Our experienced technicians can repair all equipment makes and models. They have the advanced technology to quickly diagnose problems and trucks stocked with parts to get your system back on track. All technicians are NATE and EPA certified. Sometimes it's better to replace a furnace rather than spend money on heating repairs.
If your furnace is between 16 and 20 years old, or if it has a pilot light, it's probably nearing the end of its lifespan. It makes sense to consider new heating installation options before the old furnace gives out. Another problem with old heaters is an excessively dry and stuffy house.

My AC recently went out during a heat wave. I called Arrow on a Thursday evening, and they said a tech would be out by Monday, and he was. Other local companies were quoting a 2 week wait. When Carlos got out to our home, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and fix it. He was very kind, efficient, and professional. I don't have any prior experiences with AC companies, but this was perfectly pleasant enough, and they'll have my return business.

We have only had our unit two months and the first cold night at 24 degrees, it was blowing out cold air. The house was 58 degrees. My husband is 100% disabled and taking several medications for pain and blood clotting. I called 5 times and left messages with their answering service, life people. Not one person bothered to call me back. This is a. medical situation not just wanting to be comfortable! NOT ONE RETURN CALL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY ARE UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMORAL AND LACK ANY TYPE OF BASIC HUMAN OR BUSINESS SKILLS.

Arrow installed my new home's furnace and AC. I was having problems with my thermostat and had the builder set up a service call. The man Arrow sent refused to wear a mask inside despite me asking, claiming he had already had Covid and had been vaccinated. I told him I didn't care and it was my house my rules. I ended up sending him away and finding a different company.

My AC until has been out since May 22nd. There was a burning smell coming from the vents when we turned on the AC unit. We were given a 4 hr window and the guy shows up 2 hrs late! He looked at the unit and pulled out a couple of particulars and said he had no idea what the problem was and for us to continue to run it and the smell should go away.
Now I'm no HVAC expert, but that made no sense to me at all, but we did it any way. Later that evening not only was the smell still there, there was water leaking from the pipes attached to the unit, then I noticed that although the air conditioner unit outside was still running I couldn't hear the unit blowing in the basement. We go to the basement and the entire unit no longer worked.
The motor was apparently blown. My house is only 6 yrs old, so that was a shock to me that the unit didn't last more that 6 yrs. We called Arrow back out and the same thing happened. They gave us a 4hr window and the same technician came out 2 hrs late again. This time he said the obvious.the motor was blown and he would have to order the part, but no worries it normally only takes a day or two for the part to come in.
That was last Thursday. We are scheduled to have it fixed on Wednesday! Of course the unit is no longer under warrant, so not only are we having to pay for lousy service, we have to pay for parts and labor as well. My husband and I both have called Arrow to complain about the service. If they don't have it fixed by Wednesday, I'm going to file a formal complaint. This is the unit they put in my house when it was built, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you have the choice to get another brand from a different company. I would!

As an apartment dweller it can sometimes be difficult to find a company that will even offer advice to you. I was simply looking for help picking out a smart thermostat to purchase and install in my apartment. Nate took my call and was very friendly and helpful in providing me with several options. I really appreciate that!

Our AC went out over the weekend and we have 3 young kids that weren't doing this best with this heat. Got a hold of this company and had the pleasure of Jordan Eden fix our AC unit today. He went above and beyond to fix this issue and get our house back to being comfortable. Super grateful for him! Thanks so very much for your quick response and efforts to help us out. Deeply appreciated!

They installed our HVAC unit BROKEN in our new build M/I home 5 years ago. We currently sold our home to find out this information and paid to fix the damage they caused on install. We gave them the evidence of this being done and the chance to make it right. Instead of making it right, they refuse to do anything about it and expected us to find what they had done by ourselves during the warranty period (which conveniently ended in May). I wouldn't trust any work that is done by them or for them to keep their word at all!

My ac went out and I called their after hours line. They were super nice and said the on call person would be in touch shortly. No one called. I try again 3 hours later and they said the same. Another hour passes, I call again, get the same thing. It is now almost 90 degrees in my house. No one ever calls or shows up. I call the following morning just to be told I was never called back because they aren't accepting new customers. Why did I have to talk to 4 different people before I got that information?

