Excellent response time, and technical knowledge. Extremely thorough. Tested and checked all components. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Overall excellent! Especially considering 24 hour service! Also had them install a new high efficiency furnace and AC. Great job!

We had no heat, called and spoke with office and they were able to schedule me an appointment that afternoon. The technician was helpful and informative. I felt very comfortable with the service and was extremely happy he had the parts on his truck to fix my furnace. I did call 2 other companies and they could not fix the issue because neither has the parts on their truck. Advance heating and cooling was professional and very knowledgeable.

Office staff is courteous and helpful, and they had a technician at my house about an hour after calling for service(!). The technician provided clear, concise explanation of the problem, offered options, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. A great experience from start to finish, and I will definitely use and recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling in the future.

We had a technician out to our house to look at our furnace because it wouldn't turn on. The technician was very nice and informative of what was wrong. he explained we had damage to our inducer assembly (way out of my understanding). He explained what exactly it was and showed me the issue. He had to replace the part. I felt very comfortable with the work being done and was extremely pleased with his professionalism as well as explaining the issue in a way I would understand what could happen if not being repaired. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our furnace and AC work.

I can't say enough positive things about Advance Heating and Cooling. We are "members" and use them for regular tuneups for our AC and HVAC. They are always thorough and give us options if anything needs repaired (but they have never tried to push unnecessary repairs). When we moved to a new home, Advance Heating and Cooling replaced 2 AC units and an HVAC, installed a Daikin mini split, removed the old ductwork and installed new ductwork in the attic, and added smart thermostats.

It was a beast of a job, due to it being an older home and work needing completed in the crawl space and attic. Shawn, Kevin, and Nick rotated and worked at our house for several weeks. They worked several late nights to make sure the job was completed, and they were very pleasant, helpful, and thorough. They answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with the final product. Overall, they did a great job and we would highly recommend them.

Wanted a furnace maintenance done on my system. Called Advance and had someone out there the next day. They did a fantastic job and were really thorough. Shawn with Advance came out to house becasue we had no heat and it was extremely cold. we are new customers and will continue to use Advance. We were treated with respect and kindness. He didn't just fix the issue without explaining what was wrong and what he can do. He walked us through and explained everything. Great customer service and worth every penny!

Over the holiday our furnace stopped working. We were getting ready to have our family over and it was freezing. I called several companies and all were charging outrageous prices. I called Advance Heating and Cooling and Kevin came to our home. They did charge for holiday service but it was reasonable. Kevin walked me through what was wrong and was able to fix the unit and got us heat immediately. I was very pleased and happy with the service. thank you Advance Heating and Cooling.

Shawn was amazing. Checked everything he could to rule it out but eventually replaced the thermostat. Shawn has been servicing our home for three years now. It is always a pleasure to have him come for regular checkups. We couldn't be happier with the new AC unit he's put in, repairs to our furnace, ductwork fixed for our hot water tank ventilation, and emergency dryer vent repairs. We plan on having him back for a new furnace, hot water tank, and redoing our dryer vent ducts very soon. You won't regret using Advance Heating and Cooling!

It's a cold day in Ohio but my new furnace is keeping me warmer then ever before. As did my AC that kept me cool all summer long. The energy savings are also starting roll in. Advance Heating and Cooling came in and took care of business for me with a great price and great friendly technicians.
