Ultimate Pools built our pool in 2020 and did a tremendous job. They were present from start to finish and took ownership of every detail. Since we began using it, they have provided so much help and assistance from warranty work, to supplies, to guidance on maintenance and so much more. I cannot gives these people enough stars. They are 100/100 stars. Mr. Ray Bishop is a master pool technician. He fixed my pool motor in no time at all. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were not tardy. They were at my home when they said they would be. For those of us who are up in years I will say use definely JT ULTIMATE POOL LLC. They are a honest competent pool company.

My home warranty used them for my pool issue. Ray B came out the very next day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and let me watch one repair as it is something I could do myself in the future. Needed one part but got and came out the next day. Also good text communication on when they were coming. Great experience.

I discovered my pool had a leak at the filter last week right as freezing temperatures were about to hit. I opened a request through my home warranty and discovered the first available date for someone to come was 8 days later. Ultimate Pools was assigned, so I tried to call them to see if they could come sooner. As I was calling, they were already trying to call me to ask if they could some sooner! Colby came the next day and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts.
The next day Ray came back and fixed my leaking filter. He even had the parts to fix another problem I had not reported so that my freeze guard now works properly. I'm grateful that Ultimate Pools was assigned my warranty service, and could not be happier with how quickly and professionally they resolved my issues!

My pool pump had quit working, and Ultimate Pools was contacted to check out the problem. They responded quickly, setting up an appointment for the next day. I was given a time window and told they would contact me. The next day in the middle of the window given, I received a text that Ray was on the way. He arrived shortly after that and went right to work.
He not only checked the timer wiring, but also the pool pump. He quickly found the problem and repaired it. I couldn't have been more pleased with Ultimate Pools and specifically their technician, Ray. It's one thing to have qualified technicians, but and added bonus when they are friendly and personable. Overall great service!

Ultimate Pools was dispatched by my home warranty company to evaluate a leaking filter housing and non-operational heater display. They determined freeze damage was the issue on my filter housing so the home warranty would not cover, which I expected. They never filed a claim for the heater display. The technician stated, to my wife in person and me on the phone, that he would make the claim.
The warranty company has no record of a claim from Ultimate pools on my heater display. I requested a quote for repair/replacement of the filter housing, heater display and mastic replacement from the technician. He stated he would get me a quote if the repairs were denied. After waiting a week for a response from Ultimate pools about my claims I contacted them via the text number they gave appointment updates through, as they do not answer their listed phone number and do not return messages.
Long story short, I never got a quote on the filter, they never answered me about the heater display and they quoted me $600.00 for the mastic replacement, but never measured my pool. They did not answer the phone when the warranty company called them and they do not return my calls. I would suggest anyone wishing to have a responsive servicer steer clear of this outfit.

I filed a home warranty claim, and they came out. When the gentleman arrived he thought he found the solution, and ignored everything I was trying to tell him. Then he lied to the owner about all of it and didn't document it. When he returned to replace the gage, he was supposed to bring a new O-Ring also but he ordered the wrong one so instead of being honest he again told his boss that it wasn't leaking despite the fact it was.
Boss just wanted more money out of me, and wanted to me to file another claim to fix the problem we actually found which is the original problem, but since his employee wouldn't listen to the customer and just decided to say what he thought that wouldn't cost them anything and they just keep my service fee. If you are an incompetent liar then apply here because this "owner" employs the best of them. Owner wouldn't even give me his name when I spoke with him! Worst service ever!

I have a dedicated backwash line that burst at the elbow just after the multiport so I called JT Ultimate Pools again, because I had a very good experience with them the last time. They scheduled me a few days out and showed up a day earlier than expected. I didn't notice the text message but luckily I was home. Brian came out and replaced the 2 elbow sections after my multiport and charged only for a service call.
I just tested it and it works perfect again. Thank you again JT Ultimate Pools! As reference, I have never used them through a warranty service. I called them directly and paid them directly. Have used them twice now and am extremely happy with them.

After waiting 3 weeks and not hearing anything from them about a part they said they ordered, and my calling them several times and always being told someone would call me back (and no one calling back), they told me that my home warranty company had denied the claim. So I called my home warranty company to ask why (because the part listed is covered in my warranty) and they told me that they never denied the claim but were awaiting more info from the JT Ultimate Pools. What a joke. It has now been 3.5 weeks since our pool stopped working and it still is not fixed.

RUN LIKE YOUR HAIR IS ON FIRE! NO Communication! They never come back or call back when they say. They don't Call Back when they say! They never show up with the right parts to complete anything! Tech is unprofessional and lacks communication skills as well! Dealing with this group of jokers is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had! WHAT A JOKE!

After a bad experience with another pool company, our home warranty company assigned JT Ultimate Pools to come and fix our leaking hot tub. Turns out the check valve was rotted out, and Brian fixed it for us very quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. The other company didn't even look at the valve, and Ultimate Pools went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I'm thrilled to have found them and have requested my warranty company send them out again for a heater issue I'm having. If you get assigned these guys with American Home Shield, count your lucky stars! They actually get the job done, and they do it well! I highly recommend them.

I first heard about these guys through my home warranty service. After a few disappointing companies, these folks showed up. They came through, were courteous, and answered general questions I had. They did some work for me outside the warranty, and decided to hire them for this summer's pool service. I've been very pleased with their servicing.
They send a receipt by email detailing what they did, time spent, and chem levels. I thought I'd reviewed this earlier, but I would recommend them for pool services for sure.

I have been absolutely impressed with Ultimates service. After another service company did a poor job and another tried to sell me a new pump (replaced previous month so it was new) I lucked out with these guys. The pool is always cleaned great and you even get an email description on the service they did. I would recommend them to others

This company was hired month to month. They charged my credit card for months after I cancelled over the phone and it was acknowledged by 2 ladies in the office. They charged me for work they said they did on my pool yet no one authorized the work and when I asked them to provide the authorization, old part anything that proved the work had been completed it was crickets.
