyond! They have great workers that get the job done and again, go above and beyond. I highly recommend!

The 2 young men who came were very efficient. They were very polite and explained every thing they were doing. The price was reasonable. This was the 4th time I have called Thompson & Thompson. I have been extremely pleased each time.

Having calling Thompson & Thompson in a panic at 1 o'clock in the morning they listened to our emergency and responded appropriately for our situation. They were at our home around 10 am fixed the clogged septic tank and were on their way as quick as an hour. Thank you so much for your professionalism and prompt service.

After a home inspection I was handed a few catastrophic repair items. Thompson and Thompson came out and inspected the items. Everything was fixed up in the matter of a few short hours. no catastrophe to be had. thanks for the quick help and friendly service!!

Our ac unit quit cooling and Thompson and Thompson had Lenny come to our home that day. He was on time and knowledgeable. They had to order a part for our motor. Amanda in the office kept us updated about the arrival of our part every step of the way. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dillon and Chris came with the ordered part to repair the unit.

They were also friendly and knowledgable. They were on time and quickly repaired the ac unit. We will definitely call this company in the future for any heating or cooling needs. I highly recommend Thompson and Thompson.

The men that came over to my house about my problem they were very informative answered all my questions and more . When they come back to put the system in they were clean efficient in there work, new what they were doing didn’t take long to do the job at all. They were also very polite. I will always go to this company for my hot water heater problems and air conditioner problems. They were definitely worth what I paid them.

I had a busted pipe outside. They came right out and they did a great job. However, the cost was very high. It only took them about an hour. 310.00 to fix a busted pipe seemed high to me. But they were very prompt and professional.

Everything went great from start to finish, no problems at all they came on time they did there trouble shooting and found the problem and took care of it and gave some advise and explained to me what caused the problems and what to do in the future to help prevent it from happing again.

They gave me a second opinion or whether I needed a new AC unit. After cleaning the coils, the tech said I probably had a few more years. ( no quarantee, but nice to hear! ) They were prompt in servicing and will use when I need a new AC.

We had an emergency this past Saturday and within two hours Mr. Thompson had someone out to our home and after another two hours the problem was fixed! I can't thank you enough for the great work and promptness of your technician in coming out and fixing our broken pipe. 100% I would suggest this company for your plumbing needs.

I really appreciated the prompt response. After 2 days without AC, it was miserable. A repairman came on Monday (after my Sunday post on Home advisor), quickly spotted the problem, and fixed it. He was there about 30 minutes and had the unit up and running. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely call Thompson's again if needed.

I signed up for their 2x a year maintenance program. The technician that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. They came out on Friday and serviced my unit (which hasn't been looked at since 4 years ago when I moved in) and today, the hottest day of the year, my house is a cool 72 even though it's set on 74. My husband and I are very impressed and are happy that we are set up to keep our air conditioner in tip top shape!

When the gentleman came in he stopped a leak and was very honest and upfront with me on what had to be done
