Couldn't agree more with them being rude and unproffesional. When one of the technicians came out they said, "I don't even know why I'm here." They have worked on a unit three times and as I called in the third time I didn't even get a hello the first thing said was "what's wrong now". I then explained and asked to speak to a manager. I talked to the other person in the office (not a manager or owner just a different dispatcher) and apologized and asked if I was bothering them.

He said the only thing bothering them was me asking if I was bothering them. I told him my greeting from the other dispatcher and that I was made to feel like a burden just for calling in an ongoing issue they haven't fixed. He then said "Jesus H christ, what do I need to do." This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service company. I have been working in food for over 20 years and have had numerous issues with walk-ins and I have never been treated this way. If you need some work done do not call them.

This company installed a Mitsubishi unit under 3 years back and have been back twice to repair and fix things charging us for every visit. Third time they came today as our extension area is really hot. They cleaned the outside unit but conveniently didn't fix the inside unit - they said they didn't have ladder long enough in which case they should have scheduled.

But instead they asked to figure out how to change the filter by ourselves but nevertheless charging $170. These is one of the most unprofessional HVAC company I have worked with.
