Very friendly, thorough and reliable. Initially had a few hiccups with duct cleaning that was resolved with a new crew. The wait for services can be a tad stressful because they are busy. But don't worry. They show up and provide good work.

This company came through when we were initially dissatisfied with cost of service. The owner responded immediately snd was extremely helpful and responsive. Aside from problem solving an error with invoice, the service was prompt, courteous and the technician was thoroughly helpful in explaining what he did and how to avoid future problems. I'm grateful to have e a service plan with Old Coast Heating snd Air!

Had the WORST experience with this company! They sent out a brand new HVAC person that didn't even know what he was doing, couldn't find the issue and still charged us $90. Promised they would be back out the next day and then recanted, when we called to talk to a manager, the manager refused to talk to us. Then they sent someone else out and he was able to figure out what was wrong but couldn't fix it because they had "other appointments" lined up.

They quoted us $1,700 to fix a coil leak, we called someone else for a second opinion and come to find out they didn't even catch that the fan blade was not screwed in properly. The business is ran like crap and it's impossible for them to give you straight answers and they up charge like no other. We were able to fix it for $500 by going with someone else who also caught the route of the leak.

No thanks to this place. Don't waste your money. Highly disappointed. They also lied to us saying they don't do military discounts and then we find out they do. Very sketchy.

I called Old Coast Heating & Air Conditioning in the morning and the technician was able to come out the same day. Stan was possibly the nicest service person who has ever done work for me. He was super nice, he fixed my air conditioner and explained everything he did. Stan was very thorough and honestly left the area cleaner than it was before he got here. Thank you Stan for fixing my AC unit! I would never call anyone else for me heating/AC needs! Five stars all the way for this guy.

Thomas and Alex were great. We just closed on our unit and knew there were AC issues from the inspection report. They were very knowledgeable, addressed the problems, sanitized our system and repaired unexpected issues that were potential health and electrical hazards unbeknownst to us. Sold me a part for $312 that Amazon sells for 26.95. How do I know, they left behind the Amazon box and the receipt was inside.

Price was a little higher than the other two quotes, but I was mentally prepared for that. I wanted a Trane unit. Otherwise, they were thorough and installation was quick. Only other complaint was that the installation was a little messy with coolant sprayed on the side of the house. Otherwise the rep was completely professional and answered all my questions.

We have been working with a nightmare of an AC company so to have Old Coast come out was a huge stress relief! They were able to schedule at a convenient time for us and Gary Carter Jr was pleasant and professional. He took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong and complete a full inspection. Gary also made sure to completely explain the situation in an easy to understand way. He was even able to fix the problem same day! This is the only company you want if you need heating and air work done.

Good at showing up at $90. The fan capaciter $15 ideam was $265. Hvac preditors warranty covers only the next $90 show up fee, labor and parts more $. Look on for another.

We had a great experience! Anthony explained everything well to us to help us pick our new system and Oscar was also very helpful and installed it quickly!

It was a very easy experience dealing with this company for my new HVAC system. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they were suppose too! They were very competitive in pricing and had great follow up. I will be using them for the maintenance program as well.

I have had issues with other companies not quite living up to their end of the deal. Old Coast has been a major improvement over the post company I was using. Dan is excellent and goes above and beyond what is requested of him.

I had an HVAC issue coming up during the walkthrough as I was selling my home. They came that evening and had the part installed within 12 hours-in time for my closing! Great service and honesty

Had a fan go bad on one of my heat pumps. I called them and they were willing to come out on a weekend. I didn't need the emergency call and they were out that Monday to assess the problem. With summer in GA they got a bit overwhelmed but two days later they came and repaired the fan at 9pm and would have worked till 11pm if they had too. They are a great company and very professional and reapectful. Their costs are also very reasonable.

My AC went out on a early Sunday morning, I called Old Coast who had a tech come out that early afternoon. The techs name was Shaun Churchill who took the time to tell me everything he was doing and what was wrong with my unit. I was very SATISFIED with the PROFESSIONALISM that Shaun displayed. I highly recommend this company they do great work because of guys like SHAUN!

Very good and honest people, they helped us choose the right unit for our needs and our budget and two days later they were on site installing it ( I told them I had no rush and still got a fast service). Really recommend them!

Last week is the second time in 3 years that Old Coast has come to my rescue when the AC died. Not only are they professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and fast; they really care about you and it shows. I'm a senior on a limited income since I retired last year and he did his best to make it as painless as possible and get the job done right. I would recommend them to anyone (and have many times). Look no further, they really are the best!

These guys are fantastic! I put a call in to the office during a very busy time for them (and substantially warm for us since our HVAC system was pitching fits and kept freezing) and they promptly sent out a service tech. Unfortunately our system needed to be replaced so we had to wait about a week for it. In the meantime, they gave us a window unit to use. Jeff went over the options with us and gave us every available discount.even from coupons we didnt know about.

