Terrible experience with this company. Waited 2 hours for locksmith to arrive. He was very unprofessional and lacked experience. Upon arrival he immediately asked if we knew a woman who lived in our neighborhood because they are friends and he knows she lives near us, but doesn't know her address. He went on to say he took the job because of this. and how he needs to help out people in Crowley.

He apparently "booked it" and came "as fast as he could" for these reasons. Aside from unprofessional and awkward conversation starters while he was here, he attempted to get into our house for close to an hour with air pump devices no luck and said he would need to drill out our locks- He said he.

I should have contacted 682 locksmith first! I was trying to get a extra remote programmed for my car, the first locksmith said he wasn't able to do it, the second locksmith twice said his machine was down and then I contacted 682 locksmith. He met me right away, had all the knowledge and tools to get my remote programmed and finished the job on the spot. Next time I'll call them first for sure! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Terrible service. Called night before to schedule service. After scheduled service window expired we called to check whereabouts. We were told the technician was on his way. After another 90 minutes no one showed up or called. Waste of time and our day! When we called to cancel we were told the technician was just about at our house according to the gps.

I cancelled any way and then the technician called to apologize and let me know hes only 15 minutes away. That is not "just about" at our house. Cancelled and arranged another locksmith.

Wow! What great service! When my front door deadbolt wouldn't unlock from the inside or with the key from outside, I called 682. the technician was here so quickly, assessed the problem, went to get the necessary supplies, installed my new hardware (I actually asked him to replace the hardware on two other doors while he was here as well), cut my extra keys, totally cleaned up after himself, and even gave me some great restaurant recommendations on his way out! Called yesterday because I couldn't find my car keys anywhere. Set an appointment with them to meet me at the car. Came out and got a new key in a matter of minutes. And I have one those keys with the remote head. They open the door and cut me a key. For about 1/3 of what the dealer was trying to charge me. Thanks again.
