AmPac has been a pleasure to work with and their services are top notch! They kept in touch with us during the great winter of 2021 (in 3 days) with tips and guidance on how to handle potential pool issues. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so pleasant and professional. They explain things and answer questions very thoroughly. They take pride in cleaning pools and keeping them clean. They have so many options when renovating your pool too. They truly take pool service to the next level!

Dishonest company. Hired them to re-plaster my pool, told them I had one of the returns that had broken on the outside of the pool wall and I wanted the entire socket replaced. Was told by Michael that it would not be a problem since they chisel out all the old sockets anyway. Well they came and did the job and did nothing with that socket, then told me it would be another $900 if I wanted to have that done. Zero integrity, dishonest company.

Look elsewhere. Follow up response to owner: Your salesman lied, that's the only way to put it. Spin however you want with what you said about the contract. When your sales guy tell me that it is standard practice to chisel them out then I am being misled to believe that is what you normally do. Instead you intentionally underbid the job to get the work then tried to charge more. Oh and your guy did chip out the back side of where that return was, leaving a huge chunk of the concrete gone. Be grateful I am not suing you for that damage.

DE filter was not back flushed for months. High filter pressure led to pool pump failure and need to replace. Service man was polite and pool water kept clean. He just was not well-trained. Had to cancel service.

We'd never had a swimming pool before moving to Plano a few years ago. Since then, our pool has been lovingly maintained by American/Pacific Pool. We trust them to do whatever it takes to keep our pool looking and functioning at its best. American/Pacific Pools also completed some minor renovations and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

We have used several different pool companies over the years. We got tired of the companies who never showed up when they were supposed to or their cleaners would just do sub-par work. Cheaper isn't always better, but we have found American Pacific to be quite reasonable. Never have a problem getting a hold of the office, and Judy is always courteous and helpful.

We moved into our home in Ryan Place in April of 2004 and have enjoyed our pool. All the folks at American/Pacific Pools (APP) have been a pleasure to work with. The service, knowledge, and honesty with Judy and Gary is a key reason we continue our service with APP.

Great service - we have had Ampac provide weekly service for our pool for almost a year now and they have always done a great job. They let us know of issues that might come up and the pool is always crystal clear and ready to swim in during the season. Highly recommend them.

As someone else said. I'm here because I have dealt with the rudeness of drivers. It's not smart to drive bad when the company name is all over the truck. I got cut off in the rain a coupe of months ago and today tryed to pass a AMERICAN PACIFIC truck driving slow in the left lane and he speed up to match my speed when I attempted a pass. Really? I do my own pool maintenance and if I ever need someone else to do it for me it sure won't be this company.

As a long-time customer of American/Pacific I can tell you that whether it is weekly maintenance or major repairs or renovations the folks there are always professional. They pay attention to detail to be sure their work is done to your liking and expectations. If they find a problem with your pool they notify you immediately and fix it on the spot.

We have had American Pacific Pools for several years now and have been very satisfied with them. We had them resurface and fill in our pool so that it is all close to 6' deep (originally over 10' in deepest part). They are very professional and take care of our pool every week. I like to deal with Judy Lonteen as she is "the best and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with".

This company is extremely unprofessional. Not only do they give poor service, the idiots somehow turned my pool water yellow! It looks like a pool of urine! How in the world do you screw something like that up? Then the service person squealed his tires, in a company vehicle, out of my driveway. This is extremely unacceptable behavior from anyone.

I will not be using this company again. If one could give negative stars, I would. Please, for the live off God and country, move on top the next pool service, don't waste your time or money!

I've called multiple times to complain, and been told someone will be in touch with me to resolve the issue. They did eventually replace the tech who was napping, but the cleaning has only gotten worse. Use American Pacific if you're looking forward to your pool being filled at the bottom with sand and the sides covered with grime year-round.

When we purchased our home we used the pool service the prior owner used. There was little communication and the pool turned green a number of times during the year. After the first year a friend referred us to American Pacific and they have been outstanding. We have had no problems with the pool since they started maintaining it four years ago.

Have not been overly thrilled with this company. I have to call them on a pretty regular basis because the pool is not cleaned sufficiently at times. Came home from vacation and found the pool green and low on salt.

The price was right, but the value wasn't. 1st time technician came out he broke the lid to the skimmer and never reported it. Then, when I called and talked to 2 people about the broken skimmer lid and the poor job the technician was doing in cleaning the pool (we had seen no change in pool quality), we never heard a response.

Their service and communication were far below any credible pool cleaning service. Don't waste your money. Move on to the next pool service.
