I picked this place purely because of the reviews and convenience of them coming to my location. The first phone call to the business got me a call back from a technician quickly. I scheduled an appointment with the technician for 630 pm. When the technician was 10 minutes late, I had to call and ask where the technician was. They said they would send a reminder to the technician and he would call me to "confirm details".
Another 5 to 10 minutes later the technician calls back and says that he is leaving one job and still asks if I'm "already on-site". I have to ask him how long it will be and he tells me 20 to 25 minutes. At this point it is already 650. He calls again at 720 and tells me it will be another 10 minutes. He finally shows up at 730, one hour later than originally scheduled.
He opens his door and it reeks of weed. The programming and key cutting went quickly. The actual service went fine. I would be happy to use them again, should the communication by all involved be better. The worst part was having a technician that had no regard for my time.

I called Jet Locksmith today. Provided them my location info and problem. I received a call back from Michael. Michael informed me he was eight minutes away from my location and would be there quickly to help unlock a door with no key. Michael was there in eight minutes. He opened the door and replaced the lock with in 30 minutes. That's fast and accurate service. That's what people want. Flat out, that's what I got. Call these guys if you need help.
