Absolutely amazing job Jermaine Black was here at 11:33am and worked upto 9:30pm he needs a new pipe crimping tool and a raise. After today and the bull he had to go threw to make sure we had water and not have to wait he should get a week paid vacation. I will be sure to call and have Jermaine Black come back and work on my house.

Very nice service. The drain pump doesn't work well and leaking. Called a plumbing company to check and they asked for a lot of money to replace. Then we did another research and found Rooter Plus. The technician, Josh, showed up the 2nd day after I called them. He checked the old pump carefully and explained to me what happened in details. He recommended the best solution with a reasonable price. He even revised the improbable installed vent pipe. So responsive, professional and honesty. Strongly recommend.

Robert Williams came out to our community he was very professional, very efficient. He got the job done in no time. Robert Williams and Daniel did an excellent job installing a drainage system in my courtyard. They were very respectful and courteous, kept me informed, and showed up promptly. Robert thought the project through and took his time to do it properly and professionally, while soliciting my approval and input along the way. They did a nice job cleaning up the site before they left. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them!

Robert Williams & Rod with Rooter Plus came out and serviced our warehouse for a serious plumbing issue. After hours of them being here and rigorously working they got to the bottom of the issue and resolved. These guys are awesome and I would definitely recommend! Service: Drain cleaning

Mark and his assistant did an excellent job at explaining the problems with our septic system, explaining our options and making educated recommendations. They were courteous, didn't waste time and were very helpful. They were able to clean and make repairs without replacing the tank or the lines and gave great advice to avoid future problems. They recommended an every 3 year service plan that was discounted from $150 to $125 because we had major work done.

The work was money back (the majority of it) guaranteed for a year. I was impressed that they scheduled our repair within 24 hours and completed even in the middle of a thunder storm. They also made some landscaping/drainage recommendations to keep our septic field from getting too saturated with rain water which keeps the lines from draining properly. Both the company as a whole and Mark Sharpe and his team were excellent. Would definitely work with them again.

The plumber came out today by the name of Robert Williams. He was very professional and informative. He repaired the leaking pipe in our house and he even made sure once the work was done that he cleaned up behind himself. We really appreciated his services and his great attitude. It was a pleasure to have him here doing the work today!

Jerry Bennett came out last week and helped us with our septic system - this is the second time he's been to our property. He walked us through what pumping the drain fields meant and was quick and thorough with the process. We've been very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him/ROOTER PLUS. I had a leak in my condo that was really hard to diagnose. Barry and Jose were amazing. They really cared, answered all my questions, and most importantly did find the leak and make repairs. Cathy, the administrator, is also wonderful and very responsive. The only reason I cannot provide a 5 star review is that the customer service on the inside. sales of Rooter Plus is awful.

The girls who answer the phone are rude and literally yelled at me and told me I am being unreasonable. I work in the same position as these ladies in customer service on an inside sales team. Had I had a conversation with my customers the way I was spoken to - I would be fired. I experienced these issues when trying to.

Terrible Company LIARS! They came to pump the tank and broke cable lines and pump electric lines and refused to fix them. They come and just start digging with a tractor and not a shovel to be careful when opening your septic tank. If they break something, they will not fix it. Do not call this company at all. They will have you paying for more problems that they create.

I needed to service my septic tank prior to sodding my back yard. I called 2 other companies prior to Rooter PLUS, Both showed up with equipment that couldn't do the job. With only a couple day window available, Rooter PLUS came through for me the next morning with the right equipment and a professional and pleasant crew. Doc and Kory assessed the. situation and got right to work.

They knew exactly what to do and completed the task perfectly. They explained everything throughout the process and pointed out potential issues as they worked. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I'll definitely use Rooter PLUS in the future for my septic tank needs.

George was excellent and did an amazing job! Took his time to make sure we wouldn't have the same problem amazing customer service hands down would recommend him anytime better yet request him again in the near future. Called for price and was told $150-$250 on the phone they got here and dug up our yard & opened the tank and THEN showed my husband the additional fees. well $1172 later our tank is pumped. We learned our lesson and will use local independent companies from now on.

HORRIBLE! 0 stars! Set up an appt with them around 11am yesterday and was told a technician would be out at some point throughout the day. Called them back around 4pm to see if someone would be by soon and was informed the technicians were all caught up doing something and wouldn't be able to make it out today. If that would have been known. beforehand, I would have booked with a different company. Explained to them that they needed to come so that someone would be home to put the dogs up and show them the issue as we have been without water. They apologized and said someone could be out tomorrow (today) between 2:30-6pm. A huge window of time to sit around and wait on them again! I should.

*****BEWARE ******I scheduled an appointment with RooterPlus to have our septic tank maintenance pumping done. When scheduling the appointment I was not asked any detailed questions about my septic tank I was provided an estimate of $150-$250 for the septic pumping. Once I scheduled the appointment I did read some information that explained there. could be additional cost if multiple hoses were needed to get to the tank.

When scheduling the appointment I stated that the technician could drive on the grass for easier access to the septic which was located in the back yard. The scheduler stated that I could discuss with the technician at the time of the appointment. My appointment was.

STAY AWAY! They came out yesterday to clean out my septic tank and did a very poor job filling it back in. I called the office to ask if they were planning on coming out to try to smooth out the dirt. I was rudely told that they are not a landscape company and the person I spoke to (last name Jefferys I think) told me he had seen pictures and he. didn't see anything wrong with it then gave me the wrong email to send more pictures. I don't expect it to be perfect but leaving broken pavers and huge mounds of dirt seems unacceptable and very low quality

Service tech was personable and thorough, pleasure to work with. From the book pricing was, in my opinion, a bit high for the job, but they were able to work with my heeded time frame.

We had a complicated situation involving a clog in a long and tortuous drain path from a flat roof, through a scupper, down two stories through a downspout, and then into a PVC network containing four 90-degree angles and various long runs.

I had my septic tank pumped out last month for the first time (house is 10 years old) and had an ok experience. I knew it was going to cost more than the $159 to pump my 1000 gallon tank due to so many years of no service.

I have used Rooter plus back in 2006 to pump my septic and did a good job. I called them bck in 2014 to pump the septic again and Ray explained the my septic line needed to be fixed and gave me a price that was pricey so i explained that i wanted to get different price quotes b4 making a decision needles to say i found someone at a reasonable price that fixed my septic.

Ray Guest came out with one of crew to address the full septic tank at the house we've been leasing for a few years from Excalibur. He was gracious, kind, very straight forward. We had no idea where the septic tank was buried, he found it right away, dug it up.
