Michael's Keys

On Google maps, which it says it was updated only five weeks ago, says Michael's keys opens at 8 AM. This is not true. I went by there at 8:15 and 2 guys were outside smoking cigarettes and when I went up to the locked door, they rudely told me they don't open until 830. You need to understand that people have scheduled and it cost a lot of money to get in the car just to drive somewhere now. This really puts people out when info is not updated or correct. It's really not that hard.

I had 2 key fobs made at the Mockingbird Location in Dallas. David was the person helping me and he was just so nice and helpful. I will recommend anyone to go here, if you want fast, friendly service. Impressive.

We came in 10-15 minutes before closing for a replacement car key. The ambiance of this place is simply wonderful, almost like home. They worked quickly and tested the key before selling it to us. All before closing. They have many wonderful choices of keys to choose from; military, universities, football teams, Disney princesses, you name it. 10/10 experience, would return.

Angry Employees! I took if work early, as not to go in right before close. I arrived an hour and a half before they closed. The employee that just came out of the bathroom went behind the counter and looked at me and said angrily "I guess i'm never going to get to go home today, what do you want?" I told him I needed to purchase a new key fob and he sighed and rolled his eyes at me. So I walked out sans key fob. so sorry I tried to inconvenienced you with my business. It won't happen again.

I bought a used truck with one remote, so I went to Michael Keys to buy a remote. The remote was 115 dollars and they told me it usually costs twice as much at the dealership. So I bought the remote, later that day I told my son about the cost he told me the remote is not that expensive. He was right, I purchased two for 14 dollars on ebay.

Y'all saved me. Thank you for answering your phone, showing up quickly, and Dean was so fast and amazing to get my car door opened up. Long story, short: I locked myself out of my car on my birthday at the USPS close by and was stranded with no one else to call. Dean showed up in 15 minutes, got that baby opened in like 2 minutes, and it was no more than an inconvenient stint in my day.

Quick and friendly responses, as well as quick and friendly serviceman. Had a car key remade, and the technician pulled the key code without taking the car apart. Good work, will definitely come back if needed!

Blair and Brian did an awesome job fixing a really severe front door alignment issue. They were prompt, polite, professional and super skilled. They had to use some very creative solutions to get the job done, and had good advice regarding root causes and long term solutions. I'll definitely be recommending Michael's Keys to all my friends and coworkers for future work.

Great quality service, and quick. Another locksmith in town recommended Michael's as did my auto mechanic. They did not disappoint. They had the parts in stock to replace my ignition and did it within an hour. I'll be using Michael's Keys from now on. And if you need to wait while they work the taqueria next door is pretty great too.

I've always taken my cars here for keys. The LAST TIME I was quoted over the phone the usual price. I have been here three times for a Ford vehicle. Price was consistent. The quote was also the same as previous visits. This time the price was twice as much. Then after I mentioned my quote and previous purchases the tech got very argumentative. Until I asked for the manager.

Who was Also very rude, yelling when customers were present, and walking away clearly very angry and still yelling. ONLY because I was quoted a different price. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS UNPROFESSIONAL. The tech was extremely rude and ignored me at times. Only repeating the price and labor many times. Before I had always recieved two keys. Now only one was given. The company needs to know what is happening in their store.

They had a house key in stock that I've been looking for. Go Dallas Stars!

Never showed up for appointment or returned call. Terrible way to conduct business. I have a business that needed help and I don't understand how you just not show or call. Very untrustworthy!

J.D. Dew came out to my office and installed a new lock that I had previously tried to install on my own. It was a commercial keyless entry lock that I ended up giving up on installing myself after a major fail.
