Roger and his partner were great in fixing our sewage pipe. They were on time and worked really hard through the day, digging deeper than they expected to reach the damaged pipes. Installed a new main line in our septic tank. Thought we needed pumped out as well, and was willing to pay for it, but was told it was not needed, which we really appreciated because it saved a lot of money. After the main line was installed, it did not fix the problem as expected. We now needed an inside plumber which this driver didn't do. He then gave us a $200.00 credit because he couldn't help us and we would need another plumber now.

Our plumber arrived on-time for a same-day call. He was super professional and explained what he was going to do to identify the issue. We thought that our sump pump had failed, but it turned out to be a clog. He remedied the clog and saved our basement bedroom! Apparently a guest had been flushing wipes and sanitary products in the toilet. Reasonable price and excellent service! I highly recommend!
