Noah's Pool Services

My grandfather has cancer so we wanted to have a pool cleaning company for him so he can relax in his pool. That being said DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They don't show up and my grandparents pool looks like a swamp, and their pump doesn't even work and no one told us! On top of that they are still charging their bank account for a job they don't do! So now my grandfather who only has a year left to live has to stress about this! How dare you take advantage of the sick and elderly! Absolutely disgraceful!

Noah's Pool Services has provided great services to our pool. They call prior to their arrival notifying us when they intend to arrive to our home. The service representatives have all been great ensuring that the services are complete and if they notice an issue with my pool vacuum cleaner or water levels they notify me. Every four months we have filter cleaning done on our filters which the service provider does an excellent.

He cleaned up behind himself placing the water hose back on the rack and washed down the area where he cleaned the filters. I highly recommend Noah's Pool service. By the way, I have cameras and they are seen performing their task in maintaining our pool. Great services.

Stay far away from this business. We have cameras and have caught numerous "cleaners" pull up, and leave 3 minutes later without even cleaning the pool". Their own technicians have even told my husband that they have issues with employees who aren't doing what they are supposed to. Our pool COMPANY is also saying they are having to do major repairs to pools serviced by Noah's.

And the woman you speak to at the desk is nothing but argumentative and combative when she does nothing besides handle phone calls. You will get nowhere with this company and they will not take any responsibility.

I would not recommend Noahs Pool Services to anybody out there looking for cleaning needs of pool. They are extremely good at not showing up to treat pool on designated days of the week. My pool has went multiple weeks w/o technician showing for required services. The pool/spa currently is green and full of algae because of their lack of care during a vacation we had taken out of town. HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company for any of your pool needs! Clearly, there are communication issues within the company that need corrected.

Where to begin.we hired them to do weekly maintenance on our pool. They told us that our pool would be cleaned every Wednesday and on the very first week of service, the guy was a no show! I called and they sent someone the next day. The proceeding 5 weeks after that, they forgot to clean our pool THREE more times! I called each time very unhappy and threatened to fire them so they compensated us some money to keep us but it didn't fix anything.

It actually got worse.whenever the pool guy stopped by, they never vacuumed, cleaned out our Polaris leaf bag, and did a half a** job brushing. This is what we hired them to do! I called and complained AGAIN and it was just one apology after another. We also had black algae treatment and they use some chemical mixture to eradicate it. We asked if it would stain our plaster pool walls and they said no.

Well fast forward 2 weeks and what happened? You guessed it, it permanently stained our walls! We immediately fired them after that. Word to the wise: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our experience with them wasn't only a waste of money, but 8 weeks of frustration and stress. A complete train wreck. I found myself vacuuming and brushing my own pool when I was paying for their service; I shouldn't have to be doing that!

We should have fired them the first week the pool guy was a no show. Since I am thorough with reviews, the only pro of this company is you don't need an annual contract with them but the rest is all bad. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I hated my last pool company and found Noah's online. To be honest I was kind of skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but bit the bullet, requested their service and I could not be more pleased with it. I find them to be very responsive to issues as well as problem-solving things I did not know about. They are not pushy about things desiring to make more money.

They just let you know what may become an issue in the future and let you decide what you want to do. Noah has been great about responding to text messages and calls. Though I wouldn't mind, I've never had to wait a full 24hrs to receive a response. His tech Brian is AWESOME and did a FAR better job cleaning my pool than anyone from my last service - my pool has never looked better - and since the ice storm we had in Feb and the lack of service from my last company, it was in rough shape. I would definitely recommend them!

Noah's pool service is far past superior they are exceptional. My pool was so full of algae and green I thought it would never clear up but it did. It went from green to sparkling blue! One thing that stood out the most is the customer service team. They are phenomenal!

Don't let the high reviews mislead you. Noah's Pool Service has their employees providing biased 5-Star reviews but they are still lacking in service. This company sometimes skips service a week at a time. There have been a few times that I have personally cleaned out my own skimmer baskets or sweep bags because Noah's didn't show up for that week.

On one week a tech failed to show up, I emailed customer service and they attempted to tell me that there was a tech who came by (I never witnessed the tech nor was the service card filled out for that day). Leading up to that week, my pool was gradually turning green and the issue was not corrected until I addressed it. Noah's is also inconsistent with their scheduled days, showing up whenever they want or sometimes not at all. The only redeeming quality about Noah's is their customer service. They are very polite and kind but it doesn't make up for the terrible service they provide overall.

We are no longer using Noah's Pool Service due to dishonest practices and service. We were automatically charged for monthly service but technicians failed to service our pool on the agreed weekly basis. One month the technician no showed three out of 4 weeks. When we complained, we were told technicians were there each week that basically we must be mistaken.

The card that Noah's provides for proof of service in our pool room had not been filled out for 3 out of 4 weeks. We sent pictures and were then promised credits. We received a credit that was far less than the amount equivalent to the missed service. When a technician finally showed up, he filled in the missing dates to make it look like services took place during those missing weeks.

I am not sure why you would do that unless you are trying to cover up your misdeeds. We already had pictures of the blank card that we sent Noah's office by email. Our pool has been green for two months with no real explanation, we were charged for a filter clean that did not happen and told that basically it is our fault the pool is green. Last I checked we paid them to care for our pool, it is not our responsibility to work on the pool when they cannot and do not show up.

We cancelled our service and asked for the owners full name and email address and I was told he does not have a contact number or email address. Either this lie is to protect the jobs of incompetent and dishonest employees or simply the fact that the owner does not care to handle and discuss issues with his customers. I do not recommend using this company, there are companies out there that are honest and deserving of your money. Look for those.