Over the week, they were prompt to return our calls and answer questions. They were just here today to remove the old system and install the new one and he didnt leave before everything was running as it should. All the people we dealt with were very knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. Im so glad they were my first and only call. They are definitely THE go to people for any of your HVAC needs. My wife and I had the good fortune to contact Old Coast (along with five other firms) to replace our nearly fifteen year old heat pump and air handler. We live near the marshes so have a great deal of salt water exposure to our heat pump. Kenny Down, from Old Coast, visited with us one day and spent at least an hour assessing our situation looking at the outdoor and indoor equipment, taking pictures, and inspecting the duct work.

We then listened carefully as Kenny went over all the features of good, better, and best equipment which would meet our needs. He also gave us numerous customers to call in order to determine their satisfaction with Old Coast. After calling five customers I'd heard all I needed to about the company. We selected Old Coast to install a Trane unit. Oscar and Hector did a magnificent job and didn't stop until they were finished ten hours after they started. Kenny Down's follow up is excellent. Old Coast is a superb HVAC company with which to do business.

Old Coast was sent out by my warranty company to look at a heating issue. Based on the past experiences with the warranty company, I had pretty low expectations. I was blown away by the professionalism and skill of everyone I felt with at Old Coast. Scheduling my appointment was extremely easy, with them accommodating me quickly. The tech that arrived was very knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. He immediately diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly and communicated effectively with the warranty company. I would highly recommend Old Coast.

After reading all the positive reviews, Old Coast was the company I chose to call when our a/c went out and the inside temp of our house was 88 degrees! Summers in Savannah are no joke and I knew I needed this fixed ASAP! I called first thing in the morning and was told that someone would be at my house between 2 and 6 pm. I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up right after 2 pm and had my a/c working again before 3 pm and for much less than expected. Ryan is great, very knowledgeable and honest. It's so refreshing not to have someone try to rip you off or charge more than they should. I would definitely call on them anytime our system needs repair or maintenance!

I had same day service after a compressor fan motor began to fail. Ryan returned to the shop to retrieve the part, but upon installation was not pleased with the fit of the " universal" replacement. An order was made for a new fan, which was installed the next day. I was totally pleased with the service and attention to detail and am a dedicated customer now.

This dedicated customer recently had old ductwork replaced and new heat pump installed. I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of the crew and their support team. The week after install, we had a correction of condensation drain problem late on a Friday evening.

Excellent people. DO great work. THEY TAKE THE time to explain what's going on and make sure they fix it rather than replacing it like a lot will do. I have used a douzaine A/C companies over the years and have finally found a great one. Before talking to Zach, I had talked to three different so called AC guys and none of them knew what they were talking about.

When our air conditioner/heat pump was malfunctioning we set up an appointment with Old Coast for investigation and repair. They were easy to work with and up front and honest about pricing. A lizard died on one of our capacitors and it required replacement. We received up front estimates on the diagnostic fee as well as parts and labor for the repair, which was completed the same day. Overall we were very happy with the service we received and would recommend these guys to others.

Very informative and helpful. They installed new heat pump, air handler and all new duct. Prompt, clean, and fast. Not to mentioned they helped us get a significant rebate from Georgia power.

We had a new 5 ton unit installed with multiple zones and a starter solar kit. They have been extremely helpful and prompt. We plan on having more work done in the fall and hopefully expanding our solar installation as well.

01/22/15 Only Old Coast is certified by Ga Power in southern Ga to get you thousands back in whole house energy rebates. Call Bryan Donaldson @ OC let him show you how. We were able to get a high grade system, (quiet) and rebates from Ga Power paid directly to us totaling $3275.00 within 6 weeks after install. And we didn't break the bank. We were cautious, checked out the claims, and they are true.

We are thankful we made the call to Old Coast. With our new system we should save $50 a month on our energy bill, over 10 years that will be $6000 more money in our pockets. Zach and his team replaced our entire air conditioning system a few months back. We needed it, as our system was very old and our electric bills were over $300 a month. He and his team did excellent work and were very efficient.

Back in 2013 we needed our thermostat replaced and sadly we didn't go through Old Coast. When the other company came in we had asked them about the lack of air flow through two of the vents and they just shrugged us off saying air was coming through. Well.2014 rolled around and I decided enough was enough and called Old Coast. They came in took one look at our duct system and saw the problem - a duct was unhooked and another had a gap in it. Soooo.

I have to wonder how much money we wasted the previous year because the other company didn't care to look at the problem. But Old Coast was prompt (early actually), thorough and you could just tell from the way they treated us that they don't take our business for granted. Another bonus? They didn't automatically assume my husband was the person to speak to about repairs. That's a big thing in my book.

I have never met any other crew with such a passion for their work and the supporting technology. Zach, Austin and Erin installed the ActiveTek 2000 electronic air purification system in our antebellum home in Savannah.
