Very happy with the service from this company. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from the owner, installers, technicians and individuals answering the phone. They answered all of my questions and never seemed annoyed with all the questions I had. I absolutely chose and put my faith the right company and individuals to replace my AC. The install was completed in the time-frame provided and was back up and running the same day. I will definitely be using this company in the future and referring to friends.

In our experience with Ultimate Comfort we dealt both with Lauren, the dispatcher and Billy, the technician. Lauren was very responsive to our scheduling needs and was very cheerful and professional. Billy is very knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the condition of my unit and what is needed for optimum performance of the unit. I believe that he is a very trustworthy and competent technician. The company is very fortunate to have such excellent employees.

Started having issues with my HVAC system and called these guys. They were highly recommended, now I know why. He listened to my concerns, looked over my system and gave me a quote for we he thought would best correct my problem. He never once try to upsell on anything. Allow me to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. On the day of the appointment his workers arrived 15 minutes early. Prior to beginning the work, he walked me through everything he was about to do. Workers were very professional and finished the work in a very timely manor.

Great honest company. Responded quickly and very knowledgeable! Owner is extremely personable and easy to talk with. Service tech assessed the problem, the installers came and replaced my heaters and followed up that afternoon to make sure everything was running and done right! I wouldn't use anyone else for my services. Claudio and his crew are true professionals. I consider that family. They came in after a horrific time after Harvey and had to redo a botched job providing appropriate video and hard copy evidence of why they performed a new setup. Initial evaluation was set up for a 30 minute time frame. After waiting around for 30 minutes I decided to call the front office who informed me that the technician would need an additional two to three hours at the prior appointment. Totally understandable, but the lack of communication was a bit unprofessional. Once the technician arrived it was clear that he knew what he was doing and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend Ultimate Comfort AC but be sure to follow up regarding appointment time.

First off, we were able to schedule service the same day, which was amazing considering our AC was not working during a 95 degree day. Our technician was early to our appointment. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain what he was doing. Once he had our unit running again he showed me how I can do some maintenance myself to keep our unit running smoothly. They were recommended to us and now we highly recommend using AC Pro for any of your AC needs. Thank you!

I was delighted with the service provided by Ultimate Comfort, from the first call and thoughout he process. Stephen and team were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and sincere. I was impressed by Stephen's willingness to take pictures and record videos of the testing he performed to help me understand how the system worked and where it was failing.
Ultimately I had the air handler and zone control board replaced. They worked me into their schedule, diagnosed one day and installed the new equipment the next day. Having previously experienced low quality service, working with this company was refreshing. I would highly recommend them.

This company was referred to me by a friend and they were outstanding! They responded to my call promptly and I explained what I wanted over the phone. The next day, they arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem and provided fair and reasonable estimate for the work. They seemed VERY honest and trustworthy and that is the first thing I look for when working with a new company. They are now my go-to company for HVAC work!