Great service! I called into their office and Sarah was able to get me same day service for my furnace that was not working. Jorden came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was very polite and explained everything really well to me. Their prices were very reasonable for the service that needed done. My furnace has been working great ever since! I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family!

My furnace went out early morning. I called and talked to a very polite woman named Sarah that answered all my questions. They came out by noon that day. Since my furnace is older they had to order a part but the Tech got my furnace running for the time being.(Blower motor). He came out early the next day and fixed it. The tech was very nice, very polite. My bill was exactly the price I was quoted. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. Great job Arrow Heating and Cooling. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could give Arrow a positive review but they've been very disappointing. I called Arrow about a year ago to help troubleshoot some cooling issues I was having in my home. Since they were the original installer when the home was built I figured they would have the best knowledge of the home and my situation. It was late in the cooling season so there wasn't much that could be done to determine how to improve the home.
I was told to call in the Spring, have a "Spring Tune-Up" done, and that would be a good opportunity to explore the problem I was having. I called Spring 2016 as recommended. I already had my HVAC system check by a few other companies and they all said the same thing. The A/C unit and furnace are working within capacity. That was good to know but the home still got hot when the sun was in the West.
A very knowledgeable technician visited my home and I explained the problem I had since I first moved in. He told me what everyone else did that my equipment was working fine and again I mentioned that once summer hits and the sun is in the West the house gets hot and the A/C is on all the time. We brained stormed how we could move air more efficiently and the tech mentioned he'll have his boss draft up a quote to make some modification to the duct work.
He also charged me $90 for the "Spring Tune-Up" which really wasn't anything since the unit was working fine. It really was just a visual inspection. I didn't mind the bill because he did come out to look at my equipment and the main purpose of the visit, for me, was to find a way to move the hot air before summer hit. I waiting a week; no call about doing the duct work we discussed.
I called to follow-up and was told that someone would get back to me. I waiting another week, and another week, and so on. As of 29 May I haven't heard back from Arrow. The technician came to my home on April 21st. So now I'm bothered. I paid $90 for a tech to tell me my A/C equipment was working as designed, which I already knew, and no follow up concerning moving the air more efficiently through the system to help keep the house cool during the summer months which is when the A/C unit struggles and runs all the time and doesn't get to the set temperature until the West sun sets.
So basically I paid $90 for a 30 minute conversation and nothing more. I'm bothered because I don't need a tech to tell me the equipment is working. I already know that. I need an HVAC professional to help me figure out why the equipment that is supposedly working properly BUT is struggling to keep the house cool. There's clearly something wrong. Maybe I need an extra return to move air more efficiently, maybe I need more air ducts, maybe the entire infrastructure needs to be redesigned for larger capacity.
I don't know. But I was a customer ready to invest in improving my home and pay them to do the work but I was just pushed to the side. I don't necessarily want to throw money at the problem but I was prepared to take steps to help improve it. I guess I'll invest elsewhere.

A/C motor went out this Saturday. Called Arrow since system still under warranty. Despite claiming to have 24 hour service, they said they were not available even if we wanted to pay the emergency call rate the were booked up both Sat and Sun. The tech I spoke with seemed like a decent guy told me the system was under warranty an if I called the off first thing Monday morning they could get me scheduled.
I called multiple times starting at 8:00am but it kept going to their "after hours" call service who could only take a message. I finally go ahold of someone there around 8:50am. I told them the situation and the said they would need to check with the service mgr to see if they could get me in. After waiting on hold for some time, she did come back and let me know they could have someone out today between Noon and 4:00pm and that the tech would call 30 min prior to arrival.
I work from home so I was there all day and no call ever came and neither did a tech. I called them multiple times requesting a call back as to why no one ever showed up. Again no return call. I am not as mad that they didn't show up as I am that I never got a call stating they wouldn't be able to make it out with an explanation as to why. What a horrible way to treat a customer! #ArrowHorribleCustomerService
